结合福姜沙河段水流动力特性和河床演变特点,在福姜沙河段布置不同的治理工程方案,通过数学模型、物理模型等手段分析工程效果,在双涧沙体实施工程措施综合整治效果最佳,福姜沙航道治理必须从稳定双涧沙沙体出发,守护双涧沙是福姜沙深水航道建设的关键性河势控制工程.对双涧沙守护工程进行不同平面形式、高程方案进行了比选,得出福姜沙河段航道治理工程基础性方案.

an analysis of transportation energy conservation projects in developing countries

Industrialized countries have extensive experience with various transportation energy conservation measures and have been making steady progress in improving the efficiency of their transport sector. Less Developed Countries (LDCs) have also been making progress, but their experience in many aspects of transportation energy conservation is very limited. Development organizations have funded many transportation projects in developing countries, but the vast majority of these projects were designed to improve the transportation infrastructure. Very few transportation energy conservation projects have been implemented and decision-makers face a scarcity of information on effective strategies. This paper gives an overview of transportation projects in LDCs in order to identify those transportation energy conservation measures that offer the greatest potential for LDCs. Two case studies, from Tunisia and Costa Rica, are given to illustrate the issues involved in implementing transportation energy conservation measures in LDCs. 紧密结合企业需要、加强高职人才培养

结合多年的实践,就如何提高对高职教育的认识,怎样办好高职教育进行了论述,以满足企业对人才的需求,以期引起学校和企业对高职教育的关注和爱护。     

基于ZCZ训练序列的MIMO-DDST联合信道与直流偏移估计

在通信系统中,信道估计的准确与否直接影响到接收端符号的检测性能,对MIMO系统更是如此。本文首先介绍隐含序列的信道估计方法,并分析此类方法存在的问题,包括信道估计性能受发送端符号数据的影响以及受未知直流偏移影响。然后,重点研究基于ZCZ(Zero Correlation Zone)训练序列的DDST(Data-De-pendent Superimposed Training)方案,此方案可以实现多天线系统的多径信道和直流偏移联合估计。最后,给出理论分析和仿真结果,二者均表明平衡ZCZ训练序列不但能分离直流偏移估计和信道估计,而且能使二者的估计均方差性能同时达到最优。     

Validation of railway vehicle dynamic models in training simulators

Training simulators play an important role for sustaining safety, efficiency and cost effective railway transportation. Dynamic modelling of train systems is one of the main modules of training simulators. Validation of the dynamic models with collected real data ensures the fidelity of the simulator utilising the respective models. In this study, a validation process (Dynamic Modelling Validation Process (DyMVaP)) which is developed to support the validation of railway dynamic models is introduced. However, the proposed process can also be used in validating other dynamic models as well. The developed process is based on five steps including the preparation of validation scenarios, sensor deployment, real data collection, data preparation, and comparison of simulated and measured data. Note that the proposed DyMVaP was used for the validation of a full-mission training simulator so called TRENSIM, which was developed for Turkish State Railways. During the study it is realised that the current speed, travelled distance, acceleration (in x, y, z directions), rotation angles (around x, y, z axes), air pressure, in-train pressure/tension forces, traction motor currents, catenary voltage, positions of controllers must be collected synchronously by using proper sensors in order to ensure simulation validation. The required data was collected from locomotive body, bogies, wheel sets and connection of railway cars. The data (～200?GB) collected from the field by applying 27 different scenarios and transformed into appropriate data for utilising the generated dynamic models within the simulator. The measured and simulated data were also compared visually using graphical representation of the parameters as well as performing computations regarding the magnitude, phase and comprehensive error factors.     

广州地铁线网综合实训基地建设的探索与思考

中国城市轨道交通的快速发展,面临着关键技术、核心装备的短板,以及自主创新不足、专业人才短缺的巨大挑战。实训基地是城市轨道交通的重要配套设施,是员工技能的主要实践训练场所。通过论证广州地铁线网综合实训基地建设的必要性,深入探讨实训基地的功能设置、设备配置、规模、选址等,提出:综合实训基地对培养高素质技能人才、满足行业用人需求、职业技能鉴定、传承实践经验、设备研发及技术推广等起到重要基础性作用;广州地铁线网综合实训基地须具备理论应用与实操训练中心、技能鉴定和资格认证中心、综合演练和技能竞赛平台、科研技改和教育创新平台4方面功能;场地规模根据轨道交通各工种/岗位实操培训量、实训工艺布置、设备设施面积进行综合测算;要配置轨道交通各专业设备、通识教育教学设备设施、轨道交通仿真系统;选址结合线网场地条件和员工交通便利综合考虑,可为其他城市轨道交通实训基地建设提供借鉴。     

适应社会需求的高校人才培养模式研究与实践

针对当前经济和高等教育的发展形势,对一般工科院校的人才培养模式进行探讨,并对华东交通大学的"软件工程专业 应用背景专业"的培养模式的教学改革进行了介绍.

高职物流人才培养目标的定位必须在分析高职物流人才供需双方的需求差异与不平衡性和高职院校教育资源的差异性的基础上来进行，文章以浙江经贸职业技术学院物流管理专业为例，提出了高职物流人才目标定位的思路与解决人才培养目标定位问题的方法。
