历史文化街区道路交通建设的实践及理性思考

该文首先诠释了历史文化街区的内涵,提出了在进行城市建设中必须高度关注开发和保护的问题,并以北京平安大街、广安大街、南池子历史文化保护区和北京前门地区道路交通建设为案例,详细地论述了这些工程实践中如何尊重历史,延续文脉,保护历史街区的整体风貌、格局和肌理的相关做法以及笔者的若干理性思考,以期为国内同行们提供可借鉴的经验和资料,共同创造一个和谐、共融、宜居和可持续发展的城市环境。     

唐代诗人的海洋情结

通过品析唐代诗歌,阐述了唐代诗人有着浓厚的海洋情结,其主要表现为：一方面,唐代“海”字文章做得大而强,海水制盐、珍珠采集、季风航海、海外贸易等在唐诗中都有如实反映;另一方面,唐代诗人由海洋激发的诸多人生感悟,无论积极与消极,唐诗也作了真切的记录．唐代诗人对海洋情有所钟,这首先应归功于时代生活的推动,其次是受传统文化的深刻影响．     

Ecosystem-Based Fisheries Management in the Chesapeake: Developing Functional Indicators

A step-wise approach to implementing ecosystem-based fishery management (EBFM) offers both a tractable policy opportunity and feasible set of scientific responsibilities in ongoing efforts to incorporate ecosystem dynamics into fisheries management. This case study of oysters in the Chesapeake takes a regional approach and utilizes a fishery species that is a popular menu item, an important habitat for other fish species, and a cultural touchstone in the area. From grounding in ecosystem service policy goals and a survey of stakeholders from across industry, management, science, and community groups, we developed eight indicators that are meant to serve as a first-order check for EBFM. We evaluated these indicators based on data availability, spatial coverage of the whole region, and relevance to ecosystem service goals. Spatial integration of indicators addressing chemical, biological, social, and economic factors, allows identification of localities within the region that require more attention, either by scientists or policymakers, in order to meet EBFM goals.     

Symbolic transport choice across national cultures: theoretical considerations for research design

A recently empirically isolated latent variable in transport choice is symbolism, which examines what people believe their transport choices say to others about them and how they are judged in a social context. Whilst it is well established that symbolism differs vertically across different socio-economic groups within a country, very little work has been done on how symbolism in transport may differ between similar individuals across nations as a function of national cultural values, and how this may manifest itself in transport choices. If significant differences were to be found then this could have impacts for transport policy formulation and transfer. This paper explores and discusses these issues and concludes that the initial goal of any research into symbolic transport choices across cultures is theoretical fertility, and this is best achieved by adopting Lakatosian research programmes, using theory-driven thematic analysis to develop theoretical models for testing.     

培养条件对绿色木霉发酵生产纤维素酶的影响

考察了不同培养条件对绿色木霉发酵生产纤维素酶的影响。结果表明,当以5.0 g/L硫酸盐纸浆作为碳源,纤维素酶活值为27.956 IU/mL,其值是以纤维素作为碳源时的2.19倍。当培养基中以2.0 g/L蛋白胨为唯一氮源时,纤维素酶值活可达58.461 IU/mL。当培养基中添加2.0 g/L葡萄糖,可以最大限度地提高纤维素酶的产量。另外,菌丝体的最佳接种量为10%。     

东海海上风电场通航安全对策研究

作为国家级示范项目、上海市重点工程——东海海上风电场,其施工及运行安全问题倍受瞩目。现根据该项目规划,结合水域特点,对其施工和运行期间的通航安全问题进行研究,并提出对策,为今后其他海上风电项目的建设积累宝贵经验。

常规的弱点目标检测算法在背景边缘如海天线、云层和海浪边缘会形成高的虚警。通过对背景边缘梯度的分析后发现,背景边缘与弱点目标在多向梯度特性上存在差异,据此提出了一种背景杂波抑制新方法。
