论青年毛泽东关于国家变革的思想

毛泽东早期在改造国家的问题上，曾经吸收和借鉴过各种国内外进步思想。在接触马克思主义以前。青年毛泽东为探寻救国之路，对于世界上许多探求真理的思想家，特剐是近代中国进步思想家的思想和学说，都有过接触和研究，并在此基础上形成了其丰富独特的国家变革思想。     

基于超效率DEA模型的我国船舶工业效率的评价

运用超效率DEA模型,选取3项投入指标（从业人员的平均数、船舶工业企业的个数、造修船的基础设施）和2项产出指标（船舶工业的总产值、造船完工量占全国的份额）,对2010年至2011年我国主要造船地区船舶工业效率进行评价。研究的结果表明：相比于2010年,2011年我国14个地区船舶工业的综合效率、技术效率、规模效率的平均值都有所提高,船舶行业的结构调整初见成效,其次上海的船舶工业的超效率值远高于其他省份。     

当代西方“整体政府”改革:组织创新及方法

20世纪90年代中后期，西方国家继新公共管理改革之后进行了以“整体政府”为内容的第二轮政府改革运动。“整体政府”改革基于结果与目标的组织创新进路，以伙伴关系为创新工具，形成了一种有别于传统官僚制和新公共管理“企业家政府”的新型组织模式，即“整体政府”组织模式。该组织模式在内容上具有以“联合”为特征的两种组织结构形式和以“整合”为内涵的组织目标及机制，在方法上为公共行政组织的研究开辟了一条社会学的研究途径。     

Market power and its determinants in the Chinese airline industry

This paper first measures the degree of Chinese airlines’ market power by using Lerner index, and then investigates its determinants. Our empirical results show that a certain degree of market power exists in the Chinese airline industry. Of the three dominant carriers, Air China exhibits the strongest market power whereas China Eastern Airlines the weakest, with China Southern Airlines being in the middle. Furthermore, the extent of market power varies significantly among regional markets, with China’s northeast region as the strongest, followed by the eastern and western regions, and the central area as the weakest. We also find a hub-premium effect similar to the result found in the US airline market. Our analysis shows that the existence of high-speed rail and low-cost carriers, income level, population size, seasonality, and number of competing airlines are the main determinants of competition in the Chinese airline market.

Transporting export-bound grain by rail: Rail rates in the Post-Staggers Rail Act Period

A spatial analysis involving four origin states (Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota and Nebraska) and two destinations (Gulf of Mexico and Pacific Northwest) is conducted in order to determine if pricing practices by the same or different railroads in different regions are consistent. A system of structural equations is estimated and dynamic regression tests are conducted because of the dynamic nature of interregional trade and arbitrage activities. The results indicate that the railroad industry is noncompetitive and that rail rates converge at a different speed to their desired levels in different regions. This may be partly due to the increased concentration in the railroad industry that took place during last twenty years.
