加强高校教职工绩效考核的建设思考

高校生存和发展的关键是人员队伍建设,核心是教学、科研和管理队伍建设。高校加强绩效考核的建设,能够引导教职工工作水平的不断提高,激励教职工认真履行其岗位职责,进一步增强教职工的教学、科研、管理和服务水平,给教职工营造一个和谐、稳定、宽松的育人环境,真正做到人尽其才,才尽其用,用人所长,促进高校的可持续发展。     

高校思想政治理论课实践教学资源整合探究——基于南通航运职业技术学院的实践认知

文章解析了当前高校思想政治理论课实践教学资源整合存在的问题,提出了整合思想政治理论课人力资源、物力资源、文化资源、网络信息资源、实践教学基地资源、经费划拨和管理等具体举措,对提高思想政治理论课实践教学资源整合的效率和质量具有一定的借鉴意义。     

Transformations and continuities of issues related to Chinese participation in the global seafarers’ labour market

Since the 1990s, Chinese seafarers have become a force to be reckoned with in the global seafarer labour market, particularly against the backdrop of the manning crisis. Compared with other groups of seafarers dominating the market such as the Filipinos and the Indians, they are commonly associated with perceptions of low cost, poor English skills, different safety/work culture, problems with the International Transport Workers’ Federation, etc. This article identifies transformations and continuities of problems related to Chinese seafarers in the global market in the last two decades or so by reviewing relevant Lloyd’s List reports as well as official documents and previous research. The review shows that Chinese authorities have been taking various initiatives to take advantage of the manning crisis and to expand and promote seafarer education, supply and export, which in general serve to make seafarers better educated and improve their communication skills. Although such initiatives have helped increase seafaring labour export, the success is nevertheless limited by tight government control on recruitment, which makes some foreign managers reluctant to employ Chinese seafarers.     

Missing the tide? Workplace cultural differences as a barrier to seafarer mobility in the U.S. workboat and sail training sectors

ABSTRACT

While previous research details the psychological and social benefits of sail training programs for amateur ‘trainees,’ much less is known about the value and transferability of sail training work experience in terms of professional development for seafaring careers. This article reviews the current state of scientific knowledge on sail training and presents the findings of a qualitative study of maritime recruiter perceptions at 10 U.S. flag workboat companies. Results suggest that the maritime industry may benefit from an improved understanding of the role that sail training programs and the sail training community can play in training and inspiring the next generation of motivated and professional seafarers. Workboat recruiters see positive and negative aspects of sail training experience and perceive cultural divides within the maritime industry that may affect a seafarers’ job mobility, whether or not such divides actually exist.     

四象限探测器光斑中心定位算法研究

针对激光光斑特性及定位算法对四象限探测器定位系统精度影响较大的问题,分析了激光光斑特性、四象限探测器定位理论及常用算法,研究了5种不同情况下激光光斑中心定位算法,在此基础上进行数值积分,提出基于椭圆形、能量服从高斯分布的激光光斑的中心定位算法,并利用曲线拟合的方法将理论光斑与实际光斑进行比较.通过设计的定位系统进行实验验证,证明了理论分析的正确性.     

成都市交通环境容量研究

在探讨影响交通环境容量的主要因素基础上,从成都市的现状出发,分析了成都市主要车型分类及城市交通网络,最终建立了成都市环境交通容量模型,从而为成都市环境质量保证及机动车数量的控制提供可靠的科学依据.     

城市与城镇居民出行特征比较分析

通过河北省中心城区和县城的城市布局、居民出行特征分析比较,得出在不同空间尺度下居民出行特征规律.为城市在未来城乡一体化交通规划以及其他基础设施配套方面提供数据参考,同时指明新型城镇化下县城的努力方向;为实现城镇一体化提供交通分析参考.     

市政下穿隧道与地铁车站合建设计

按照规划,成都市一环路某下穿隧道与地铁车站位于同一路由。简要介绍下穿隧道的地理位置、主要技术标准,以及隧道的平面、纵横断面、结构类型等。重点介绍下穿隧道与地铁车站的位置关系、结构处理方式、设计施工要点等。为了解决2个工程分期建设造成工程浪费、施工风险大和多次影响道路交通,以及先期工程未给后续工程预留施工条件,导致后续工程无法实施等问题,经过方案比选,采用了隧道和车站空间"上下重叠",隧道底板与车站顶板"共板",隧道侧墙与车站侧墙"上下对齐",2个工程同步设计、同步施工的合建方法,得出隧道与车站合建的设计施工方法是可行的,以期为今后类似工程设计提供借鉴及参考。     

工艺数字化系统中工艺尺寸及其精度的确定

说明了工艺数字化系统（PDS）中工艺尺寸及其精度确定的意义，分析了已有的计算机辅助确定工艺尺寸方法的特点，研究了确定工艺尺寸的数学模型，开发了计算机辅助确定合理工艺尺寸及其精度的系统，并论述了系统的工作模式及特点。     

新型轮对电机一体化独立驱动系统研究方案

针对目前国内各种电动轮轨机车驱动系统的需求,大胆构思了一种新型的轮对电机一体化独立驱动系统,对其基本结构、技术参数、主要原理、主要特点以及应用领域等作了详细介绍。分析了该系统的设计方案,以及主要的研究内容,提出了该系统的多方面应用前景。
