运用ANSYS程序中的SHELL63单元,分析了集中荷载、均布荷载作用下不同斜度斜交单箱双室三跨连续箱梁剪滞效应的纵、横向分布规律.结果表明,斜交箱梁中支承断面剪滞效应的横向分布规律受斜交角影响很大,中支承断面在2种荷载作用下均出现负剪滞效应.分析斜交连续箱梁剪滞效应的纵向分布规律时,出现了明显的负剪滞效应,正负剪滞效应的分界位置是距斜交箱梁中支承中心断面1/4跨长处.斜交箱梁与正交箱梁的剪滞效应有很大不同,设计时必须充分考虑剪滞效应的影响. 相似文献

In this paper, we used the 10-wave Puget Sound Panel Dataset to investigate the response lag of a significant change in discretionary
time use. In particular, we want to quantify the relative magnitude of the following factors: the built environment, family
and social obligations, temporal constraints, or a psychological delay factor (people delay a behavioral change until the
next life shock). To answer this question, we developed a survival model to treat (1) left-censoring, (2) partial observation,
and (3) multi-type exits. The results suggest that family and social obligations, as well as temporal constraints, appear
to play a more important role than the built environment. Support for the psychological delay factor is not evident. We also
found that the probability of having a significant change in discretionary time use is negatively related to time progression,
supporting the human adaptivity hypothesis.

通过调查国内14个代表性港口近20个国家级大、中型建设项目的环保竣工验收情况,对港口项目环保验收中存在的普遍性问题进行总结和分析。调查结果表明,各港口建设项目竣工环境保护执行情况总体良好,但也存在着包括施工期环境管理不到位、施工期环境监测计划落实不全面、营运期环保设施运行效果不佳等问题。存在问题的有效预防和解决途径应是建立施工期工程环境监理制度和环保备案制度,加大对建设单位的宣传教育,强化环保意识和守法意识,以及加强港口建设项目营运期环境保护监管力度等。 相似文献

首先对剪力滞效应的原理进行了综述,理清了概念,运用有限元软件ANSYS对某薄壁箱梁的剪力滞效应进行数值分析,与相关文献数值解、实测值和理论值进行对比,验证了模型的正确性。然后通过分析受弯箱梁本身受力特点,得到各影响因素对于其剪力滞系数的影响,并总结剪力滞系数沿跨径纵向分布的规律。再进一步分析了仅轴力、纯弯作用下剪力滞系数的纵向分布和翼缘板剪力流的关系,然后结合工程实践中的恒载、活载和预应力三者进行对比分析,得出全预应力结构有均衡剪力滞系数纵向分布及降低峰值的优点。最后对箱梁进入塑性状态后的剪力滞效应进行了研究并得出了相应结论,目的在于研究预应力作用下箱梁剪力滞特点及塑性状态箱梁剪力滞的变化规律,为工程实践提供一定理论基础。 相似文献

This paper presents an evaluation, from the users’ point of view, of an advanced Bus Passenger Real Time Information System, installed at the city of Thessaloniki, Greece. In addition to the methodological approach and the findings presented, the paper explores the greater framework of evaluation procedures in which these analyses should be embedded. In total, 300 questionnaires were returned; the survey aimed to define the basic components of users’ acceptance of the new system as well as socioeconomic issues related with the estimation of the payback period of the project. A suitable model that enables the analysis of dynamic relationships between transport systems is important for managers to make real-time reaction strategies. This study proposes an autoregressive distributed lag modeling approach that can point a way to interpret the long- and short-term relationships between intercity transport systems. To test the applicability of the approach with regard to evaluating the dynamic competitive relationships between intercity transport systems, an empirical study sample is adopted in evaluating competition between high-speed rail (HSR) and intercity bus services. The results indicate that HSR has a long-run impact on intercity bus transport and the intercity bus transport market is positively affected by its previous operations and negatively influenced by the previous performance of HSR. However, in the short-run, the current period performance of HSR positively affects the intercity bus transport market. 相似文献
