分布式能源系统经济性优化建模研究

随着冷热电联产技术得到广泛推广,系统运行的经济性就成为必然考核的指标,因此如何优化系统运行模式,提高系统收益越来越受到众人的关注.通过分析影响系统运行经济性的各项因素,并基于Matlab建立系统成本与收益关系优化模型.模型以年度成本最小化为目标函数,利用Matlab优化工具箱对系统机组运行模式、运行收益进行模拟优化,得出机组在最大收益情况下的最佳运行组合,并以某示范工程大楼的分布式能源系统为例,验证了此优化模型的适用性.     

汽车制造产能挖掘的探索与实践-质量管理篇

广汽传祺近年来快速发展,销量屡攀新高,现有工厂已经达成设计标准产能,仍远不能满足市场需求,同时新工厂尚在规划建设中。迫切需要挖掘现有工厂的生产极限,最大限度满足市场需求。整车制造一部通过长期深度挖掘产能极限的探索和实践,行业内首次成功实现整车工厂长时间连续运行"三班两运转"生产体制,在不实施任何投资和技术改造的前提下,直接将原有工厂生产能力提升约50%。文章对整车制造一部两年来在探索和实践"三班两运转"生产体制过程中遇到的质量管理课题及解决方案进行总结和整理。     

Fatigue of jack-ups: Simplifying calculations

Simplification of calculations for fatigue of jack-ups is essential in order to understand the primary influences and the uncertainties involved. Considerable simplification is possible for jack-ups because calculations for fatigue are dominated by the few worst loading conditions, while the large number of lesser conditions can be ignored. The dominating conditions are likely to be — during operations, the resonant sway and surge motions at the natural period of the structure; and during towage, the 1 or 2 days of maximum roll and pitch motions. Examples for both situations examine loading conditions and demonstrate simplified calculations.

联合作战战场上如何实现情报的综合处理和全域共享,满足信息化战场态势感知对电子侦察情报的需求,已成为重要的研究课题。论文对目前我军无人机情报处理与共享的现状和存在的问题进行了分析与总结,尝试性地构建了适应我军无人机未来发展需要的情报处理与共享体系,并提出了对无人机情报处理与共享的发展展望。     

Active heave compensation of floating wind turbine installation using a catamaran construction vessel

The application of floating wind turbines is limited by the high cost that increases with the water depth. Offshore installation and maintenance continue to consume a high percentage of the project budget. To improve the installation efficiency of the floating offshore wind turbine, a novel concept is proposed by the SFI MOVE project. Several wind turbine superstructure components are preassembled onshore and carried to the installation site by a catamaran construction vessel. Each assembly can then be installed using only one lift, and the concept is less sensitive to weather conditions. In this paper, a control algorithm of the proposed hydraulic active heave compensator system is developed using singular perturbation theory to cancel the relative motion between the spar top and gripped preassembly bottom. Closed-loop stability is proven, and the simulation results show that the installation efficiency is improved with an increase in the acceptable weather conditions.

交通运输管制是军队非战争军事行动的基本保证。当前对非战争军事行动交通运输管制的研究还很欠缺。为厘清非战争军事行动交通运输管制的内涵,指导非战争军事行动交通运输管制的实施,该文基于近年来我国处置突发事件中的非战争军事行动交通运输管制实践,对非战争军事行动交通运输管制这一重要问题进行了系统剖析。梳理了非战争军事行动交通运输管制的内涵与内容,分析了交通运输管制的力量与部署,提出了交通运输管制的原则与措施。     

Impact of container chassis management practices in the United States on terminal operational efficiency: An operations and mitigation policy analysis

Existing policies designed to mitigate the environmental and social impacts of truck queuing at maritime terminals often focus on congestion problems outside of the terminal gate, targeting a reduction in the waiting and turn time of trucks as the measure of success. This paper evaluates the impact that intra-terminal truck and equipment movements have on the terminal’s overall performance and the implications that these movements have on the effectiveness of current mitigation policies. Through a simulation of terminal processes occurring at Southern California ports it is shown that measures driving reductions in truck turn times impose greater operational loads on terminal equipment, essentially transferring savings in truck turn time rather than eliminating it in terms of the overall system. Consequently, the paper finds that total truck and cargo handling equipment movement and operational time constitutes a more accurate measure of the effectiveness of policies seeking to mitigate the impacts of truck operations at marine terminals.
