Three-dimensional numerical analysis of shipping water onto a moving ship using a particle method

The objective of this study was to develop a numerical analysis method based on the moving particle semi-implicit method for simulating shipping water on a moving ship. Towing tests of a very large crude carrier were numerically analyzed for three typical wavelengths. The ship was forced to move in order to express previously measured ship oscillations, and the calculated fluid behavior and the impact pressure on the deck were compared with the experimental results.     

引桥式码头引桥布置数量的研究

国内集装箱码头平面布局一般均为满堂式布置,只有受条件限制时平面布局方采用引桥式布置。结合某集装箱码头工程实例,从定性和定量2个方面,对引桥布置数量进行深入分析,根据到港船型及陆域堆场布置情况统计分析,从而提出合理确定引桥数量和布置的思路。

宁波港北仑港区北仑山东侧400多m岸线是尚存为数不多的深水岸线资源。陆域需利用部分大堤外高滩地围堤成陆,方可满足陆域布置相应生产、生活辅助建筑物的需要。介绍宁波北仑山多用途码头关键技术问题的处理,包括围海造陆与临近水泥码头栈桥的安全间距、复杂地质条件下的桩基选型等。

以华北某LNG码头引桥设计为例,分析LNG码头引桥在不同跨度、补偿平台间距的条件下,引桥荷载、工艺要求、钢材用量、施工难度、工程造价等因素,归纳不同桥型设计特点和类似项目经验,供类似工程参考。     

浅埋覆盖层河床钢栈桥后植锚桩加固技术

通过以贵州石阡河钢栈桥施工为例,介绍了后植锚桩加固栈桥钢管立柱施工技术。该技术针对浅埋河床搭设栈桥钢管桩底进行锚固,提高栈桥抗倾覆稳定性效果明显,在类似工程施工中具有推广应用价值。     

A numerical study of the effects of bottom and sidewall stiffeners on sloshing behavior considering roll resonant motion

In the present study, aiming to provide practical guidance for the structural design, the effects of the small bottom and sidewall stiffeners on sloshing loads in shallow and intermediate liquid conditions are investigated numerically. The interaction between the highly nonlinear free surface flow and a large number of small stiffeners is modeled based on the Moving Particle Semi-implicit method. 2D models of a rectangular clean tank and tanks with small sidewalls or bottom stiffeners are considered. For filling ratios ranging from 5% to 20%, harmonic angular motions with periods around the analytical sloshing resonant ones are applied. Simulation snapshots and computed pressure time series, pressure variation, wave run-up, maximum fluid velocity, and kinetic energy were provided to clarify the complex interaction between the small baffles and the shallow free surface flow. As a result, except for the tanks with bottom stiffeners in shallow liquid conditions, in which the response under actual resonant frequency should be considered, the response computed using the clean tank excited by its resonant period can be adopted as a conservative estimation for the sloshing loads of actual tanks with small stiffeners.     

舰载猎雷声纳基阵动力学特性研究

研究动基座上捷联式猎雷声纳基阵的动力学特性,首先给出声纳基阵的动力学模型,考虑声纳基阵的三轴框架结构特点及猎雷艇这一动基座的存在,着重对声纳基阵的动力学特性进行深入的分析和研究,揭示出其时变、非线性、强耦合的动力学特性,同时指出惯量矩阵的特殊性质,计算机仿真结果表明了理论分析的正确性。分析结果对于掌握系统本质,设计高精度,强鲁棒性的声纳基阵控制稳定系统提供了理论依据。     

海港大跨度拱桁式钢引桥制造的关键技术及质量控制

大跨度拱桁式钢引桥是外海开敞式深水码头栈桥常用的上部结构型式。以某原油码头改扩建工程的78 m跨径钢引桥为例,介绍此类大跨度钢引桥制造的结构分解、单元杆件制造、节段组拼、成桥拼装、焊缝检测、防腐处理等关键工艺,以及钢引桥制造过程中的质量控制措施。通过科学的施工方法和质量控制,只用了半年时间就完成10榀钢引桥的制造,且产品质量优良。     

基于大涡模拟的高架栈桥断面风载分析

应用大涡模拟分析波浪对某型高架栈桥断面风载的影响,并结合小波功率谱分析,发现随着波浪振幅的增加,栈桥断面的三分力系数受到的影响加大,而且升力系数和扭矩系数比阻力系数对波浪振幅变化更加敏感;3个系数的振幅平均值都随波浪振幅增加而减小。
