研究合成了 6,7,10,11-四戊氧基苯并菲-1,4-二醌和 6,7,10,11-四庚氧基苯并菲-1,4- 二醌两个新化合物,经核磁氢谱和碳谱、质谱、IR 及元素分析等测定,对其结构进行了表征。该类化合物在紫外可见光区 250~630 nm 的范围有光吸收。采用偏光显微镜和示差扫描量热仪对其性能进行了研究,结果表明,该材料具有液晶性。此外,本文对该类化合物的合成方法也进行了改进,利用亚硝酸钠/三氟乙酸/二氯甲烷体系替代了常用的硝酸铈铵/四氢呋喃/水体系,反应时间可从原来的 2 h 缩短至 15 min,并在室温下完成;在合成中间体 1,2-二甲氧基-6,7,10,11-四烷氧基苯并菲时,采用二氯甲烷作为溶剂,将三氯化铁与 3,3',4,4'-四烷氧基联苯的摩尔比从 8∶ 1 提高到 10∶1,反应时间可从原来的 5 h 缩短至 2 h。 相似文献

现场或者室内试验的实测数据难以将多孔沥青混凝土路面的降噪性能进行理论化,因此,选择合适的吸声模型和计算软件将直接影响降噪性能理论分析的准确性。通过比较目前流行的几款噪声分析软件,结合多孔沥青混凝土路面的特性,选择全球首款全频段振动噪声软件PAM VA ONE,建立Allard-Johnson吸声模型,计算得到不同空隙率沥青混凝土试件的吸声频谱和平均吸声系数。室内吸声系数试验表明,采用Allard-Johnson吸声模型在PAM VA ONE软件中得到的计算值与试验实测值之间的相似系数达0.9,PAM VA ONE软件分析多孔沥青混凝土路面噪声的可靠性较高。 相似文献

In this paper, the collision-induced derailment of freight trains was investigated. The collision between two identical freight trains occurring on a curved path rather than along a straight line was investigated. This is because from the point of view of safety against derailment this collision scenario is thought to be more critical than the scenarios defined in the European standard EN 15227. In this work, one of the trains is stationary and the other moving train collides at 36 km/h. Two kinds of container wagons were simulated. One is the two-axle freight wagon Kls 442. Another is the freight wagon Rmms 662 with two Y25 bogies. Simulation results demonstrate that in terms of safety against derailment the bogie wagon Rmms 662 was found to have better behaviour than the two-axle wagon Kls 442. In addition, this study points out that there are many contributory factors to the responses of freight wagons during a collision, such as curve radius, distance between bogie pivots and loading mass. The derailment phenomenon is less likely to occur, when freight trains collide on the curve with a larger radius. Besides that the characteristics of freight wagons with large axle loads, low centre of gravity of car body and appropriate static strength are favourable for the collided wagons in reducing the risk of derailment. 相似文献

Stilbene glycoside (TSG) has been shown to have many beneficial properties. It is therefore essential to understand the absorption and metabolism of TSG in detail. We determined the recovery of TSG and its metabolites (TSG sulfate/glucuronides) in rat gastric contents, gastric mucosa, portal vein plasma, celiac arterial plasma, bile, and urine after administration of 15mg of TSG in 0.5mL physiological saline or incubation for 20min in situ in the stomach of rats. Within 20min, (64.0±9.8)% of the administered TSG disappeared from the stomach; later, TSG was recovered in both free and conjugated forms in plasma and bile, but not in urine. On the other hand, only free TSG was detected in the gastric contents and mucosa; it was also detected in the portal vein plasma as (48.1±3.5)% of the total TSG (all forms of TSG). However, the proportion of free TSG in the celiac arterial plasma and bile decreased to 4%-10%. In addition, the proportion of free TSG to total TSG in the liver microsome incubation mixture after TSG was incubated in liver microsome at 37℃ for 30min was very low [(10.6 ± 2.6)%]. These results indicate that TSG could be quickly absorbed from the rat stomach, conjugated in liver and excreted in bile. Such novel information would be helpful for the use of TSG as a beneficial natural product which may improve its proposed efficacy in preventing chronic diseases. 相似文献
