线粒体细胞色素c介导的caspase-9激活通路参与大骨节病关节软骨细胞凋亡的发生机制

目的通过评价线粒体功能研究线粒体介导的caspase-9激活通路参与成人大骨节病关节软骨细胞凋亡的机制。方法关节软骨细胞培养,Hoechst 33258染色检测软骨细胞核形态,流式细胞仪检测软骨细胞凋亡率和细胞内活性氧含量,Western bloting检测细胞色素c的表达,荧光法检测caspase-9和caspase-3活性。结果大骨节病患者关节软骨细胞较正常软骨细胞凋亡百分率增加,线粒体细胞色素c释放,caspase-9和caspase-3活性增高,且活性氧含量增加。结论线粒体氧化应激参与了大骨节病软骨细胞的病理生理变化,线粒体功能障碍可能在大骨节病关节软骨细胞凋亡过程发挥了重要作用。     

车用OBD性能参数多通道数据采集系统设计

OBD-Ⅱ系统是国Ⅲ和国Ⅳ排放标准实施的必要条件,其性能参数的采集是实时监测汽车尾气排放的基础。采用HCS08单片机系列之一的MC9S08GT 60MCU开发车用OBD性能参数多通道数据采集系统,采集汽车上与排放相关的零部件上的传感器信号,并通过串口与LabVIEWVISA接口通信,实现数据的读取和存储。试验证明,此系统工作稳定可靠。

Relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 and angiogenesis in glioma and its clinical significance

Objective To explore the role and significance of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in angiogenesis through observing the relationship between the expression of MMP-9 and microvessel density (MVD) in glioma. Methods The expressions of MMP-9 and CD34 in 10 cases of normal brain tissues and 58 cases of glioma (14 cases of grade Ⅰ , 20 cases of grade Ⅱ , 15 cases of grade Ⅲ, and 9 cases of grade Ⅳ ) were detected by immunohistochemical streptavidin-peroxidase technique. The positive cells of MMP-9 and the positive microvessels were examined under binocular light microscope. Results The positive expression of MMP-9 in glioma was located in the tumor-cell cytoplast and endothelial cells. The positive rate of MMP-9 in glioma of grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ was 42.9%, 65.0%, 86.7% and 88. 9%, respectively. The expression of MMP-9 was obviously higher than that of normal brain tissues (P<0.01) and positively correlated with glioma malignancy (rz =0. 597, P<0.05). MVD was correlated with glioma malignancy (H=47. 865, P<0. 05). The expression of MMP-9 was significantly correlated with MVD (rz =0.897, P<0.01). Conclusion The expressions of MMP-9 and MVD are correlated with glioma malignancy, which may be helpful in judging the malignancy, invasion and prognosis. MMP-9 plays an important role in angiogenesis of glioma and accelerates glioma malignancy development by promoting angiogenesis.

一种基于ARM9的多路差分信号采集系统

文章针对多路差分信号采集问题,提出了一种基于ARM9的高精度采集系统。该系统通过采用I/O模拟SPI接口工作时序的方法,把ADC纳入ARM9的存储管理;通过将差分信号转换为单端信号,简化了整个系统设计。通过比较采集软件实际接收数据值和从采集的SPI时序图读出的采样数据值,得出CPLD控制逻辑和采集软件设计符合要求以及单次采样误差小于2%。     

中药治疗后MMP-9、TIMP-1及CA125在异位和在位子宫内膜中的表达

目的 探讨中医药治疗子宫腺肌症的作用机制.方法 37例行全子宫切除术的子宫腺肌症患者术前分为中药治疗组(n=17)和对照组(n=20).子宫内膜作为在位内膜标本,腺肌瘤作为异位内膜标本.采用免疫组化法测定并比较在位和异位内膜中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)的表达水平,并观察两组患者治疗前、后血清CA125的变化.结果 中药治疗组异位内膜组织中,MMP-9在腺上皮细胞内的表达显著低于对照组(P<0.05),TIMP-1的表达显著高于对照组(P<0.05),MMP-9/TIMP-1比值显著低于对照组(P<0.05).中药组治疗后血清CA125 明显降低,与治疗前及对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 中药可能通过下调MMP-9/TIMP-1的比值及降低血清CA125水平来控制异位内膜组织的种植侵袭.     

Construction of expression vector for NT4-ADNF-9 fusion gene

Objective To construct the prokaryotic expression vector bearing fusion gene NT4-ADNF-9 and lay foundation for further study on genetic therapy of neuraseusory deafness. Methods By means of asymmetrical prince/ template, double stranded eDNA of activity dependent neurotrophic factor-9 (ADNF-9) was obtained, which included restriction enzymes sites on the two extremities. ADNF-9 eDNA was ligated to the signal and leader peptides of nenrotrophin 4 (NT4), and the fusion gene was named NT4-ADNF-9. Then it was suheluned into prokaryotic expression vector pBV220, and called pBV220/ NT4-ADNF-9. Results Evidences of DNA sequence analysis and restrtction enzymes digestion showed that we recombined ADNF-9 eDNA to the 3'terminal of the signal and leader peptides of NT4, and the fusion gene was subcluned into pBV220 successfully. Bioactivity of the products was proved that it could support the cell survival and neurite growth in the primary cultures of dorsal root ganglia (DRG) of embryonic day-8 cbicken neurons as compared to the control. Conclusion Prokaryotic expression vector pBV220/NT4-ADNF-9 can be constructed successfully and the bioactivtty is satisfactory.     

基于汽车ECU串口的代码下载与调试方法的实现

提出一种基于串口通信来实现对汽车电控单元ECU代码的下载和调试方法,以解决长期以来依赖BDM对ECU进行代码下载和调试过程中出现的诸多不便.以美国飞思卡尔汽车级微控制芯片HCS 9S12为研究对象,通过自主开发的调试软件实现了无BDM对ECU的代码下载与调试,实践证明该方法简单、可靠、成本低,有一定的应用推广价值.

采用高温固相合成技术、溶胶-凝胶法、助熔剂法制备了Na3La9B8O27：Ln^3＋（Ln=Eu或Tb）荧光体,确定了固相反应制备该荧光体适宜的组分re．g,j．分别测试、解释了Na3La9B8O27：Ln^3＋和Na3La9B8O27：Tb^3激发光谱和发射光谱．比较了不同方法制备的荧光体的发光效率,并对产生的差异进行分析和讨论,助熔剂法得到的荧光体发光效率最高．
