机电一体化技术在汽车智能制造的应用分析

这些年,机电一体化技术逐渐朝着数字化和智能化的方向发展。机电一体化技术应用到汽车智能制造当中,这样能够显著缩短汽车产品的周期,而且能够减少加工误差,提高汽车产品的质量和效率。本文主要探索了机电一体化技术在汽车智能制造的应用的相关问题,从而更好地促进我国汽车产业的发展。     

Study on Real-time Look-ahead and Adaptive Parametric Curve Interpolator

The principle of real-time look-ahead was introduced and analysed. An adaptive parametric curve interpolator with a real-time look-ahead function was developed for non-uniform rational B-spline (NURBS) curves interpolation, which considering the maximum acceleration/deceleration of the machine tool. In order to deal with the acceleration/deceleration around the feedrate sensitive corners, the look-ahead function was designed and illustrated. It can detect and adjust the feedrate adaptively. With the help of real-time look-ahead, the acceleration/deceleration can be limited to the range of the machine tool capacity. Thus, feedrate fluctuation is reduced. A NURBS curve interpolation experiment was provided to verify the feasibility and advantages of the proposed interpolator with a real-time look-ahead function.     

An Adaptive Joint Source/Channel Coding Using Error Correcting Arithmetic Codes

An approximately optimal adaptive arithmetic coding (AC) system using a forbidden symbol (FS) over noisy channels was proposed which allows one to jointly and adaptively design the source decoding and channel correcting in a single process, with superior performance compared with traditional separated techniques. The concept of adaptiveness is applied not only to the source model but also to the amount of coding redundancy. In addition, an improved branch metric computing algorithm and a faster sequential searching algorithm compared with the system proposed by Grangetto were proposed. The proposed system is tested in the case of image transmission over the AWGN channel, and compared with traditional separated system in terms of packet error rate and complexity. Both hard and soft decoding were taken into account.     

长铃CM125摩托车降噪技术试验研究

利用噪声源分离技术对摩托车噪声源进行识别,得出排气系统是最主要的噪声源,而轮胎辐射噪声对摩托车加速噪声影响很小。在此基础上,通过优化消声器结构、改进摩托车吊架,使得该车加速噪声由80．9 dB(A)降至76．5 dB(A),取得了良好降噪效果。     

公路隧道节能照明系统研究

通过对重庆交通科研设计院近几年在公路隧道照明系统方面相关研究成果的总结,从照明灯具、灯具的布置方式、照明设计参数和新光源的合理应用4个方面来系统解决公路隧道照明质量和效率的问题,使广大设计人员树立起应通过充分运用现代科学技术的进步来提高隧道照明的设计水平和隧道照明的质量,而不能通过降低设计标准来达到节能目的的理念.     

静液压储能传动汽车动力源系统的匹配效率

为了便于进行汽车动力源系统的参数选择和设计，在试验数据的基础上运用曲面拟合和二维插值的方法，通过模拟计算绘制了液压泵的特性等值曲线；综合发动机和液压泵的特性曲线，分剐对发动机与液压变量泵、定量泵进行了匹配效率分析；考虑蓄能器的效率，建立了发动机与液压泵、蓄能器的效率数学模型以及效率脉谱图，定义了系统效率概念并以此评价动力源系统的经济性，得出了发动机与变量泵、定量泵匹配的效率关系以及动力源系统的最佳工作范围。     

科考船水下辐射噪声的控制措施分析与应用

对某型科考船水下辐射噪声控制措施的针对性、施工便利性及成本控制等方面进行分析。结合实船测试结果，提出在科考船建造过程中，对于水下辐射噪声控制，船厂应根据减振降噪的有效性，重点关注影响大且便于实施的控制措施，而非追求控制措施的全面性，为平衡科考船水下辐射噪声控制和成本控制提供借鉴。     

RV传动输出机构的刚性误差分析

ＲＶ传动中摆线轮与输出盘之间的输出机构是同三个双曲柄平行四边形机构组成的封闭式单自由度并联机构，由于构件长度制造偏差和铰链运动副中的径向间隙，摆线与输出盘之间会产生相对位置误差，这一误差数值还与构件的弹性有关。作为基础。本仅在刚体这的范畴内研究这一的数据，提出了关于一般四杆铰接机构刚性误差的计算模型，然后应用于平行四边形机构和ＲＶ传动的输出机构，最后给出数值计算例证。     

铁路常见固定性声源声功率级的测定

对铁路系统常见的１１类４３种型号计１８７台固定性声源进行了测定，噪声级为８３．０－１３１．１ｄＢ（Ａ），线性声功率级为８９．４－１３８．６ｄＢ。在多数固定性怕源呈中高频特性。     

短波通信中的Turbo均衡技术及应用

研究了turbo均衡原理及几种均衡算法，并针对具有严重ISI的短波信道，在信道参数已知和不匹配的情况下，对不同的联合均衡和译码算法、不同迭代次数对系统性能的影响进行了仿真和比较，结果表明，MMSE／SOVA算法在迭代几次以后具有良好的误码性能和鲁棒性，且计算复杂度低，利于工程实现。
