在海洋运输的基础上,全面介入物流服务,积极配合货主对运输服务更高层次的要求,以货主为中心全面提高门到门运输的服务水平,将给航运企业自身带来多方面的竞争优势。事实表明,从海洋运输向综合物流服务转变,已经成为国际航运企业发展的大方向。本文介绍了现代物流的供应链管理、“双赢”及“多赢”战略,以客户为中心等理念在航运业中的应用情况;结合大量的例子,从供应链管理角度分析我国航运存在的问题,并探讨解决问题的措施。     

国际航运物流虚拟联盟伙伴选择研究

提出了国际航运物流虚拟联盟的概念,介绍了国际航运物流虚拟联盟合作伙伴的选择程序。根据合作伙伴选择评价的原则和我国航运物流企业的现状,初步构建了国际航运物流虚拟联盟合作伙伴的选择评价指标体系,然后采用调查问卷的形式,对选择评价指标体系进行了修正。以鼎盛航运物流公司为例,采用层次分析法(AHP)对国际航运物流虚拟联盟进行了实证分析,结果合理、实用。     

促进铁路现代物流业发展的策略分析

阐述了发展铁路现代物流业的总体构想和实施原则,从加快铁路物流标准化体系及信息化建设,规范铁路物流业管理机构,加强物流统计和人才培养,完善铁路各项规章制度等方面提出了发展铁路现代物流业的策略。     

Trucking industry demand for urban shared use freight terminals

The issue of shared use urban freight facilities first received attention during the 1970s when it was observed that, while inter-urban freight movements were becoming increasingly efficient, there were significant diseconomies in the movement of freight via truck within urban areas. Early research suggested that shared urban freight facilities should be constructed so that trucking companies could consolidate smaller shipments into larger ones. In the past few years, the concept of Urban Ports has gained increasing attention, not just for carriers who need to load and unload freight, but to provide a place near the urban center for truckers to wait out peak traffic periods. In this paper, using recently developed survey data, we examine trucking company interest in such facilities by examining the results of an ordered probit demand model.     

水面舰船规范中甲板纵骨稳定性校核的差异研究

甲板纵骨的稳定性问题是水面舰船结构设计中的一个重要问题。《舰船通用规范》和《水面舰艇结构设计计算方法》对纵骨带板折减系数取法的差异有时会导致工程中出现不同的结果。从理论上分析了《舰船通用规范》和《水面舰艇结构设计计算方法》对纵骨屈曲分析评估方法的差异,并用数值算例结果给予说明。研究结果为:《舰船通用规范》中的稳定性校核标准较《水面舰艇结构设计计算方法》严格,对于理解和修订国军标以及保证舰船结构安全有一定的理论意义和实用价值。     

交互式电子技术手册标准体系分析

文章介绍了交互式电子技术手册(IETM)的概念及分类,论述了IETM的国内外发展现状,详细分析了国外和我国IETM的军用标准体系,对我国IETM发展具有一定的参考意义。     

港口物流与区域经济协同发展研究*

阐述了港口物流与区域经济的相互关系,利用灰色综合关联度模型对重庆市港口物流与区域经济之间的相关性进行实证分析,结果表明两者存在着高度的相关性;同时通过多维灰色GM(1, N)模型分析了两者之间的协调程度,得出重庆市港口物流与经济增长整体上协调,有一定的发展能力,但是两者之间同时存在某些不协同因素。最后根据分析的结果提出了相关建议以促进港口物流的发展,进而实现与区域经济的良好互动。

从物流、港口、港口物流的概念入手,分析了影响港口物流指数的诸因素并由此建立了港口物流发展水平指标体系。运用主成分分析法对港口物流发展水平进行了分析,并得出了港口物流指数,。     

Where to dispose of urban green waste? Transportation planning for the maintenance of public green spaces

Urban green spaces provide various social and environmental benefits that strongly improve the quality of life in a city. Municipalities are responsible for maintaining their green spaces in order to preserve these potentials. This paper supports municipalities in planning the transportation and disposal logistics of the green waste that is produced by the maintenance activities. The approach combines ecological issues like the seasonality of green waste generation and different types of biomass with economically driven decision making. We show how to determine cost efficient transportation plans for the disposal logistics and how to capture the seasonality of green waste generation when booking capacities at disposal facilities. It is also shown how a municipality can select the disposal facilities to cooperate with in a competitive environment where facilities offer capacities at differing conditions, as is the case for disposal sites that dump the green waste and for conversion plants that use the biomass for producing renewable energy. We illustrate the approach using case data of a major city in Germany.
