A computational model has been developed for the simulation of pedestrian level wind environment around tall buildings by coupling the numerical simulation of the full-scale site and meteorological station materials. In the first step, the hybrid/mixed finite element method is employed to solve the two dimensional Navier-Stokes equation for the flow field around tall buildings, in view of the influence of fluctuating wind, the flow field is revised with the effective wind velocity. The velocity ratio is defined in order to relate numerical wind velocity to oncoming reference wind velocity. In the second step, the frequency occurred discomfort wind velocity as a suitable criterion is calculated by use of the coupling between the numerical wind velocity and the wind velocity at the nearest meteorological station. The prediction accuracy of the wind environment simulation by use of the computation model will be discussed. Using the available wind data at the nearest meteorological station as well as the established criteria of wind discomfort, the frequency of wind discomfort can be predicted. A numerical example is given to illustrate the application of the proposed method. 相似文献

目前的污水管道设计是将污水在管道内的流动视为单相均匀流,主要用谢才(Chezy)公式进行水力计算。由于存在管线长、流量大以及区域地形变化幅度较大等因素,建设区域排水系统需要采用新的方法,以便较准确的计算水头损失。文中将污水视为液-固两相流体。对于沿程阻力的计算,将流体分为均质流与非均质流,分别给出沿程阻力系数的计算公式;对于局部阻力,则借用气-固两相流动的局部阻力系数计算公式。最后得出了两相流情况下与单相流情况下的阻力系数区别。结论是沿程阻力系数的区别可不计,局部阻力系数差别较大,在进行设计时必须考虑。 相似文献

This paper models the dynamic competition between major cargo airports from the time series perspectives of long-term equilibriums and short-run dynamics. We first apply a unit root test to examine the stationarity of cargo throughput data. Airports are then analysed pairwise by region to test their equilibrium relationships through cointegration analysis. Meanwhile, we also utilise the error correction model to investigate the short-run impacts of cargo traffic between the airports. According to our findings, there are four positive long-term equilibriums, one positive short-run dynamic and three negative short-run dynamics in Asia. In addition, the airports in North America are found to have four positive long-term equilibriums, three negative long-run equilibriums, seven positive short-run impacts and three negative short-run impacts. As these dynamic relationships imply competition between cargo airports, our study can provide airport authorities with the reference to develop their long-term strategies and short-run operational plans. 相似文献

The research purpose of this paper is to estimate theimpacts of the parameters of the guide plate on the vertical motioncharacteristics of the moonpool fluid. With the volume of fluid(VOF) method, three-dimensional models of the moonpool fluidmotions of the truss spar platform are established. Simulationresults are then presented for the moonpool forced oscillation byemploying the dynamic mesh method and user-defined functions inFLUENT. The motions of the moonpool fluid and the loads on theguide plates are obtained for both cases of square-ring andcrisscross.
