水泥全深式就地冷再生基层应用研究

结合全深式就地冷再生基层在霍侯一级路路面改造工程的成功运用,简要介绍了全深式就地冷再生的技术原理和混合料的配合比设计及施工工艺,分析了该技术的经济和社会效益。结果表明:全深式就地冷再生基层技术节能环保、工期短、造价低,具有良好的经济和社会效益。     

中国高速公路上市公司信用风险评估

以16家中国高速公路上市公司为样本,研究了金融危机对高速公路经营企业信用风险的影响。运用KMV模型计算了样本公司自2008年下半年至2012年上半年的半年度违约距离及其变化趋势。计算结果表明:在研究区间内,违约距离以20.11%的平均增长率逐步增加,信用风险不断降低,信用风险水平与中国GDP半年度增长率和高速公路板块指数的Spearman相关系数分别为-0.012和-0.381,不存在显著的相关性,信用风险受企业资产市场价值波动率的影响大于流动负债水平的负面影响,中国高速公路上市公司仍然具有较高的投资价值。

准确估计港口对区域经济的贡献是明确其在港口城市中心地位的关键.针对在市场经济条件下造成的港口投资不确定因素,考虑随着时间推移不确定因素的变化,将港口经济贡献和多年时滞港口投资问题联系起来,引入多年时滞投资系数,建立一种改良后可计算的多年时滞的港口经济贡献动态投入产出模型.运用该模型对上海港的经济贡献进行动态滚动式估算,得到有益的结果,验证了模型的可操作性和实用性.     

Assessment of coastal zone issues in the Republic of Korea

Abstract

The physical characteristics of Korea have had a profound impact on the uses of the coastal zone that have, in turn, been determined by and reinforced the nation's economic development strategy. While coastal zone management in many developed economies is more heavily oriented toward environmental protection and the resolution of user conflicts, policies for coastal zone management in Korea have emphasized the role of coastal space and other resources for economic development and industrial needs. Increasing demand for land reclamation to provide ever‐increasing industrial sites and human settlements, traditional and future needs of the fishery, and concern for the environment have led to a vast array of competition and, finally, often to conflicts. The basic pattern of coastal zone use in Korea has changed from the linear expansion of coastal zone to integrated coastal uses. An increased number of critical coastal zone issues and interactions was reflected in the creation of new governance that dealt with coastal zone resources and environment.     

Contractual PPPs for Transport Infrastructure in Spain: Lessons from the Economic Recession

In this paper, we analyse the successes and failures of contractual public-private partnerships (PPPs) for delivering and operating transport infrastructure in Spain from the award of the first toll highway concession programme to the present. To that end, we show the risk allocation principles used in Spain and explore the evolution of the contracting approaches over the years. We found that the performance was reasonably good until the arrival of the economic crisis in 2008. Taking advantage of that, we make a review of contractual PPPs for different transport modes and assess the impact that the economic crisis has had on their business performance and the capacity of the central and regional governments to fulfil their commitments with the private sector. This analysis enabled us to identify measures that, if had been applied, would have improved the resilience of these contract during the economic crisis.     

枢纽机场周边交通系统形态研究——以广州市为例

目前大量国际和国内的枢纽机场都在制定机场周边地区的发展规划,研究枢纽机场周边交通体系的形态对于支撑机场周边发展具有重要意义.鉴于此,分析了机场周边交通系统发展动力及枢纽机场周边交通系统形态的特点,并以广州空港经济区为例介绍了机场周边交通系统规划的对策.

国家促进中部地区崛起规划推动江西省打造综合交通运输枢纽,构建环鄱阳湖铁路通道,服务鄱阳湖生态经济区建设。文章从鄱阳湖生态经济区发展现状入手,系统分析了轨道交通建设对拉动鄱阳湖生态经济区经济增长,创造就业岗位,加强城际联系,促进城乡经济一体化,推动城镇化进程和加快鄱阳湖生态经济区生态旅游结构的优化升级等情况的影响。

公路隧道经济指标分析与影响

隧道经济指标受结构形式、断面大小、断面形式和围岩级别等诸多因素的影响。通过对各级围岩不同断面大小和形式的隧道经济指标的分析,总结出项目设计时道路等级、隧道断面形式的指导意见。通过工程实例分析隧道长度对经济指标的影响,给出线路布设时隧道规模的控制原则。     

改进的雷达图理论在汽车行业综合竞争力评价中的应用

通过对汽车行业的深入分析,确立了以企业经济效益和企业管理水平两个方面共计20个基础指标的综合评价指标体系。改进了传统雷达图理论存在的问题,并建立了企业综合竞争力评价的评价模型和方法。其分析结果能直观、合理地反映出汽车行业的综合状况,反映出其在同行企业中的竞争力排行。将为汽车行业的自我完善和提高提供科学合理的参考,也为不同的工业企业进行综合比较与评价提供了一种新的方法。
