电子海图的配备要求与现状

结合SOLAS公约对电子海图的要求,对电子海图显示与信息系统进行确切定义,分析了目前船舶配备的各类电子海图系统的不同地位,提出我国海事部门、水道测量部门、航运企业、培训机构应对电子海图配备及早采取措施。     

基于Infenion C164CI 单片机的汽车电子节气门控制系统设计

研究电子节气门的结构和驱动原理,针对汽车发动机节气门传统的拉索操纵方式的缺点,设计以Infenion C164CI单片机为核心的智能电子节气门控制系统,设计控制硬件和软件,开发完成节气门控制器,并对其控制效果进行测试。试验表明,使用该控制器可以实现对发动机扭矩输出的控制,改善发动机和车辆的性能,为实现车辆的自动操纵奠定技术基础。

从分析电喷发动机怠速不稳故障排除的基本原则及故障诊断的基本步骤与方法入手,通过对故障现状的举例,对发动机常见怠速不稳故障诊断方法与排除步骤进行论述。     

从深圳模式看我国电子政务的发展

从深圳市出台的电子政务标准化暂行办法出发,对加强政务资源整合,消除电子壁垒,提高办事效率,服务人性化以及努力消除数字鸿沟等方面进行论述,分析了我国电子政务试点城市深圳市电子政务的建设模式,讨论了我国电子政务建设中出现的主要问题,并提出了未来我国电子政务建设的若干发展趋势。     

城镇控制爆破减振技术试验研究

以深圳西乡商业中心旧城旧村改造项目基坑石方爆破工程为依托,针对爆破区域紧邻运营地铁、居民区的复杂环境,爆破振动安全控制要求极其严格,为确保安全,施工初期从施工工艺、施工方法等方面进行了多项减振技术的现场试验,主要在电子雷管延迟间隔设置、减振孔规划、炮孔底部气垫层、爆破作业自由面朝向等方面进行了深入研究,通过爆破振动现场实测值分析减振效果,并对上述各项减振技术进行了量化试验对比分析,获得该爆破施工地质环境条件下可靠的试验数据;在试验数据的支撑下,完善爆破施工技术、工艺、方案,成功地完成了该项目的施工。     

Policy analysis of third party electronic coupons for public transit fares

Mobile technologies are generating new business models for urban transport systems, as is evident from recent startups cropping up from the private sector. Public transport systems can make more use of mobile technologies than just for measuring system performance, improving boarding times, or for analyzing travel patterns. A new transaction model is proposed for public transport systems where travelers are allowed to pre-book their fares and trade that demand information to private firms. In this public-private partnership model, fare revenue management is outsourced to third party private firms such as big box retail or large planned events (such as sports stadiums and theme parks), who can issue electronic coupons to travelers to subsidize their fares. This e-coupon pricing model is analyzed using marginal cost theory for the transit service and shown to be quite effective for monopolistic coupon rights, particularly for demand responsive transit systems that feature high cost fares, non-commute travel purposes, and a closed access system with existing pre-booking requirements. However, oligopolistic scenarios analyzed using game theory and network economics suggest that public transport agencies need to take extreme care in planning and implementing such a policy. Otherwise, they risk pushing an equivalent tax on private firms or disrupting the urban economy and real estate values while increasing ridership.     

单ECU两用燃料发动机试验研究

为提高车用压缩天然气(CNG)发动机的性能,设计了采用单电控单元(ECU)控制的CNG/汽油两用燃料发动机燃气供给系统,研究了空燃比控制、密度补偿及燃料切换的控制策略,并进行了发动机台架及整车试验。结果表明,采用单ECU的CNG/汽油两用燃料发动机,其性能指标均优于采用主从式双ECU控制的两用燃料发动机。     

Enhancing roll stability of heavy vehicle by LQR active anti-roll bar control using electronic servo-valve hydraulic actuators

Rollover of heavy vehicle is an important road safety problem world-wide. Although rollovers are relatively rare events, they are usually deadly accidents when they occur. The roll stability loss is the main cause of rollover accidents in which heavy vehicles are involved. In order to improve the roll stability, most of modern heavy vehicles are equipped with passive anti-roll bars to reduce roll motion during cornering or riding on uneven roads. However these may be not sufficient to overcome critical situations. This paper introduces the active anti-roll bars made of four electronic servo-valve hydraulic actuators, which are modelled and integrated in a yaw-roll model of a single unit heavy vehicle. The control signal is the current entering the electronic servo-valve and the output is the force generated by the hydraulic actuator. The active control design is achieved solving a linear optimal control problem based on the linear quadratic regulator (LQR) approach. A comparison of several LQR controllers is provided to allow for tackling the considered multi-objective problems. Simulation results in frequency and time domains show that the use of two active anti-roll bars (front and rear axles) drastically improves the roll stability of the single unit heavy vehicle compared with the passive anti-roll bar.

传统政治参与有参与主体不平等、参与范围窄、参与意识弱、参与效率低、参与制度化程度较低等缺憾．电子政府在政治参与中发挥着重要作用,促进政治参与公开化、廉洁化、平等化、高效化、法治化,弥补了这些缺憾．为确保电子政府作用的实现,须具备以下条件：加快发展经济,构建电子政府;培育政治文化,增强参与自觉;保证信息公开,消除“数字鸿沟”;加快信息立法,注重道德自律．
