公私合作模式在准经营性基础设施项目中的应用

针对准经营性基础设施投融资体制改革,深入分析了准经营性基础设施项目的特点,指出其较强的正外部性与一定的公益性限制是导致社会融资吸引力低的症结.通过案例借鉴与分析,围绕正外部性的补偿与矫正,提出转移支付与协议捆绑两条现实解决途径,并对两种方式下的公私合作模式进行了界定.     

Construction of expression vector for NT4-ADNF-9 fusion gene

Objective To construct the prokaryotic expression vector bearing fusion gene NT4-ADNF-9 and lay foundation for further study on genetic therapy of neuraseusory deafness. Methods By means of asymmetrical prince/ template, double stranded eDNA of activity dependent neurotrophic factor-9 (ADNF-9) was obtained, which included restriction enzymes sites on the two extremities. ADNF-9 eDNA was ligated to the signal and leader peptides of nenrotrophin 4 (NT4), and the fusion gene was named NT4-ADNF-9. Then it was suheluned into prokaryotic expression vector pBV220, and called pBV220/ NT4-ADNF-9. Results Evidences of DNA sequence analysis and restrtction enzymes digestion showed that we recombined ADNF-9 eDNA to the 3'terminal of the signal and leader peptides of NT4, and the fusion gene was subcluned into pBV220 successfully. Bioactivity of the products was proved that it could support the cell survival and neurite growth in the primary cultures of dorsal root ganglia (DRG) of embryonic day-8 cbicken neurons as compared to the control. Conclusion Prokaryotic expression vector pBV220/NT4-ADNF-9 can be constructed successfully and the bioactivtty is satisfactory.

以我国建设和谐铁路融资为研究对象,提出我国和谐铁路发展在现有约束条件基础上的最佳融资方案理论。采用抽象、归纳及类推方法,对广义项目融资进行实证分析,以国内大型基础设施项目成功实施广义项目融资进行类推,探讨了广义项目融资在铁路和谐发展中的应用。广义项目融资能够有效地解决构建和谐铁路融资结构失衡的问题,这一融资制度对我国铁路和谐发展具有战略意义。     

钢桥面板纵肋对接焊缝疲劳开裂主动加固方法研究

为实现钢桥面板纵肋对接焊缝疲劳开裂的主动加固,提出基于铁基形状记忆合金(Fe-SMA)的主动加固方法,即通过栓接Fe-SMA并采用热电阻激励使其自动产生预应力实现主动加固.为验证其有效性,采用ANSYS软件建立港珠澳大桥的单纵肋节段试验模型的实体有限元模型,利用线弹性断裂力学对纵肋对接焊缝处疲劳裂纹前缘的应力强度因子进...

讨论了其中a(t)可以变号的二阶常微分方程u"(t) a(t)u(t)=f(t,u(t)),t∈R的周期解的存在性问题,利用krasnoselskii锥映射的不动点定理,获得了ω-正周期解的存在性与多重性结果.     

长大隧道轨道网CPII水平角测量系统误差分析及对策

在隧道内进行轨道网CPII作业时,由于受到场地狭小、观测视线距离隧道衬砌近和气流定向运动等因素影响,水平角易受到折光影响而产生系统误差。引用长沙至昆明客运专线黎子坪隧道轨道控制网CPII测量的实例,通过仪器自动观测、自动记录原始数据,分析长大隧道轨道控制网CPII水平角测量系统误差的产生原因和分布规律,探索减弱系统误差的措施,并提出“正反W型”观测方式的解决方案。

The effects of social networks on choice set dynamics: Results of numerical simulations using an agent-based approach

Activity-based analysis has slowly shifted gear from the analysis of daily activity patterns to the analysis and modeling of dynamic activity-travel patterns. In this paper, we address one type of dynamics: the formation and adaptation of location choice sets under influence of dyad relationships within social networks. It extends the dynamic model developed in earlier work, which simulates habitual behavior versus exploitation and exploration as a function of discrepancies between dynamic, context-dependent aspiration levels and expected outcomes. Principles of social comparison and knowledge transfer are used in modeling the impact of social networks through information exchange, adaptations of spatial choice sets and formation of common aspiration levels. We demonstrate model properties using numerical simulation with a case study of shopping activities.

一种新型四象限变流器：拓扑,建模与仿真

针对传统的升压式四象限变流器直流侧工作电压要求较高的缺点，提出了一种新型四象限变流器拓扑，并运用状态空间平均法进行建模。ＭＡＴＬＡＢ数值仿真与样机试验结果证实了该拓扑及模型的正确性。
