国际化视野下航海类高职院校的思想政治教育改革

文章基于航海类高职院校思想政治教育的特点,就全球化背景下如何充分发挥思想政治教育的德育功能,更好地服务于高职人才培养工作,从思想政治教育的内容、方法和价值导向等方面进行积极探索,指出航海类高职院校思想政治教育必须适应全球化的形势,侧重于全球意识、爱国意识、规则（法制）意识、职业素质和创新意识教育,并在培养目标和教育方法等方面有所调整,以增强思想政治教育的针对性和有效性。     

航海类学生英语口语教学改革探索

文章在认真分析现有英语教学存在问题的基础上,针对航海专业学生的特点,设计出了独特的航海类学生英语口语教学新方法。     

影响日照附近海域的北上热带气旋特征分析

文中根据对1972年以来北上热带气旋的统计,对北上影响日照附近海域的热带气旋,从北上路径、经过日照时热带气旋的强度、日照本站的风力等方面进行了特征分析。同时,给出了适于日照港港口安全管理部门使用的热带气旋预报信息的来源。论文的结论可供进一步加强日照港防抗北上热带气旋工作,保障日照港防抗台期间船舶和海上作业安全提供重要的参考。     

Exploring vessel-price dynamics: the case of the dry bulk market

We investigate second-hand vessel price heterogeneity. Based on a sample of 5,591 purchase and sale transactions in the dry bulk sector over the period 1998–2016, we deploy a nonparametric regression technique to assess the determinants of vessel price and vessel price variability. Next, we use quantile regression to estimate the effect of regressors (sources of heterogeneity) at different parts of the vessel price distribution. We find evidence that main sources of vessel price heterogeneity are the age of the ship (the older the vessel the higher its maintenance cost), the 3-month LIBOR (reflecting the cost of financing) and the annual charter rate (revenues from operation). Their influence is stronger at all higher quantiles (periods of expansion) and the median of the vessel price distribution.     

Profit-based maritime container assignment models for liner shipping networks

We propose the problem of profit-based container assignment (P-CA), in which the container shipment demand is dependent on the freight rate, similar to the “elastic demand” in the literature on urban transportation networks. The problem involves determining the optimal freight rates, the number of containers to transport and how to transport the containers in a liner shipping network to maximize the total profit. We first consider a tactical-level P-CA with known demand functions that are estimated based on historical data and formulate it as a nonlinear optimization model. The tactical-level P-CA can be used for evaluating and improving the container liner shipping network. We then address the operational-level P-CA with unknown demand functions, which aims to design a mechanism that adjusts the freight rates to maximize the profit. A theoretically convergent trial-and-error approach, and a practical trial-and-error approach, are developed. A numerical example is reported to illustrate the application of the models and approaches.     

浅谈船员管理之我见

从以人为本的角度,阐述了如何提高船员自身综合素质和技术素质,从思想上强化船员安全意识,同时加强海事机构内部管理,根本上有效减少人为因素对水上交通事故的影响。     

我国高等院校机房管理的探讨

高校的计算机机房是课程教学的重要实验场所,计算机机房使用和管理的好坏直接关系到相关教学的质量。因此必须重视机房管理工作,强化并完善机房的内部管理和日常管理,健全机房的相关管理制度,提高机房工作人员的专业素质和职业道德素质,加强对机房计算机病毒的防治工作,使机房管理促进教学工作。     

关于履行《2006海事劳工公约》文件体系的构想

通过对《2006海事劳工公约》主要内容的研读,提出了我国履约的文件体系构想,一是以国家法律的形式,出台国家层面的法律文件,用明确的语言将海事劳工公约中涉及到需成员国承担的法律义务予以明确地规定;二是主管机关(认可的组织)出台一系列的管理条例,作为国家法律文件的补充,对组织的规范经营管理进行规定,对技术层面的问题提出具体要求,对审核、发证以及港口国检查等提出相应的规范;三是行业组织(海员工会)制定相应的管理规定,将国家的具体要求和主管机关的具体要求用规定的形式加以执行。     

浅析海事通讯标准用语(SMCP)与航运安全的关系

国际海事组织(IMO)在2001年11月的大会上采纳了SMCP(standard marine communication phrases),即海事通讯标准用语。文章通过对SMCP主要内容的分析,指出了它们在保障船舶通讯安全方面所起的重要作用。     

Greening ports and maritime logistics: A review

This paper aims to examine the past and present research on ‘green ports and maritime logistics’ in order to identify established research streams and fertile research areas with potential for future investigations. Using rigorous bibliometric and network analysis tools, the paper completes a systemic mapping of the existing literature and identifies the key investigators, collaboration patterns, research clusters and interrelationships, and the “seminal research areas” that have provided the field with the foundational knowledge, concepts, theories, tools, and techniques. Major articles within each seminal research area are also identified. This will allow new researchers to quickly build understanding in a particular sub-field by reading these major articles. The findings obtained from the evolution of seminal research areas over time are important from both research and practice perspectives and can help the field grow in many dimensions.
