激光熔覆涂层的组织特点与裂纹产生的机理探讨

碳钢、铸铁表面分别采用激光熔覆N i基、Fe基合金涂层,观察并分析了熔覆涂层界面及其显微组织和硬度特点,探讨了碳钢表面激光熔覆层裂纹产生的机理.     

The Size Effects on Process Design of Micro Deep Drawing

This paper suggested to reformulate cylindrical deep drawing parameters with dimensionless form. A diagram, in which a feasible zone is drawn to bound both the maximal allowable tension and compression stress during the deep drawing process, was established. Since it is presented in a dimensionless form, it may be applied for both conventional and micro deep drawing. Cylindrical cup deep drawing was taken as an example to show the dimensionless process design method. In addition, the size effects should be taken into account. Two kinds of size effects on micro deep drawing were investigated, which can be explained by surface layer model and strain gradient model. Numerical simulations were carried out to compare the strain distribution with or without consideration of size effect.     

Investigation of Wall Pressure Fluctuations in a Turbulent Boundary Layer by Large Eddy Simulation

Large eddy simulation (LES) was used to investigate the space-time field of the low Mach number, fully developed turbulent boundary layer on a smooth, rigid flat plate. The wall-pressure field simulated by LES was analyzed to obtain the pressure statistics, including the wall-pressure root-mean square, skewness and flatness factors, which show the wall pressure distribution was not Gaussian. The profile of the auto-power spectral density and the contour of the streamwise wavenumber-frequency spectral density of wall-pressure were plotted. The "convection ridge" can be observed clearly and the convection velocity can be calculated from the location of the convection peak.

公路隧道衬砌渗漏水浅析

隧道衬砌渗漏水是公路隧道的通病,应引起重视,在施工中应加强防排水设计与施工质量的管理。在实践中不断摸索,确保隧道整体不渗不漏目标的实现。     

低温稀土渗硼研究

研究了稀土元素对固体渗硼的作用，测试了４５钢低温渗硼层的组织与性能．结果表明：加适量的稀土元素可显著的提高渗硼速度，低温渗硼层是由ＦｅＢ、Ｆｅ２Ｂ和Ｆｅ３（Ｃ２Ｂ）等相组成．其渗层组织致密、无明显疏松及孔洞，渗硼层前沿过渡区较窄，有良好的抗磨损特性．     

固体粉末法渗钛、渗铝及钛铝共渗的研究

本文对固体粉末法渗钛、渗铝及钛铝共渗进行了研究,获得了可行的工艺方案,并揭示了渗钛层、渗铝层、钛铝共渗层的显微硬度与组织的关系。     

金鱼隧道涌水处治技术

绵茂公路一期工程金鱼隧道隧址区含水丰富,部分地段涌水,针对此情况,通过对隧址区水文地质进行调绘及对涌水原因的分析和涌水量的计算,制定了不同的处置方案,并进行比选,采用了安全性最好的拦排相结合的施工技术,最终成功解决了该隧道的涌水问题     

桥面防水材料抗渗性能试验方法研究

本文研究了室内模拟热沥青混合料对桥面防水材料的碾压作用,并概述了用不透水仪测试不透水性能的试验方法。试验结果显示卷材类防水材料的抗渗性能要优于涂膜类材料,胎体的使用使涂膜类材料的抗渗性能有明显提高。     

锌系超低温快速磷化液的研究

本文在超低温条件下,通过对磷化液主盐、溶液的pH值、温度、氧化剂的添加量及种类等的研究,获得了超低温快速、耐蚀、附着力好,外形美观的磷化膜,用扫描电镜分析了镀层表面及其组成,并探讨了磷化机理。
