头孢羟氨苄分散片相对生物利用度研究

目的 研究头孢羟氨苄分散片与颗粒剂的相对生物利用度。方法 采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定18名男性健康志愿者单剂量交叉口服500mg头孢羟氨苄分散片与颗粒剂后的血药浓度,计算两者的相对生物利用度。结果 头孢羟氨苄分散片与颗粒剂的Tmax分别为(1..61±0..44)h和(1..58±0..35)h;Cmax分别为(16..0±2..06)mg/L和(16..4±1..99)mg/L;t１／２分别为(2..22±0..26)h和(2..22±0..26)h;药时曲线下面积AUC分别为(60..2±9..79)mg·h/L和(60..7±9..76)mg·h/L;头孢羟氨苄分散片相对生物利用度为(99..3±6..51)%。结论 两种制剂具有生物等效性。     

Control system for low pressure gradient mixer in high performance liquid chromatograph

A control system used in high performance liquid chromatograph(HPLC) was described.The control system adopting low pressure gradient elution was tested with different initial and end volume fractions,and four types of gradient elution curves.The experimental results verified the theoretical analyses of the applied method.This self-designed control system can achieve approving accuracy,repeatability and low cost,which has a bright outlook for domestic applications.

Distribution of total dissolved and C18 extractable copper and nickel in relation to dissolved organic matter sources, in the Thermaikos Gulf (eastern Mediterranean)

Organically complexed and total dissolved copper and nickel were measured in the Thermaikos Gulf waters during winter 1998. Total concentrations ranged from 1.13 nmol/L to 7.02 nmol/L for copper and from 3.04 nmol/L to 9.50 nmol/L for nickel. The C18 Sep-Pak solid phase extraction technique was used in order to determine the amount of copper and nickel complexed with the hydrophobic component of the dissolved organic matter (DOM). Up to 32.4% of total copper and 4.57% of total nickel were complexed with the DOM extracted by C18. By applying HPLC analysis it was shown that the majority of the organic compounds retained by C18 had intermediate to low polarity. Using the absorbance ratio a₂₅₄/a₄₃₆ it was possible to unravel that humic substances of both terrestrial and marine origin were present in the Thermaikos Gulf and their distribution followed the dilution of riverine waters. Moreover our results indicated that organic binding of both Cu and Ni was stronger with the hydrophobic compounds of terrestrial origin than with those of marine origin.

目的　研究马洛替酯缓释片单次给药和多次给药的人体药代动力学和生物利用度。方法　 2 0名健康男性志愿受试者随机交叉分别单次及多次口服马洛替酯缓释片与普通片 ,采用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)测定血浆中马洛替酯的浓度 ,用 3P97程序进行数据处理。结果　单次口服马洛替酯缓释片与普通片 (6 0 0mg)后 ,AUC0～ 2 4分别为 (130 .77± 39.81)和 (135 .4 7± 4 6 .39) μg·h·L-1;AUC0～∞ 分别为 (16 4 .4 9± 5 1.6 9)和 (173.0 3± 6 5 .6 9) μg·h·L-1;Tmax分别为(4.15± 1.73)和 (2 .2 5± 0 .72 )h ;Cmax分别为 (2 4 .2 3± 11.2 3)和 (35 .0 5± 16 .0 2 ) μg·L-1;t1/ 2 分别为 (11.11± 2 .92 )和(10 .5 1± 1.98)h。多次口服马洛替酯缓释片 (每次 30 0mg,每日 2次 )与普通片 (每次 2 0 0mg ,每日 3次 )达稳态后 ,AUCss0～τ分别为 (112 .5 7± 34.37)和 (76 .97± 18.0 9) μg·h·L-1;Tmax分别为 (3.35± 1.2 2 )和 (2 .0 0± 0 .6 5 )h ;Cmax分别为 (2 1.4 6± 7.82 )和 (2 5 .2 8± 7.78) μg·L-1;Cmin分别为 (5 .4 5± 1.2 4 )和 (5 .0 6± 0 .81) μg·L-1;Cav分别为 (9.38± 2 .86 )和 (9.6 2± 2 .2 6 ) μg·L-1;波动度 (DF)分别为 (1.6 9± 0 .4 0 ) %和 (2 .0 8± 0 .6 2 ) %。马?

兔组织内吗啡的免疫组织化学研究

为建立一个从病理组织诊断吗啡中毒的方法，研究吗啡在体内的分布，应用盐酸吗啡针剂对家兔进行慢性染毒，采用免疫荧光技术，原位观察吗啡在染毒家兔肝、脾、肾及脑组织中的分布及各脏器中吗啡含量的差异，同时采用 HPLC检测同一取材组织中的吗啡含量。通过对比分析这两项指标，认为吗啡免疫荧光组织化学技术可以作为一个简便、快速、较特异地鉴定吗啡类中毒的方法。     

陕西产淫羊霍根茎组织构造的研究及HPLC法测定淫羊霍甙的含量

应用石蜡切片法对在陕西省分布的淫羊藿、箭叶淫羊藿、巫山淫羊藿、柔毛淫羊藿、茂坟淫羊藿根茎的组织构造进行了研究，同时用HPLC法对主要化学成分淫羊藿减含量进行了测定。结果表明，以上五种淫羊藿根茎组织构造上在纤维群的形状、数目、木质部的末端形状等方面有一定的区别。淫羊藿甙的含量以柔毛淫羊老最高，淫羊藿最低。
