续断和维生素E对阿尔茨海默病模型大鼠顶叶皮层内生长抑素神经元的影响

研究表明 ,阿尔茨海默病 (Alzheimer sdisease,AD)患者脑内生长抑素 (somatostatin ,SS)含量及其神经元数目的减少与其记忆障碍有明显的关系[1,2 ] ,在前期的工作中 ,我们发现续断和维生素E(VitaminE ,VE)可促进AD模型大鼠海马结构内SS神经元的恢复[3 ] ,改善其学习记忆能力[4,5] 。本实验在此基础上 ,采用免疫组化方法观察续断和VE治疗能否改善模型鼠顶叶皮层中受损的SS神经元。1　材料和方法1.1　AD模型大鼠的制备　本实验用 4月龄雌性SD大鼠 (体重 2 0 0g± 10 g ,由西安交通大学医学动物实验中心提供 )。按文献[6] 的方法 ,用…
