PDM系统在摩托车设计中的应用

实现信息化管理是摩托车行业在激烈的市场竞争中求生存、求发展的基础,基于产品设计技术的数据管理（PDM）系统的应用,为企业提高技术能力与市场竞争力起到了很大的作用。通过PDM的实施和应用,产品数据信息得到了高度共享,产品设计实现了数字化,大大缩短了产品的开发周期,提高了设计质量,增强了企业竞争力,推进了企业信息化进程。     

基于MATLAB的振动信号消除趋势项处理方法

在汽车整车振动试验时,采集前端受车载电源、温度及噪声等外部环境的干扰数值易偏离真实数值,给后续信号处理带来了误差甚至错误,因此振动信号的预处理在信号分析过程中非常重要。文章介绍了对汽车振动原始信号进行消除趋势项处理的主要方法,并在MATLAB编程平台上进行算法编程实现,给出了主要的程序代码。结果表明,振动信号在消除趋势项后得到了较好的改善。     

Apriori算法在汽车销售客户分析中的应用

文章以4S店客户信息数据库作为研究对象,利用数据挖掘中关联规则挖掘算法Apriori,挖掘出已成交的客户特征和规则,对分类结果进行分析,并在某品牌4S店销售汽车过程中借鉴这些规则,有针对性的地进行引导销售,从而提高了销售成功率。

文章结合工程实例,对某大桥预应力混凝土T梁梁端底部裂缝的产生和发展进行了数值模拟分析,揭示其产生和发展机理,并提出了裂缝处理的相关建议。     

Gaussian anamorphosis extension of the DEnKF for combined state parameter estimation: Application to a 1D ocean ecosystem model

We consider the problem of combined state-parameter estimations in biased nonlinear models with non-Gaussian extensions of the Deterministic Ensemble Kalman Filter (DEnKF). We focus on the particular framework of ocean ecosystem models. Such models present important obstacles to the use of data assimilation methods based on Kalman filtering due to the non-linearity of the models, the constraints of positiveness that apply to the variables and parameters, and the non-Gaussian distribution of the variables in which they result.We present extensions of the DEnKF dealing with these difficulties by introducing a nonlinear change of variables (anamorphosis function) in order to execute the analysis step with Gaussian transformed variables and parameters. Several strategies to build the anamorphosis functions are investigated and compared within the framework of twin experiments realized in a simple 1D ocean ecosystem model. A solution to the problem of the specification of the observation error for transformed observations is suggested. The study highlights the inability of the plain DEnKF with a simple post-processing of the negative values to properly estimate parameters when constraints of positiveness apply to the variables. It goes on to show that the introduction of the Gaussian anamorphosis can remedy these assimilation biases.     

基于CATIA的车身后底板逆向设计

车身后底板因结构复杂、零部件多而成为白车身设计的难点,采用逆向工程方法对后底板进行了分析设计。针对逆向设计中后底板形状复杂、点云数量大、倒角、翻边及搭接等技术处理难点做了相应的优化,为产品的创新设计和缩短生产周期,以适应快速多变的市场需求提供了技术支持。通过三维建模软件对汽车后底板的逆向设计,完成了数据采集、预处理及三维模型的重建,并对逆向设计过程中遇到的问题做出合理的解答,为逆向工程方法在汽车车身设计的应用提供了参考。     

发动机气道逆向设计方法研究及应用

发动机气道形状的数据采集属于零件内腔数据采集,一般很难直接通过测量工具来测量,三坐标测量仪测头无法伸到气道底部,而光学测量仪由于测量径深及气道外形复杂,几乎也测量不到有效的气道数据。本文根据不同的发动机气道,对发动机气道进行数据采集,采集方法主要有浇注硅胶的间接测量方法、运用逐层扫描技术的直接测量方法和发动机分割装配光学测量法。     

电动汽车能耗预测的研究

随着电动汽车的数量日趋增多,人们对于电动汽车能耗的关注度也逐渐增加。电动汽车受到电池性能和容量的约束,同时受到充电桩的位置、数量和充电时间的限制,容易使得驾驶员产生"里程焦虑"。因此续驶里程成为驾驶员关注的重要指标之一。准确的能耗预测能够给予驾驶员出行指导,减缓"里程焦虑"。围绕电动汽车能量消耗的影响因素进行了归纳总结,介绍了近年来能耗预测技术的研究现状和不足,并提出未来研究方向的发展趋势。     

How to assess sustainability of suppliers in volume discount context? A new data envelopment analysis approach

In this paper, we reformulate conventional data envelopment analysis (DEA) models and propose a novel method for evaluating sustainability of suppliers in the presence of interval volume discount offers, fuzzy data, and ordinal data. To this end, we convert all data into interval data. To convert fuzzy data into interval data, we use nearest weighted interval approximation by applying weighting function and we convert each ordinal data into interval one. Then, using enhanced Russell model, interval efficiencies are obtained. After that, using preference degree approach, we rank suppliers. Finally, a case study is presented to illustrate our proposed approach.     

商用车预热状态对稳态回转试验的影响

文章分析了稳态回转试验中车辆的预热状态对试验结果一致性的影响,总结出在不同预热条件下,胎压、胎温对轮胎侧偏刚度的影响,更进一步地证实了轮胎胎压和胎温稳定性对车辆稳态回转试验结果的影响,完善如稳态回转类试验的测试方法,为改善该试验结果一致性提供参考。
