基于前景理论的轨道交通乘客路径选择模型

研究有限理性条件下城市轨道交通乘客的路径选择问题。从出行费用角度出发,通过对不同类型乘客的出行时间、换乘时间、换乘次数和列车拥挤度4个因素的权重分析,建立乘客广义出行费用模型;并基于前景理论,建立以出行费用为参考点的路径选择模型,从而准确分析出乘客的选择偏好。实例结果表明,该模型对乘客出行路径的分析具有更高的可靠性。     

试论我国仲裁文书格式的统一化

本文根据《中华人民共和国仲裁法》的规定 ,对制订仲裁文书格式的必要性、制订仲裁文书的原则 ,以及仲裁文书的分类进行了分析论证。指出 ,制定统一的仲裁文书格式 ,是实施仲裁法、保证仲裁质量和当事人仲裁活动的法律效力的需要 ,是总结仲裁经验 ,积累档案资料的需要。提出制订仲裁文书应遵循依法制订、协调统一、简明便用的原则。阐述了制作仲裁文书的基本要求。     

An evaluation of web site services in liner shipping in Taiwan

This paper empirically evaluates web site services in the liner shipping industry based on the service requirements of the user firms, i.e., shippers. The results suggest that shippers perceive tracing to be the most important service attribute of a web site, followed by customs response, vessel schedules, and electronic document service. Based on the concept of market segmentation, we employed cluster analysis to classify users (shippers) of web site services provided by liner shipping companies into four segments, namely support and performance services oriented firms, equipment information oriented firms, performance information oriented firms, and transaction services oriented firms. Theoretical and practical implications of the research findings are discussed.     

Character phylogenies in Candacia and Paracandacia (Copepoda, Calanoida) and the inevitably paraphyletic nature of many nominal taxa above subspecies level

Examination of the phylogenetic structure of the family Candaciidae shows the genus Paracandacia to comprise a strongly modified branch emerging from the clade commonly denoted as Candacia. This has been confirmed by studying selected character phylogenies. It is argued that the resulting paraphyletic nature of Candacia auct., though in a cladistic context undesirable on theoretical grounds, has to be accepted as inevitable. Recent studies on molluscs and arthropods, viz., have demonstrated that the continuous origin of paraphyletic taxa from previously monophyletic ones is nothing but a naturally occurring process, intrinsically embodied in the course of evolution.     

慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者外周血NK细胞活性的研究

作者等研究了慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者外周血NK细胞活性,与正常对照组比较明显降低(P<0.01)。在活动期和非活动期以及中医辨证分型中的大肠湿热型,脾虚挟湿型,NK细胞活性无差异。在服用类固醇治疗的病例中,NK细胞活性多显示降低。     

影响西北部分地区农村妇女平均活产数的社会因素分析

本研究用多阶段概率比例抽样法（ＰＰＳ）抽查了５３２４名西北农村妇女的一般状况、婚姻及生育史，并用多元分类分析法分析了影响西北部分地区农村妇女平均活产数的因素。结果表明，妇女教育年限、地域、初婚年龄、丈夫职业是影响妇女平均活产数的显著因素。
