从"神经末梢"到"国际枢纽"——十六大以来广西交通发展综述

文章总结了党的十六大以来广西交通发展取得的成绩,指出广西交通正在从"神经末梢"发展为"国际枢纽",为广西经济社会发展提供了重要支撑。     

智能型轮毂精密检测机的设计

智能型轮毂检测机是一种能够对轿车轮毂进行端面跳动、径向跳动、直径误差进行检测和谐波分析的全自动精密检测设备。介绍了所设计的智能型轮毂检测机的检测原理、结构方案、数据采集与处理特点,以及被测工件的安装与测量方法。经与常规检测方法对比,该检测机的检测精度提高了一个数量级,检测效率提高2～5倍,检测结果一致性好。     

Spatial pattern of the global shipping network and its hub-and-spoke system

Port system is a research focus of transport geography, and most studies believe carriers are important factors in the development and concentration of the port system. Since the 1990s, carriers have played an important role in organizing the global shipping network and reorganizing the port system. But there isn’t a perfect method to evaluate carriers’ influence and the roles of each port in the maritime shipping networks. In this paper, we use the monthly schedule table of international carriers to describe and model the spatial pattern of the global shipping network and identify its hub-and-spoke system. The result shows that a hierarchical structure exists in the global shipping network. The North Hemisphere, especially the East Asia and the Southeast Asia, is a dominant region of the worldwide shipping network. East Asia, Southeast Asia, Northeast Europe, and East coast of the USA are the concentration regions of worldwide shipping lines. The ports of Hong Kong, Singapore, Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Kaohsiung etc have advanced capacity for maritime shipping and high potentials for being hub ports in the global shipping network. Today, the worldwide shipping network is transforming from the multi-port calling system to 44 regional hub-and-spoke systems. Meanwhile, the sub-networks with hub ports of Antwerp, Singapore, and Hong Kong have become the most important ones and dominate the whole global shipping network.     

Congestion spill effects of Heathrow and Frankfurt airports on connection traffic in European and Gulf hub airports

We develop two stage fixed-effects single-spill and double-spill models for congestion connection spills of London Heathrow and Frankfurt airports on 9 hub airports in Europe and the Gulf. Our panel data covers connection traffic from 1997 to 2013 for Heathrow and 1997 to 2011 for Frankfurt. The single-spill results support strongly that the connection spills from Heathrow’s capacity limitations do strengthen competing hub airports of major alliance groups and to a lesser degree one Gulf hub. The double-spill model for Heathrow and Frankfurt shows nearly asymmetric overall spill characteristics between the two airports. Our results underline the influence of airline network strategies on congestion spills as European airline networks are shaped by alliances and umbrella mergers. Thus, the airline network perspective in airport capacity expansion decisions needs to play a greater role, as indicated by our asymmetric results for overall spill effects between Heathrow and Frankfurt airports.     

桨毂形状对螺旋桨水动力影响仿真

采用全结构化网格对桨毂进行计算流体动力学(CFD)水动力仿真,验证仿真方法的有效性,研究3种典型桨毂形状对螺旋桨敞水特性、截面压力分布和空化的影响。通过对比分析发现:圆弧形桨毂阻力最小,效率最优,桨毂形状主要影响叶根区域的流动;圆柱形桨毂叶根的压力最小,空化面积最大;圆弧形桨毂的抗空化性能最优。     

引导新城发展的轨道交通分层分级策略研究

新城建设是目前许多大城市缓解城市问题的主要手段之一,轨道交通在引导新城发展中发挥了重要作用.本文通过对轨道交通"点"、"线"、"面"三层的等级结构进行分析,着重分析了轨道交通点层枢纽、线层走廊对新城的引导策略,指出轨道交通在引导新城点层开发、轴向扩展方面的重要作用.     

大治河西枢纽船闸输水系统设计分析

该文以大治河西枢纽新建二线船闸工程为例,对船闸输水系统设计中的输水方式选择、灌泄水、船舶停泊条件、船闸通过能力等方面进行了设计分析.     

深圳市福田综合交通枢纽规划实践及其启示

随着广深港客运专线全线通车运营,标志着粤港澳大湾区建设提速。剖析了开通运营满3年的深圳市福田综合交通枢纽的规划设计理念和特点;并结合枢纽运营及问卷调查数据,对枢纽现状运营经验和不足之处进行了评估;对枢纽未来发展方向进行了思考,提出枢纽规划建设需要以功能、体验和运营为导向,促进枢纽与城市融合发展。

首先对既有的多方式联合运输的概念进行了拓展，然后以上海市为例分析了我国发展城市多方式联合运输系统的迫切需求。进而分别从客、货两方面阐述了城市多方面联合运输系统的规划方案及信息化在其中所发挥的关键作用。最后提出了基于智能运输系统的先进的多方式联合运输系统概念并希望得到业界的关注。     

一种混合评价模型在综合客运枢纽客流组织服务水平评价中的应用

提出将模糊综合评判法与决策中的模糊层次分析法和熵技术结合,建立混合熵权模糊综合评价决策模型,用于城市综合客运枢纽的客流服务水平的评价。此模型兼顾主观偏好和客观实际,结果表明该模型具有合理性与有效性。
