铁道货车车轮产生损伤失效的主要原因是承受了复杂的热载荷和机械载荷的联合作用,而高温低循环疲劳是车轮踏面区域产生损伤的重要机理之一.针对铁道货车车轮CL60钢进行了450℃时的高温低循环疲劳实验.研究发现:在整个循环过程中,应力-应变关系曲线的变化趋势基本一致;随着循环周次的进行,拉压应力峰值呈现出连续的降低态势,压应力峰值减幅略大于拉应力峰值减幅,表现了低循环疲劳的典型特性;试样断口上出现了较为严重的氧化现象,断口裂纹扩展以穿晶为主.  相似文献

针对港口企业实现成本最小化或产出最大化有效程度的度量,采用随机前沿分析(SFA)法对2001~2009年在沪深2市9家港口上市公司的运营效率进行了测度.结果表明从2001~2009年,9家港口运营企业的效率呈现出下降趋势,盐田国际为效率高的公司(0.735/0.788),相反,锦州港口的效率最低(0.164/0.336).大多数的港口规模不断地扩张,这意味着投入因素的逐渐增加.反之,因投入而增加的产出量有时间差,从而呈现出反复无常的效率增减趋势.港口运营企业推进外形扩张的同时,为了提高竞争实力,采取各种措施以提高效率.  相似文献

The application of magnesium and its alloy as degradable biomaterials is mainly confined due to its high degradation rate in physiological environment. This research focused on the effects of micro-arc oxidation (MAO) on biodegradable behavior of Mg-Y-Zn magnesium alloy in a simulated body fluid (SBF). The corrosion rate of alloys was gauged by means of hydrogen evolution volume measurement and mass-loss method. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was utilized to observe the surface of the magnesium alloy and the cross-section of oxidation coating layer before and after corrosion. The Mg-Y-Zn alloy with thicker oxidation coating exhibited greater corrosion resistance during the immersion test for 240 h.  相似文献

A method is presented to calculate the resistance of a high-speed displacement ship taking the effect of sinkage and trim and viscosity of fluid into account. A free surface flow field is evaluated by solving Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) equations with volume of fluid (VoF) method. The sinkage and trim are computed by equating the vertical force and pitching moment to the hydrostatic restoring force and moment. The software Fluent, Maxsurf and MATLAB are used to implement this method. With dynamic mesh being used, the position of a ship is updated by the motion of ??ship plus boundary layer?? grid zone. The hull factors are introduced for fast calculating the running attitude of a ship. The method has been applied to the ship model INSEAN2340 for different Froude numbers and is found to be efficient for evaluating the flow field, resistance, sinkage and trim.  相似文献

A method of transmission and monitoring in local area network (LAN) for the welding seam video information of binocular vision welding robot is proposed. This paper uses MPEG-4 video CODEC functions of DivX, video for Windows (VFW) video capture technology, multi-threaded network communication idea and WinSock Socket in Visual C++ 6.0. In the end, client/server (C/S) communication model based on TCP/IP protocol has been developed. Experimental results show that the method can achieve the multiple welding seam video??s real-time transmission in LAN. Moreover, the Canny operator is used to realize the edge feature extraction of the seam image which is captured by the client, so that the edge of the seam extracted is continuous and clear.  相似文献

High functionality given to steel products results in incremental environment loads at the steelmaking stage. However, at the stage of utilization, high-functional steel products prove more environment friendly than their conventional counterparts in many cases. Therefore, evaluation on contribution of steel products to environmental improvement requires an integrated approach that considers the product over its entire life cycle — life cycle assessment (LCA). This paper discusses the relationship between the improvement of steel products performance and environmental impact from the entire life cycle perspectives. The LCA method to calculate and assess contribution of high-functional steel products during the life cycle to environmental improvement is explained. Two case studies of Baoshan Iron &; Steel Co., Ltd. (Baosteel for short) are given to show that LCA is a scientific and systematic method for eco-materials evaluation or eco-design: ? in a power transformer, using silicon steel B30P110 to replace B30G130 can reduce carbon dioxide emissions in the region of 15.1% over the life cycle of the power transformer; ? tinplate steel of Baosteel for two-piece steel cans experienced six times thickness reduction from 0.280 to 0.225mm, which results in 14.5% emission reduction over the life cycle of two-piece steel cans. It is a systematic and scientific method for evaluating on products environmental performance from life cycle perspective.  相似文献
