车辆在线监测系统 在受电弓检测中的应用

以南京地铁1号线车辆的在线检测系统中的受电弓在线监测系统为主要对象,论述其组成结构、工作过程和工作原理。在线检测系统通过图像采集、分析,实时反馈列车受电弓的工作状态;利用图形分析技术,及时发现受电弓故障并立即报警,避免弓网事故的发生。实际使用表明,该系统可以降低受电弓检查的成本,提高受电弓检修的效率,避免受电弓带故障运行,提升运营质量,保证正线的运营安全。

分析目前109型分配阀用安全阀紧急增压方式所存在的问题,提出一种新的紧急增压方式,并对其进行试验,试验结果满足使用要求.     

基于未确知测度理论的隧道施工瓦斯灾害风险评价

选取煤层厚度、煤层瓦斯含量、回风流平均瓦斯浓度、相对瓦斯涌出量、岩石类型、连通封闭性、深度值、隧道跨度、隧道长度、通风风速和涌水量等11项瓦斯灾害指标作为隧道施工瓦斯灾害风险评价指标体系,并建立各指标的等级标准。将序关系分析法(G1)和反熵权法(AEW)运用拉格朗日乘子法确定组合权重,构建各指标的单指标测度函数,并计算出各指标的综合测度评价向量。为了优化未确知测度置信度识别准则,引进集对分析(SPA)关联系数确定各隧道的瓦斯灾害风险等级。并对24个瓦斯隧道进行瓦斯灾害评价,并和FDA法评价结果和现场实测结果进行对比,精度达到91.7%,基本符合实际情况,表明了该评价方法合理有效,可为隧道施工瓦斯灾害评价提供理论参考。     

Sea state estimation based on vessel motion responses: Improved smoothness and robustness using Bézier surface and L1 optimization

Floating structures oscillate in waves, where these wave-induced motions may be critical for various marine operations. An important consideration is thereby given to the sea states at the planning and operating stages for an offshore project. The most important information extracted from a sea state is the directional wave spectrum, indicating wave direction, significant wave height, and wave spectrum peak period. Among several available methods of measuring and estimating the directional wave spectrum, the wave buoy analogy technique based on vessel motion responses is an in situ and almost real-time solution without extra costs of devices. If the forms of the wave spectra are not predefined in the estimation, the method is called a nonparametric approach. Its most remarkable advantage is the flexible form, but the smoothness should be regulated. After the discrete Fourier transform has been applied to the measured vessel motions, smoothing is necessary. However, this process results in disturbed vessel cross-spectra and a lowpass characteristic of the windowing function. This paper presents a nonparametric approach for directional wave spectrum estimation based on vessel motion responses. It introduces novel smoothness constraints using Bézier surface and includes a more robust estimate using L1 optimization. Both techniques are applied to the wave buoy analogy for the first time. Numerical simulations are conducted to verify the proposed algorithm.     

5-氮胞苷对宫颈癌细胞系DAPK1异常甲基化的影响

目的　观察宫颈癌细胞系SiHa及HeLa中凋亡相关蛋白激酶 1(DAPK1)的表达与甲基化修饰之间的相关性,以及5 氮胞苷对细胞DAPK1表达和生长的影响。方法　应用甲基化特异性PCR法分析细胞中DAPK1的甲基化状态;采用RT- PCR及免疫组化SABC法检测不同浓度 5- 氮胞苷干预对宫颈癌细胞 DAPK1 mRNA及蛋白表达的影响;MTT法观察5 -氮胞苷对细胞增殖的影响。结果　DAPK1基因在宫颈癌细胞 SiHa中有甲基化修饰,5- 氮胞苷干预能使其甲基化的DAPK1基因重新表达并抑制细胞生长。结论　DAPK1 的甲基化修饰是宫颈癌发生重要机制之一,5 -氮胞苷能使甲基化的DAPK1去除甲基化修饰,重新表达并恢复抑癌作用。     

X射线安检设备控制系统的设计

典型的X射线安检设备主要由X射线发生器、X射线线性阵列探测器、滚筒电机及传动装置、装有图像采集卡的PC及光触发传感器等组成，要实现各部分协调、高效的工作需设计一套完善的控制系统。依据X射线安检机各部分的工作原理及控制要求，设计了系统的控制方案，该控制系统方案已应用到沈阳地泰检测设备有限公司DEX9080B型X射线安检机上，经过2年多的运行，证明该系统运行稳定、响应速度快，具有良好的抗干扰性和实用价值。     

西安汉族人群HLA-DQA1基因座遗传多态性研究

目的　了解西安汉族群体HLA DQA1基因座的基因及基因型分布 ,获得西安汉族群体HLA DQA1群体遗传学数据。方法　采用PERKIN ELMER公司生产的AmpliTypePM试剂盒 ,PCR扩增HLA DQA1基因座 ,与 11个寡核苷酸探针杂交 ,对西安地区汉族 10 2名无关个体HLA DQA1基因座进行基因频率调查。结果　检出 7种等位基因、2 8种基因型 ,经 χ2 检验基因型的观察值与期望值符合Hardy Weinberg平衡定律 (P >0 .5 ) ,其杂合度 (H)、个体识别率 (DP)、非父排除率 (EPP)和多态信息量 (PIC)分别为 0 .8317、0 .9393、0 .786 6和0 .82 5 0。结论　所得到的群体遗传学数据为遗传学、法医学个体识别和亲权鉴定提供依据     

The β-amyloid protein induces S100β expression in rat hippocampus through a mechanism that involves IL-1

Objective To explore the effect of β-amyloid protein (Aβ) on S100β expression in rat hippocampus and its mechanisms. Methods At 7 days after bilateral stereotaxis injection of different dose of fibrillar Aβ 25-35 and interluekin-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1ra) into the rat CA1 region, the learning and memory abilities of rats were tested with passive avoidance task. Amyloid deposition was detected by using Congo red staining technique. Nissl staining and immunohistochemical techniques were used to analyze the number of neurons, and GFAP and the S100β expression in hippocampal CA1 region , respectively. Results After fibrillar Aβ injection, the step-through latency of rats was significantly shortened compared to that of the control group. The GFAP positive astrocytes were found surrounding amyloid deposition. Neuronal loss occurred in the pyramidal cell layer of CA1 region. The number of S100β positive cells in Aβ-treated group was significantly increased compared with that in the control group. After IL-1ra injection, the number of S100β positive cells was significantly decreased. Conclusion Intrahippocampal injection of Aβ 25-35 could cause similar pathologic changes of Alzheimer's disease. Aβ 25-35 was capable of up-regulating S100β expression in a dose-dependent manner. The injection of IL-1ra could attenuate the effect of Aβ on S100β expression.     

大鼠耳蜗α_(1D)L-型电压门控钙通道组织特异性异构体的剪切方式及其意义

目的　研究α1DL 型电压门控钙通道基因在大鼠耳蜗的剪切 (splicing )方式及其意义。 方法　以显微解剖取材的大鼠耳蜗基底膜为起始材料 ,利用外显子特异性 (exon specific)引物的RT PCR扩增和序列测定确定耳蜗表达的α1DL 型电压门控钙通道的剪切方式。结果　耳蜗表达的α1D钙通道cDNA剪切部位发生在功能域Ⅰ、Ⅱ之间的细胞内连接区和羧基末端。结论　大鼠耳蜗存在α1D钙通道组织特异性的剪切异构体 ,选择性剪切可能是内耳基因表达调控的重要机制
