川芎嗪对脑血管内皮细胞ICAM-1表达的影响

用细胞培养技术，观察了中药川芎嗪对培养脑微血管内皮细胞间粘附分子（IntercellularAdhesionMolecule－1，ICAM－1）表达的影响。细胞因子肿瘤坏死因子（TNF－α）和脂多糖（LPS）作用24h，使内皮细胞ICAM－1表达上调，预先用中药川芎嗪注射液处理3Omin，再用相同的细胞因子刺激，ICAM-1表达不升高。提示川芎嗪可抑制TNF－α和LPS引起的ICAM－1表达增加。

Stability analysis of a nonlinear vehicle model in plane motion using the concept of Lyapunov exponents

For the first time, this paper investigates the application of the concept of Lyapunov exponents to the stability analysis of the nonlinear vehicle model in plane motion with two degrees of freedom. The nonlinearity of the model comes from the third-order polynomial expression between the lateral forces on the tyres and the tyre slip angles. Comprehensive studies on both system and structural stability analyses of the vehicle model are presented. The system stability analysis includes the stability, lateral stability region, and effects of driving conditions on the lateral stability region of the vehicle model in the state space. In the structural stability analysis, the ranges of driving conditions in which the stability of the vehicle model is guaranteed are given. Moreover, through examples, the largest Lyapunov exponent is suggested as an indicator of the convergence rate in which the disturbed vehicle model returns to its stable fixed point.     

Siliceous plankton dominate primary and new productivity during the onset of El Niño conditions in the Santa Barbara Basin, California

The potential for carbon export and the role of siliceous plankton in the cycling of C and N was assessed in natural plankton assemblages in the Santa Barbara Basin, California, by examining uptake rates of inorganic carbon, nitrate and silicic acid. In April–August 1997, the concentrations of chlorophyll a, particulate organic carbon, particulate organic nitrogen and biogenic silica were measured twice monthly, and results revealed the occurrence of at least three blooms, the largest in June. Particulate elemental ratios of C, N and Si were similar to ratios of nutrient-replete diatoms, suggesting that they dominated this bloom. Mean integrated rates of carbon, nitrate and silicon uptake during the 4-month study period are similar to other productive coastal and upwelling regions (103, 8.3 and 13 mmol m⁻² day⁻¹, respectively). New production rates were twice as high as previously reported in this region and indicate that high rates of new production along eastern boundary currents are not confined to the major coastal upwelling regions. C/NO₃⁻, Si/NO₃⁻ and Si/C uptake ratios varied widely, and mean integrated ratios were 14±5.4, 1.6±1.0 and 0.12±0.07 (S.D.), respectively. That mean C/NO₃⁻ uptake ratio corresponds to an f-ratio of about 0.5 indicating a large potential for particulate export. Based on the average Si/NO₃⁻ and Si/C uptake ratios, diatoms could perform all of the primary production and nitrate uptake that occurred during the study; these rates also suggest that export is controlled by diatoms in this system. The mean Si/C biomass ratio was lower than the mean Si/C uptake ratio, consistent with the preferential export of Si relative to C observed in sediment traps in the basin. The study took place during a period of surface-water warming, with nitrate and silicic acid concentrations decreasing throughout the onset of the 1997–1998 El Niño conditions. Although diatoms contributed less to particulate biomass during the low nutrient conditions, high f-ratios (0.33–0.66) were maintained.     

蒙特卡罗方法、核模拟程序MCNP及MCNP在核测井中的应用

主要介绍了蒙特卡罗方法的原理及应用,蒙特卡罗超级模拟程序MCNP及其MCNP在核测井中的应用,通过展示部分模拟测井的结果,揭示了MCNP在核测井数值模拟中的有效性和广泛用途.     

中职汽车专业“1+N”区域协同教研实践探索

本文主要论述以渝中区汽车专业为例,通过实践探索,构建中等职业教育汽车专业渝中区协同教研模式,实现渝中区多所中职学校、市区教研机构、专兼职教研员等多层面、多方力量、多种资源的协同,从而提高渝中区中职汽车专业教研的有效性,促进区域中职学校教师的专业发展,提高人才培养质量。     

EBl基因表达与胚胎染色体数目异常的关系

目的研究EBl基因在胚胎绒毛细胞中的表达，并分析其对染色体分离的影响。方法采用荧光定量PCR技术检测EBl基因在人工流产绒毛核型分析正常的胚胎细胞和自然流产绒毛核型分析异常的胚胎细胞中的表达差异；免疫组织化学方法检测EBl蛋白在两者中的表达情况，并用Western blot加以验证。结杲EBl基因mRNA拷贝数／GAPDH基因mRNA拷贝数的均值在人工流产绒毛核型分析正常的胚胎细胞中为0．01004±0．008223，在自然流产绒毛核型分析异常的胚胎细胞中为0．1509±0．0633。Western blot和免疫组织化学结果表明其在自然流产绒毛核型分析异常胚胎细胞中的表达也高于其在人工流产绒毛核型分析正常胚胎细胞中的表达。经统计分析，EBl基因mRNA水平和蛋白水平在上述两组细胞中的表达均有显著差异。结论EBl基因在自然流产绒毛核型分析异常的胚胎细胞中的表达明显高于其在人工流产绒毛核型分析正常的胚胎细胞中的表达，其高表达可能导致染色体分离异常。     

BACnet协议应用层编解码实现

BACnet采用ASN．1作为表述应用层协议数据单元的方法。利用传统的过程调用方法实现协议数据单元的编解码是一件复杂而繁重的工作。因此，使用面向对象的C 语言实现BACnet应用层协议数据单元编解码来达到“直接利用原有协议数据单元定义来完成编解码”的简化目的。     

技术站单组列车编组方案模型与计算方法的研究

技术站列车编组计划编制问题属于超大规模的组合优化问题,求解难度较大.以往的研究在考虑技术站改编能力限制时基本上是采用取上限的计算方法,由此得到的最优方案有可能使得列车途经各技术站的改编能力利用不均衡,影响编制方案的实用性.本文在现有技术直达列车编组计划研究成果的基础上,综合考虑车站编组能力、解体能力、调车线容车数等影响因素,以技术站车辆集结消耗、改编消耗整体最小以及技术站改编能力均衡利用为目标函数,构建协同优化的多目标0-1规划模型,提出了基于分块编码的改进型遗传算法的优化方法.算例表明,该算法能有效地求解技术站单组列车编组计划方案,并能取得快速准确的良好效果,为车流组织人员提供可行的优选方案.
