船舶起货机PLC复合控制的实现

船舶起货机是船舶甲板机械最重要的设备之一.通过对船舶起货机所需性能的定量信息和现有设备的完整描述,分析了船舶起货机的起升、变幅和旋转三个主要机构的运行特点.采用SIEMENS的变频模块MICROMASTER440、交流伺服模块FM354和步进模块FM353分别实现了起货机的起升、变幅和旋转复合控制.功能模块的变频、步进与伺服、以及上位机、人机界面TP270通过PROFIBUS现场总线互连在一起,实现了集中控制与管理.船舶起货机PLC复合控制系统功能完备、扩展方便、具有很高的可靠性.     

用PCR-SSCP方法研究子宫颈癌组织中人乳头瘤病毒E_7基因的变异

运用核酸杂交和聚合酶链式反应（ＰＣＲ）对临床确诊的６１份子宫颈癌Ⅱ～Ⅲ期标本进行了人乳头瘤病毒（ＨＰＶ）１６型Ｅ７基因的检测。非同位素地高辛标记探针斑点杂交阳性检出率为４５．９％，ＰＣＲ检测阳性率为５４．１％，两种检测结果证实ＨＰＶ－１６型感染与子宫颈癌的发生密切相关。进一步用灵敏的单链构象多态性分析法（ＳＳＣＰ）对３３例阳性标本进行分析，发现有２７例单链ＤＮＡ迁移率与正常对照有不同，推测均发生了ＤＮＡ序列的改变，提示ＨＰＶ－１６Ｅ７基因的变异在子宫颈癌组织中是较常见的现象，其与子宫颈癌的发生有一定的关系。     

暖棚法在高墩0#块冬季施工的应用

该文介绍葫芦河特大桥主墩0#块冬季施工方法,对西北严寒地区混凝土生产、运输、施工、养护等成功的经验进行了总结。提出采用"暖棚保温、管道覆盖、暖棚养护"法进行混凝土施工是一种较好的方法。     

基于Pspice的混合信号电路故障检测

针对混合信号电路故障检测难、检测准确率低的问题,采用神经网络与故障字典相结合的混合信号电路故障检测方法。运用Pspice对混合信号电路进行仿真,用蒙特卡罗算法对电路进行分析。提取电路中具有代表性的电流信息,建立正常状态下的故障字典。用Matlab进行神经网络的设计,通过训练、测试证明了该方法故障覆盖率可达到90％,准确率达到96％。     

应用Cruise(v3.0)的纯电动汽车仿真方法

本文阐述了利用奥地利AVL公司开发的Cruise(V3.0)软件进行纯电动汽车整车建模、制定仿真计算任务、运行计算并分析计算结果等的具体方法。着重介绍了Cruise、Matlab\Simulink联合仿真技术,从而将整车控制策略、电源管理策略、电机控制策略和制动回收策略应用到仿真技术中的过程和方法。     

基于Matlab的颤振自激力时域化

基于风洞试验得到的颤振导数无法直接应用于颤振时域计算,需要基于最小二乘原理拟合得到颤振自激力的时域表达式,方能进行时域计算。基于Matlab提供的lsqnonlin函数,对颤振自激力的时域化表达式中的未知系数进行拟合,并得到了较好的结果。     

Mesoscale subduction at the Almeria–Oran front: Part 1: Ageostrophic flow

This paper presents a detailed diagnostic analysis of hydrographic and current meter data from three, rapidly repeated, fine-scale surveys of the Almeria–Oran front. Instability of the frontal boundary, between surface waters of Atlantic and Mediterranean origin, is shown to provide a mechanism for significant heat transfer from the surface layers to the deep ocean in winter. The data were collected during the second observational phase of the EU funded OMEGA project on RRS Discovery cruise 224 during December 1996. High resolution hydrographic measurements using the towed undulating CTD vehicle, SeaSoar, traced the subduction of Mediterranean Surface Water across the Almeria–Oran front. This subduction is shown to result from a significant baroclinic component to the instability of the frontal jet. The Q-vector formulation of the omega equation is combined with a scale analysis to quantitatively diagnose vertical transport resulting from mesoscale ageostrophic circulation. The analyses are presented and discussed in the presence of satellite and airborne remotely sensed data; which provide the basis for a thorough and novel approach to the determination of observational error.     

在出口机车上由JZ-7型制动机替代26-L型制动机的可行性探讨

从JZ-7型制动机和26-L型制动机的结构、性能、操作方式以及附加功能等方面进行了对比,在结构、性能和操作方式上两种制动机基本相同;26-L制动机具有的安全控制和自动停车功能,JZ-7制动机通过简单改造后即可实现,在与用户沟通后由JZ-7型制动机替代26-L型制动机在出口机车上运用是可行的。     

Geometric design safety estimation based on tire–road side friction

A closed-loop drive–vehicle–road–environment system (DVRES) model was established using Adams/Car and Matlab/Simulink. Dynamic responses of lateral tire forces based on tire–road side friction and road geometric characteristics are used to investigate vehicle side slip for geometric design safety estimation. The root mean square, the maximum values of lateral tire forces, comfort limit on curves and vehicle trajectories are used to quantify the safety margin of side friction. The simulation results show that the safety margins of lateral tire forces for radius, operating speed and superelevation rate were 18.2%, 19.3% and 17.6%, respectively, to guarantee good vehicle lateral reliability and ride comfort, while lower speeds are optimal in wet and slippery roads. Finally, a case study was conducted to illustrate the analysis of road design safety, and on-site experiment testing further validated the accuracy and reliability of the closed-loop DVRES model.

建立了三相异步电动机在旋转坐标系下的数学模型,论述了空间矢量脉宽调制技术原理.利用 Matlab软件对电压源型 SVPWM 交流调速系统进行了仿真,给出了仿真结果,并进行了分析.
