肺癌患者外周血T细胞亚群及免疫细胞活性的研究

采用 APAAP法和流式细胞仪研究 32例肺癌患者及 30例健康人外周血T细胞亚群及免疫细胞活性 ( NK- A)的变化。结果表明 :肺癌患者外周血 CD+3 、CD+4、CD+4/CD+8及 NK- A与正常人比较呈显著性降低 ( P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ;且肺癌伴癌转移者与未转移者上述各项指标亦有显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 5 )。说明肺癌患者存在细胞免疫功能降低 ;伴有癌转移的肺癌患者细胞免疫功能更低。提出积极调节肺癌患者细胞免疫功能 ,增强机体抗肿瘤能力十分重要。     

基于USB和FPGA的数据采集系统设计

文章从系统总体结构、硬件设计和软件设计三个方面阐述基于USB和FPGA的多通道同步数据采集与处理系统的设计方法。系统采用FPGA作为主控芯片,实现了A/D转换芯片的控制、数据在双SRAM中的乒乓缓冲控制以及和USB接口芯片CY7C68013A的通信控制。通过USB驱动程序,动态链接库和LabVIEW实现了上位机中数据的显示,处理与存储。该系统能够满足多通道同步数据采集的要求。     

AK-16A 配合比设计准则研究

AK-16A是广东省沥青混凝土路面抗滑磨耗层的典型结构,抗滑磨耗层的关键技术问题是抗滑和密水,而抗滑与密水是一对矛盾,由于实践经验不足,致使水损害成了广东省高速公路沥青混凝土路面的主要病害之一。为进一步提高广东省抗滑磨耗层配比设计水平,克服水损害,本文着重研究了AK-16A抗滑磨耗层混合料级配曲线位置和形状对混合料马歇尔指标的影响,归纳出抗滑磨耗层配比设计准则。

电动四轮转向汽车电子差速问题研究

介绍了四轮转向技术和新兴的纯电子差速技术,讨论了四轮转向汽车差速问题的特殊性;建立了基于阿克曼原理的四轮转向低速差速模型;设计了基于TMS320LF2407A DSP的四轮转向及其转向差速电子控制系统,并进行软件编程初步实验,验证了四轮转向技术和电子差速技术的可行性。
