计算机在公路测设特殊线形中的应用

在公路测设中 ,经常遇到各种复杂的不利条件 ,使测设难度增大。本文提出采用贝筛尔曲线 ,利用计算机语言编制程序可解决各种特殊情况下的公路线形测设 ,使线形达到圆滑平顺 ,满足规范和实际要求。     

The effect of prostaglandin E1 on recovery of early renal graft functions after transplantation

Objective To investigate the effect of prostaglandin E: (PGE1) on recovery of early renal graft functions after transplantation. Methods One hundred and seven patients after renal transplantation were allocated in the treated group, and treated by conventional treatment with injection of 10 μg prostaglandin E1 additionally twice a day for 14 days. And eighty-eight patients who received conventional treatment alone after renal transplantation at the corresponding period were allocated in the control group. Indexes of the two groups, including incidence of delayed graft function and acute rejection reaction, volume of urine, serum certaintie (SCr), endogenous certainties clearance rate (CCr), the blood flow resistance in graft as well as blood viscosity (BV), and platelet aggregation rate (PAR), were determined. Results The urinary volume and endogenous certainties clearance rate of the treated group were significantly higher, but the level of SCr, incidence of renal function recovery retardation, BV, PAR and blood flow resistance in graft were significantly lower than these of the control group (P<0.05). The difference of incidence of acute rejection reaction between the two groups was insignificant (P>0.05). Conclusion Prostaglandin E1 can improve blood microcirculation and decrease the incidence of renal function recovery retardation. These effects are helpful for recovery of renal function after renal transplantation.     

低钠饮食性缺钠对大鼠咸味觉敏感性的影响

目的采用条件性厌味(conditioned taste aversion,CTA)——双瓶选择方法检测低钠饮食性缺钠对咸味觉感受功能的影响。方法正常饮食大鼠及低钠饮食大鼠均分为条件组和非条件组,每组10只。建立实验大鼠对0.1mol/L NaCl溶液CTA后,给予系列浓度的NaCl和蒸馏水30min的双瓶选择测试,计算各溶液的味觉喜好值。根据条件组大鼠喜好值显著低于非条件组喜好值的最低味觉溶液浓度,确定咸味觉检测阈值。结果正常大鼠咸味觉检测阈值为0.003～0.005mol/L NaCl,而低钠饮食14d后该阈值降至0.001～0.003mol/L。结论慢性脱钠可下调咸味觉检测阈值,使大鼠对咸味刺激更加敏感。     

Q235钢正火区微生物腐蚀电化学行为研究

通过测量极化曲线和阻抗谱,研究了Q235钢正火区在SRB和V.natriegens共同作用下的腐蚀行为。研究表明,正火区的腐蚀程度,单一菌溶液中,SRB大于V.natriegens,混合菌溶液大于单一菌;混合菌溶液中SRB和V.natriegens表现出协同作用,加速试样的腐蚀。

哇巴因对大鼠肾皮质Na+-K+-ATP酶活性及多巴胺D1受体mRNA表达的影响

目的 观察哇巴因对大鼠肾皮质Na+-K+-ATP酶活性及多巴胺D1受体mRNA表达的影响.方法 28只SD大鼠随机分为2组,即哇巴因组[27.8μg/(kg·d)哇巴因腹腔注射]和对照组(生理盐水1mL/d腹腔注射),每周测量鼠尾动脉血压,共5周.于第3、5周后分2批处死动物,应用分光光度法测定各组大鼠肾皮质Na+-K+-ATP酶活性,同时采用实时定量PCR(real-time PCR)观察肾皮质中多巴胺D1受体mRNA表达的变化.结果 大鼠腹腔注射哇巴因3周后,两组血压无显著性差异,但哇巴因组大鼠肾皮质Na+-K+-ATP酶活性高于对照组(P<0.01),多巴胺D1受体mRNA表达低于对照组(P<0.01).5周后,哇巴因组大鼠血压与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01),哇巴因组大鼠肾皮质Na+-K+-ATP酶活性进一步增高(P<0.01),多巴胺D1受体mRNA表达进一步减低(P<0.01).结论 长期小剂量外周注射哇巴因可使SD大鼠血压持续升高,这一作用与肾近曲小管Na+-K+-ATP酶活性增加引起水钠潴留有关,多巴胺D1受体可能参与了这一过程.     

Alendronate affects osteoprotegerin/receptor of activator of nuclear factor κB-ligand expression in human marrow stroma cells in vitro

Objective To evaluate the effect of alendronate on osteoprotegerin (OPG) and receptor of activator of nuclear factor κB-ligand (RANKL) expression in human marrow stroma cells (hMSCs) in vitro. Methods hMSCs were isolated from haman marrow, cultured in vitro, and randomly divided into two groups: alendronate group, hMSCs culture fluid containing 1×10-7 mol/ L alendronate; control group, no special treatment but culturing hMSCs in DMEM. Two weeks after treatment, the expressions of OPG and RANKL were evaluated by RT-PCR and Western blot.Results hMSCs became uniform spindle-shaped fibroblasts. As cells proliferated, they formed colonies and showed whirlpool arrangement. After one week's treatment, hMSCs in alendronate group had reduced processes and gradually showed disc shape, which did not happen in control group but kept fibroblast shape and just increased in density. In RT-PCR, the ratio of OPG/RANKL in alendronate group and control group was 8.77±1.16 and 4.58±1.27, respec-tively. In Western blot, the ratio of OPG/RANKL in alendronate group and control group was 2.58±0.47 and 1.52±0.32, respectively. The ratio of OPG/RANKL was higher in alendronate group than in control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Alendronatc enhances OPG expression and inhibits RANKL expression of hMSCs in vitro.     

辣椒素通过下调COX-2和mPGES-1抑制IL-1β诱导的NCI-H460细胞PGE_2含量的实验研究

目的观察辣椒素对IL-1β诱导的人肺腺癌NCI-H460细胞PGE_2含量的影响,并且进一步观察其对COX-2和mPGES-1的影响,探讨其抗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的可能机制。方法体外培养NCI-H460细胞,采用MTT比色分析法,观察辣椒素对NCI-H460细胞增殖抑制作用,计算IC50;采用IL-1β刺激的方法构建炎症模型,ELISA法检测辣椒素对NCI-H460细胞PGE_2含量和COX-2活性的影响;Western blot法检测辣椒素对NCI-H460细胞COX-2、mPGES-1蛋白表达的影响;Real-time PCR法检测辣椒素对NCI-H460细胞COX-2mRNA和mPGES-1mRNA表达的影响。结果 MTT比色分析结果表明,辣椒素对NCI-H460细胞增殖具有明显抑制作用,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。辣椒素明显降低NCI-H460细胞COX-2活性和PGE_2浓度,而且明显降低NCIH460细胞COX-2、mPGES-1蛋白及其mRNA的表达,且呈剂量依赖性,与模型组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辣椒素通过降低NCI-H460细胞COX-2和mPGES-1 mRNA表达从而抑制PGE_2释放,可能是其抗NSCLC的机制之一。
