大骨节病患者外周血真菌毒素环境反应基因表达谱的研究

目的比较分析真菌毒素环境反应基因在大骨节病(KBD)患者和正常对照者外周血中的表达谱差异,探讨其与KBD患病风险的相关性。方法收集25例KBD成年患者和17例正常对照个体外周血样品,提取总RNA。采用Agilent全基因组表达芯片、单基因表达分析和基因集富集表达分析技术(GSEA),比较真菌毒素环境反应基因在KBD患者和正常对照个体外周血中的基因表达谱差异。基因表达芯片数据采用RT-PCR进行验证。结果①T-2毒素、雪腐镰刀菌烯醇、玉米赤霉烯酮、脱氧镰刀菌烯醇、黄曲霉毒素B1、赫曲霉毒素A和胶霉毒素相关的11个环境反应基因在KBD患者和正常对照个体外周血中的表达水平存在显著差异(表达率>2.0或<0.5),功能主要涉及细胞凋亡、免疫炎症和蛋白合成与修饰等。②真菌毒素相关的11个环境反应基因在KBD患者外周血中显著上调(P<0.05),功能涉及细胞凋亡、外环境刺激反应、生长发育和氧化还原反应等。结论多种真菌毒素环境反应基因在KBD患者外周血中表达异常。真菌毒素可能通过影响相关环境反应基因的表达,诱发软骨细胞功能障碍,导致关节软骨损伤。     

基于RTLinux的高速磁浮列车车载通信平台

为满足高速磁浮列车车载诊断系统通信平台的要求,提出了一种基于RTLinux(real-time linux)的通信平台设计方案.该方案包括基于RTLinux通信平台的结构设计、实时和非实时处理模块的设计与实现.通过讨论CPCI-CAN(compact peripheral component interconnect-control area network)卡在RTLinux下驱动程序的开发过程,给出了驱动程序的具体实现.最后,借助调度时间模型和传送延时模型,分析了该车载诊断系统通信平台的实时性.实时仿真结果表明:基于RTLinux的通信平台中,所有节点完成网络更新的时间平均为290 ms,满足高速磁浮列车通信平台响应时间小于500 ms的要求.     

正常中国成年人外周血T细胞值及其变动

鉴于国内还缺乏正常人外周血T细胞亚群的有关资料,我们利用单克隆抗体T_(11)、T_4和T_8及免疫细胞化学技术对一组成年人外周血中T细胞及其亚群分布进行了研究。我国正常人外周血中T细胞、T_4~+细胞及T_8~+细胞在单个核细胞中的比例分别为65.89±8.31;43.38±7.48;25.03±6.41％。无明显性别差异,但50～69岁老年人前期T细胞及T_4~+细胞有所降低,而T_8~+细胞有增高趋势。同时我们还发现血中的T细胞及其亚群存在日间节律性变动,建议应在每天上午8～9时采血。     

Toxicity to the normal hemocytes by ALA-PDT for the ex vivo purging of hematopoietic stem cell grafts

Objective To study the toxic effects of 5-amionlevulinic acid-based photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) on human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), cord blood mononuclear cells (CBMCs) and peripheral blood stem cells (PBSCs), and furthermore, to understand the possible causes of this response. Methods We used MTT assay to detect the survival rate of PBMCs, CBMCs and PBSCs after treated by ALA-PDT under the optimum experiment conditions with U937 as control;Annexin V-FITC/PI was used to detect the pattern of cell death induced by ALA-PDT. By using flow cytometry, we detected intracellular PpIX fluorescence intensity. Results After ALA-PDT treatment the survival rate of PBMCs had no significant change;however in PBSCs and CBMCs, the survival rate reduced to 70%, and the survival rate of leukemia cell U937 was the lowest, about 30%. After incubation with ALA,except for PBMCs, intraceUuiar PplX fluorescence intensity of the other two kinds of normal haemocytes and U937 increased obviously. These results combined with the flow cytometry suggested that the main pattern of cell death here was apoptosts. Conclusion Under the optimum experiment conditions, ALA-PDT has a slight effect on normal haemocytes but excellent depletions of leukemia cells. Therefore, it can effectively purify autologons bone marrow or stem cell grafts.     

食管测压对糖尿病植物神经病变的诊断价值

对 57例糖尿病患者进行食管运动功能测定 ,同时进行心血管植物神经功能检查 ,并与 52例健康人对照。结果表明 ,糖尿病组的食管测压异常主要表现为食管体部运动功能失调 ,其发生率显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,这些异常与患者的空腹血糖、病程、年龄、性别等无关 ;糖尿病患者的食管测压结果与心血管植物神经功能测定结果有相关性 (χ2 =14.4 7,P <0 .0 1)。结果提示食管测压对糖尿病植物神经病变的较早诊断有重要的临床价值。     

嵌入式电梯主控制系统外围接口设计研究

分析了可编程控制器（PLC）在电梯控制系统中应用的局限性，提出了嵌入式电梯主控制系统外围接口的设计方案，详细介绍了外围接口电路的设计。     

诺和灵强化治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效分析

用诺和灵短期强化治疗糖尿病肾病慢性肾功能不全氮质血症期３５例。并与诺和灵常规治疗组对照。结果表明∶经强化治疗的患者在疗程结束后血糖控制理想，内生肌酐清除率显著上升，提示强化治疗糖尿病肾病可以延缓肾功能不全的恶化过程。     

Using the implantable electrical stimulator for peripheral nerve rehabilitation: A study in an animal model

The present study presents a peripheral nerve injury animal model for evaluation of an implantable electrical stimulator we designed. The evaluation was confirmed by ethological, electrophysiological and histologic study. Twenty New Zealand rabbits were used. The left sciatic nerve was crushed with a micro-vessel clamp in all rabbits, and the stimulators were implanted in ten rabbits. The other ten rabbits were in a control group. As compared with the implantation group, 3 and 6 weeks after operation, the histology showed the typical pathologic atrophy by hematoxylin-eosin (HE), the motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV) was found significantly slowed and the axon of crushed nerve at distal portion exhibited breakdown in the control group. These results reveal that the implantable electrical stimulator was effective and was suitable for implantation in an animal model.     

基于船钟信号的网络时间同步系统设计与实现

通过对大型船舶子母钟系统进行研究分析,获得船钟信号特征;基于船钟时间信号的高精度特点,提出一种采用船钟信号作为基准来同步计算机网络时间的方法;设计开发出隔离型串口转换电路、网络时间同步服务器和客户端软件,实现计算机网络时间与船钟时间的同步调整;解决了在无互联网时间同步服务器的情况下,船舶穿越不同时区时的时间自动校准和同步调整问题。     

血清、尿β_2微球蛋白测定对糖尿病肾脏病变的诊断价值

本文用放射免疫法则定了49例糖尿病惠者血清、尿β_2m含量,并与正常人对照。结果表明,血清β_2m值在糖尿病伴蛋白尿组、其他并发症组显著升高,尿β_2m在糖尿病伴肾盂肾炎组、蛋白尿组和其他并发症组也明显增加。血清β_2m值与BUN呈高度正相关,与Ccr呈高度负相关,尿β_2m值与PSP的2小时排泄率呈高度负相关。而且在BUN和血Cr升高或尿蛋白阳性之前,即可出现β_2m的显著增加。提示血清、尿β_2m测定是检查糖尿病患者早期肾脏损害的一种灵敏方法。
