“1263”工学交替人才培养模式创新研究与实践——以岑溪中等专业学校电机电器制造与维修专业为例

中职教育应立足于立德树人,以培养具备过硬的技能本领,德、智、体、美全面发展,身心健康的高素质技能型人才为目标。在岑溪市中等专业学校电机电器制造与维修专业实施"1263"工学交替人才培养模式,其核心内容为构建以能力培养为中心、以动手实践为方向、以项目课程为主体的一体化课程体系,采用理实一体化教学模式,实现"学中做、做中学"工学交替,同时把职业素养提升和德育教育贯穿全程,提高学生的综合素质能力。     

Influence of polygonal wear of railway wheels on the wheel set axle stress

The coupled vehicle/track dynamic model with the flexible wheel set was developed to investigate the effects of polygonal wear on the dynamic stresses of the wheel set axle. In the model, the railway vehicle was modelled by the rigid multibody dynamics. The wheel set was established by the finite element method to analyse the high-frequency oscillation and dynamic stress of wheel set axle induced by the polygonal wear based on the modal stress recovery method. The slab track model was taken into account in which the rail was described by the Timoshenko beam and the three-dimensional solid finite element was employed to establish the concrete slab. Furthermore, the modal superposition method was adopted to calculate the dynamic response of the track. The wheel/rail normal forces and the tangent forces were, respectively, determined by the Hertz nonlinear contact theory and the Shen–Hedrick–Elkins model. Using the coupled vehicle/track dynamic model, the dynamic stresses of wheel set axle with consideration of the ideal polygonal wear and measured polygonal wear were investigated. The results show that the amplitude of wheel/rail normal forces and the dynamic stress of wheel set axle increase as the vehicle speeds rise. Moreover, the impact loads induced by the polygonal wear could excite the resonance of wheel set axle. In the resonance region, the amplitude of the dynamic stress for the wheel set axle would increase considerably comparing with the normal conditions.     

3D打印技术对我国制造业带来的机遇探讨

近年来3D打印技术得到了人们的普遍关注,其给传统制造业带来的变革不可估量,被认为是"第三次工业革命"的主要标志。通过对我国传统制造业面临困境的分析发现,3D打印技术可以为我国制造业的转型升级带来机遇。但现实是现阶段大多数吸引人们眼球的3D打印技术应用都还只是演示或单件产品,其成本与实用性往往被忽略。因此结合自身的实际冷静看待3D打印技术才是充分发挥起优势的前提。     

Consistency in preferences for road safety: An analysis of precautionary and stated behavior

This study analyzes stated willingness to pay (WTP) for traffic safety, the use of traffic safety equipments, and the consistency between the two. Using data from a Swedish contingent valuation study we find that the estimated value of a statistical life (VSL) based on the respondents' rear-seatbelt usage is similar to the estimate found using the respondents' stated WTP. However, when estimating VSL based on the respondents' use of bicycle helmets we find a significantly higher VSL; the VSL from bicycle-helmet usage is 7 times higher than the estimate based on seatbelt usage. Moreover, we do not find any strong relationship between risk perception and usage, or individual stated WTP and usage. Hence, the main conclusion, based on our analysis, is that stated and observed WTP are not consistent.     

Efficient multiple model particle filtering for joint traffic state estimation and incident detection

This article proposes an efficient multiple model particle filter (EMMPF) to solve the problems of traffic state estimation and incident detection, which requires significantly less computation time compared to existing multiple model nonlinear filters. To incorporate the on ramps and off ramps on the highway, junction solvers for a traffic flow model with incident dynamics are developed. The effectiveness of the proposed EMMPF is assessed using a benchmark hybrid state estimation problem, and using synthetic traffic data generated by a micro-simulation software. Then, the traffic estimation framework is implemented using field data collected on Interstate 880 in California. The results show the EMMPF is capable of estimating the traffic state and detecting incidents and requires an order of magnitude less computation time compared to existing algorithms, especially when the hybrid system has a large number of rare models.     

基于FMECA故障分析的高速动车组制动系统RAMS研究

高速动车组制动系统RAMS管理能够保证车辆在其全寿命周期内达到其功能要求。文章以CRH2型高速动车组制动系统为对象建立了可靠性模型,利用FMECA方法,系统地分析了制动系统的故障模式影响及危害性,并将其可能的故障模式按严重程度分类,以便采取改进措施。     

凌津滩枢纽船闸下游近坝段航道整治研究

沅水梯级渠化最末一级凌津滩枢纽建成后,船闸下游引航道口门以下现行航道弯曲分汊、水浅流急、航道易淤积,船舶进出船闸困难,严重影响枢纽通航功能的发挥;在分析近坝河段航道碍航原因的基础上,通过水流和遥控自航船模、定床输沙物理模型试验,分别对左、右航线不同的工程整治方案进行研究优化;通过综合对比分析,废弃现行左线航道,选择右线开辟新航道,并针对存在的问题提出相关对策。     

《麦田里的守望者》中隐晦的犹太性

"犹太性"是指犹太作家在其作品中所表现出来的某种与犹太文化或宗教相关联的一种思想观念,主要体现在某犹太作家本人或其作品中人物的思维方式、心理机制以及任何能表现犹太人生活、性格、语言、行为等特点的东西。犹太裔作家塞林格在《麦田里的守望者》中展现的主人公霍尔顿的精神流浪及其"滞后"心理等特征隐蔽地表现了该小说的犹太情结。

介绍了汽车维修企业采用的两种生产管理模式，并作了较详缅比较，为汽车维修企业的管理者结合本企业的实际进行生产管理提供借鉴。     

基于有限元分析法的折臂式船用甲板起重机垂直设计系数计算

结合有限元分析工具ANSYS和海上平台起重机规范,在50 t折臂式船用甲板起重机的设计项目中,提出该类型起重机垂直设计系数的计算方法并成功应用到该项目设计中。
