暖棚法在高墩0#块冬季施工的应用

该文介绍葫芦河特大桥主墩0#块冬季施工方法,对西北严寒地区混凝土生产、运输、施工、养护等成功的经验进行了总结。提出采用"暖棚保温、管道覆盖、暖棚养护"法进行混凝土施工是一种较好的方法。     

Mesoscale subduction at the Almeria–Oran front: Part 1: Ageostrophic flow

This paper presents a detailed diagnostic analysis of hydrographic and current meter data from three, rapidly repeated, fine-scale surveys of the Almeria–Oran front. Instability of the frontal boundary, between surface waters of Atlantic and Mediterranean origin, is shown to provide a mechanism for significant heat transfer from the surface layers to the deep ocean in winter. The data were collected during the second observational phase of the EU funded OMEGA project on RRS Discovery cruise 224 during December 1996. High resolution hydrographic measurements using the towed undulating CTD vehicle, SeaSoar, traced the subduction of Mediterranean Surface Water across the Almeria–Oran front. This subduction is shown to result from a significant baroclinic component to the instability of the frontal jet. The Q-vector formulation of the omega equation is combined with a scale analysis to quantitatively diagnose vertical transport resulting from mesoscale ageostrophic circulation. The analyses are presented and discussed in the presence of satellite and airborne remotely sensed data; which provide the basis for a thorough and novel approach to the determination of observational error.

从JZ-7型制动机和26-L型制动机的结构、性能、操作方式以及附加功能等方面进行了对比,在结构、性能和操作方式上两种制动机基本相同;26-L制动机具有的安全控制和自动停车功能,JZ-7制动机通过简单改造后即可实现,在与用户沟通后由JZ-7型制动机替代26-L型制动机在出口机车上运用是可行的。

介绍了 SS7D型电力机车使用的 JDFP2 - 770 0 / 2 5型主变压器的主要技术数据、设计特点、主要结构 ,给出了阻抗实测值 ,对平波电抗器和供电电抗器也作了简单介绍。该产品已通过试验及现场运用 ,证明完全符合设计要求。

介绍了Ｂ０－Ｂ０－Ｂ０轴式的ＳＳ７型电力机车的总体布置和通风系统，并给出设备设置和通风系统示意图。     

产业导向下的轨道交通站点开发策略研究

近年来,在城市轨道交通站点周边土地开发过程中,出现了诸多“开而不发”的现象。本文以产业为切入点,在研究城市轨道交通站点开发模式及其对产业集聚影响等理论的基础上,结合站点周边开发的典型案例,提出了将产业导入与开发建设统筹考虑、以服务业或生产性服务业为主导产业、合理配置产业结构并紧凑布局、采用政府与企业协作的发展模式、以TOD理念进行规划设计、优化开发时序与合理分区分期等开发策略,为城市轨道交通站点周边开发提供参考和借鉴。     

ZYJ7型转辙机道岔启动电路改进研究

对铁路提速区段ZYJ7型转辙机道岔的启动电路进行改进,设计带有延时切断功能一体断相保护器(DBQ),在规定时间切断电机启动电路,防止道岔动作故障没有到位、到位后无表示、卡阻现象。在满足故障导向安全原则下节省一个时间继电器,简化启动电路。     

A modified reinforcement learning algorithm for solving coordinated signalized networks

This study proposes Reinforcement Learning (RL) based algorithm for finding optimum signal timings in Coordinated Signalized Networks (CSN) for fixed set of link flows. For this purpose, MOdified REinforcement Learning algorithm with TRANSYT-7F (MORELTRANS) model is proposed by way of combining RL algorithm and TRANSYT-7F. The modified RL differs from other RL algorithms since it takes advantage of the best solution obtained from the previous learning episode by generating a sub-environment at each learning episode as the same size of original environment. On the other hand, TRANSYT-7F traffic model is used in order to determine network performance index, namely disutility index. Numerical application is conducted on medium sized coordinated signalized road network. Results indicated that the MORELTRANS produced slightly better results than the GA in signal timing optimization in terms of objective function value while it outperformed than the HC. In order to show the capability of the proposed model for heavy demand condition, two cases in which link flows are increased by 20% and 50% with respect to the base case are considered. It is found that the MORELTRANS is able to reach good solutions for signal timing optimization even if demand became increased.     

重庆鱼洞长江大桥主桥0号块施工技术

由于预应力混凝土连续刚构桥对地形、地质和通航要求适应性强,施工方便,较为经济,已成为大跨径桥梁的首选型。但是,随着连续刚构桥梁跨度的不断增大,处于连续刚构桥梁重要承重结构地位的0号段体积也不断增大,施工技术更加复杂。如何突破0号段施工技术难点,是解决大跨度连续刚构桥梁施工技术的关键。总结中铁十七局在鱼洞长江大桥全国最大的0号块施工时所采取的一系列有效措施和取得的成功经验,为今后的公路、铁路桥悬灌梁0号块的施工提供可以借鉴的施工经验。

针对ZYJ7型电动液压转辙机电路图过于复杂、不易理解等问题,在分析原图的基础上,对其不足之处进行了剖析,并有针对性地提出了优化方案,使得新图的结构更加清晰,更加简洁地反映设计意图。
