对我院航海职业教育继承与创新问题的思考

根据学院十二五规划要求,结合现代职业教育的理论和实践研究成果,探讨了我院由成人院校转制为普通高职院校后应该继承和发扬的特色和优势;分析了学院面临的改革和创新问题,指出观念转变与创新的重要性,提出了教学计划制定、课程结构设计和课堂教学等教学环节全过程创新的方法和内容;论证了学院的核心竞争力,对努力打造学院的核心竞争力提出了自己的观点。     

就业心理影响下的高职公共英语教学研究

本文论述了在严峻的就业形势和心理影响下,高职院校学生公共英语学习的现状及就业心理对教师教学效果的影响,提出了相应的解决之路。     

多用户教育博客平台的设计与开发

如何有效地利用博客记录、反思、交互、个性的特质服务于教育教学,是教育领域有着现实意义的课题之一。文章简要分析了建立多用户教育博客平台对辅助教育教学活动进行探索性研究与实践的意义,提出了集博客、论坛、相册、附件等功能于一体的多用户教育博客平台设计方案,并在ASP.NET平台上采用MVC三层架构模式进行开发。     

海上中/高频通信仿真系统设计

根据海上中/高频通信原理和通信程序,研制海上中/高频通信控件(ActiveX控件),仿真海上中/高频收发信机功能;使用UDP协议(user datagram protocol)广播电文;使用VB语言编制SAILOR中/高频组合电台控制单元模拟器、窄带直接印子电报(NBDP)终端模拟器、模拟海岸电台和模拟陆地电传用户,并采用后台支持、仿真数据库等网络仿真海上中/高频各类通信。该仿真系统可不设服务器,更能反映海上中/高频通信特性,并可方便组网训练。     

Social influences on household location, mobility and activity choice in integrated micro-simulation models

Agent-based approaches to simulating long-term location and mobility decisions and short-term activity and travel decisions of households and individuals are receiving increasing attention in land-use and transportation interaction (LUTI) models to predict land-use changes and travel behaviour in mutual interaction. Social interactions between households and between individuals potentially have an influence on a wide range of the long-term and short-term choices involved in these systems. In this paper we identify the areas in which social interactions play a role and address the question how these influences can be modelled in the context of agent-based LUTI models. We distinguish impacts on activity participation (joint activity participation, support-and-help activities) and impacts on decision making (information exchange, social adaptation of preferences and aspirations) as the two main areas of social influence. A prototype of a LUTI model is proposed that accounts for impacts of the social network on longer-term mobility decision making through information exchange and social adaptation of preferences and aspirations. The model is demonstrated in a numerical simulation.     

高速公路路网运行指数评估模型应用研究

由于高速公路路网交通流量分布不均衡,往往会造成部分节点或区域拥堵,而量化评估路网运行状态能快速确定交通拥堵位置。提出了一种基于波动率和机器学习的路网运行指数评估模型:首先选取合适的机器学习算法确定路网各节点的基准值;然后运用波动率理论构建各节点的运行指数评估模型;之后利用广东省高速公路若干节点路段的真实数据对模型进行了验证,并与阈值进行对比。研究结果表明:本文提出的路网运行指数评估模型能在各类场景下及时准确地定位交通拥堵节点,为缓解交通拥堵问题提供一定的参考意义。     

“互联网+教育”背景下基于学习轨迹分析的多教师协作模块化教学模式探究——以“电机与电气控制技术”MOOC课程为例

随着科学技术的快速迭代,我们目前已经身处“互联网+、大数据、云计算、人工智能”为支撑的“互联网+”时代,这为教育模式的创新提供了条件和支持。文章聚焦“互联网+教育”背景下信息化教学模式,以MOOC平台和职教云学习终端为依托,建立柔性模块化课程体系;以平台学习轨迹数据为基础,进行学生学情信息化分析;以多教师协作教学组织课堂活动,实现个性化多层次分组教学。基于学习轨迹分析的多教师协作模块化教学模式由学前、学中和学后三个教学阶段组成,整个学习过程以学生为主体、教师为主导,在师生、生生线上线下互动中完成学习。在学习轨迹分析的混合式教学实践过程中,如何进行线上资源的个性化推送、有效调动学生学习主动性和线上MOOC与线下SPOC学习轨迹数据融合是尚待进一步探索的问题。

合作学习以其独特的教学形式与策略,被越来越广泛的应用于以学生为主体的教学设计之中。它在改善课堂教学气氛,增强学生团队合作意识,增进人际沟通与交流,开发创造性思维等方面有着显著效果。     

武汉方音定势影响英语语音学习之考析

方音是方言系统中的重要组成部分。在长期方言环境中形成的方音定势是影响学生掌握地道英语发音的主要障碍。文章以武汉主要方音定势为例，探讨方音定势影响英语学习的普遍性和必然性规律以及打破方音定势、克服方音对英语语音学习的影响的策略。     

Decision support for simulating the car park activity in an urban area

Complexity of car park activity is reproduced from a concurrent execution of behaviour of various drivers. This paper presents a step in the development of a multimodal traffic simulator based on multi‐agent paradigm and designed as a decision aid tool as well as a video game. The user‐player has the opportunity to test different scenarios. We propose an approach for designing the decision‐making rules and the learning mechanism for a car driver agent. For that, a panel of methods such as stated preference modelling, Design Of Experiments and data fusion is used. Initial behavioural models, based on similar preferences, are developed for specified categories. Each agent will adapt its behaviour after executing its learning process. Our approach can be used in order to optimize needs of road network users and those of people in charge of traffic regulation. A demonstrator has been developed to test parking policies in an urban area as well as changes of car park characteristics.
