考虑人口结构变化的城市客运机动车辆发展规模研究

随着我国社会老龄化程度加剧,这种社会群体年龄结构的变化会对整个社会交通需求产生一定影响.本文以我国人口发展和人口年龄结构变化为背景,引入人口发展预测模型,研究人口年龄结构变化对居民出行次数和出行方式的影响,进而根据这种人口发展所引发的交通需求变化,采用层次分析法预测未来年城市客运机动车辆发展规模,并结合实例(张家港市城区客运机动车辆发展规模预测)对该计算方法进行了验证.计算结果表明该方法是一种合理的计算方法.     

铁路局运输指标灵巧统计的研究

分析一般铁路局装车指标统计系统在灵活性方面的不足,需要引进灵巧统计概念.介绍灵巧统计索引文件、装车站集合、统计指标集合及统计结果输出等实现方法,在此基础上实现灵巧统计算法,并给出实例.得到结论是:对于临时性的统计要求,仅需修改column(.)函数及维护灵巧统计索引文件便可实现上述要求,极大减少新编程序量.     

Model test investigation of a spar floating wind turbine

Several floating wind turbine designs whose hull designs reflect those used in offshore petroleum industry have emerged as leading candidates for the future development of offshore wind farms. This article presents the research findings from a model basin test program that investigated the dynamic response of a 1:50 scale model OC3 spar floating wind turbine concept designed for a water depth of 200 m. In this study the rotor was allowed to rotate freely with the wind speed and this approach eliminated some of the undesirable effects of controlling wind turbine rotational speed that were observed in earlier studies. The quality of the wind field developed by an array of fans was investigated as to its uniformity and turbulence intensity. Additional calibration tests were performed to characterize various components that included establishing the baseline wind turbine tower frequencies, stiffness of the delta type mooring system and free decay response behaviour. The assembled system was then studied under a sequence of wind and irregular wave scenarios to reveal the nature of the coupled response behaviour. The wind loads were found to have an obvious influence on the surge, heave and pitch behaviour of the spar wind turbine system. It was observed from the experimental measurements that bending moment at the top of the support tower is dominated by the 1P oscillation component and somewhat influenced by the incoming wave. Further it was determined that the axial rotor thrust and tower-top shear force have similar dynamic characteristics both dominated by tower’s first mode of vibration under wind-only condition while dominated by the incident wave field when experiencing wind-wave loading. The tensions measured in the mooring lines resulting from either wave or wind-wave excitations were influenced by the surge/pitch and heave couplings and the wind loads were found to have a clear influence on the dynamic responses of the mooring system.     

基于模糊评价的常规公交换乘效率评价分析

针对城市常规公交换乘建立换乘效率评价指标体系。利用模糊数学理论,把模糊综合评价方法应用到城市常规公交换乘效率评价研究中。给出一个具有代表性的公交换乘效率评价案例,用层次分析法确定各指标权重,用插值法计算隶属度矩阵,结合最终评价结果分析影响常规公交换乘效率高低的原因,并提出改善意见。     

智能交通系统车载体系框架的研究

为了完成智能交通车载体系框体系统的研究，采用了从需求入手，定义智能交通服务，建立逻辑框架和物理框架，并从包括标准化范围检查在内的广泛的多种着眼点进行评从的工作流程。在逻辑框架和物理框架的建立过程中应用了统一建模语言进行体系框架的开发。并提出了系统评价表单评价项目，建立了关于路线引导功能的控制模型和个体模型，通过具体的实例对智能交通车载体系框架的建立方法进行了阐述。     

Resolving the impact of short-term variations in physical processes impacting on the spawning environment of eastern Baltic cod: application of a 3-D hydrodynamic model

Variations in oxygen conditions below the permanent halocline influence the ecosystem of the Baltic Sea through a number of mechanisms. In this study, we examine the effects of physical forcing on variations in the volume of deep oxygenated water suitable for reproductive success of central Baltic cod. Recent research has identified the importance of inflows of saline and oxygenated North Sea water into the Baltic Sea for the recruitment of Baltic cod. However, other processes have been suggested to modify this reproduction volume including variations in timing and volume of terrestrial runoff, variability of the solubility of oxygen due to variations in sea surface temperature as well as the influence of variations in wind stress. In order to examine the latter three mechanisms, we have performed simulations utilizing the Kiel Baltic Sea model for a period of a weak to moderate inflow of North Sea water into the Baltic, modifying wind stress, freshwater runoff and thermal inputs. The model is started from three-dimensional fields of temperature, salinity and oxygen obtained from a previous model run and forced by realistic atmospheric conditions. Results of this realistic reference run were compared to runs with modified meteorological forcing conditions and river runoff.From these simulations, it is apparent that processes other than major Baltic inflows have the potential to alter the reproduction volume of Baltic cod. Low near-surface air temperatures in the North Sea, the Skagerrak/Kattegat area and in the western Baltic influence the water mass properties (high oxygen solubility). Eastward oriented transports of these well-oxygenated highly saline water masses may have a significant positive impact on the Baltic cod reproduction volume in the Bornholm Basin.Finally, we analysed how large scale and local atmospheric forcing conditions are related to the identified major processes affecting the reproduction volume.
