基于法国规范的道路平面停车视距计算及研究

平面停车视距作为一项重要的平面设计指标,在法国标准下体现得更加复杂,设计精准度要求高,设计时容易忽略。为探究法国标准下道路平面停车视距的一般规律,消除设计时的易错点,文中以喀麦隆雅温得至杜阿拉高速公路项目为依托,采用法国规范中平面视距的计算方法,计算典型段落的停车视距真实值,并与法国规范的要求值进行对比分析,提出设计参考及建议。结果表明,平曲线半径R及行驶车辆观察点与曲线内侧遮挡物的距离e1、被观察点与曲线内侧遮挡物的距离e2,是影响平面视距的主要因素,设计时应严格控制。     

螺旋匝道和螺旋桥的小客车行驶速度特征

为明确螺旋匝道和螺旋桥处的驾驶行为模式和汽车运行特征，在涪陵长江一桥、乌江二桥、重庆融侨大道和涪陵金凯环形高架4处地点开展螺旋匝道实车试验，用车载仪器采集自然驾驶状态下的汽车连续行驶轨迹、速度以及周围行驶环境等信息。基于自然驾驶数据，研究螺旋匝道范围内的速度变化模式、幅值特性以及影响因素。研究结果表明：单车道螺旋匝道的速度变化模式多样化，双车道螺旋匝道的行驶速度在整体上维持稳定，匝道范围内的连续升坡和降坡并未导致速度出现趋势性衰减和趋势性升高；螺旋匝道并入主线时，驾驶人在合流鼻之前有明显的、共性的减速行为，这与现行设计标准中的设计假定相反；除涪陵长江一桥之外，其余3处都是下行速度低于上行速度；螺旋匝道设计速度越低，实测速度与设计速度之间的偏离越严重，并且速度幅值离散化，因此不建议使用20 km·h^-1的匝道设计速度；螺旋匝道运行速度与匝道半径成正相关。     

Road roughness estimation based on discrete Kalman filter with unknown input

ABSTRACT

The road roughness acts as a disturbance input to the vehicle dynamics, and causes undesirable vibrations associated with the ride and handing characteristics. Furthermore, the accurate measurement of road roughness plays a key role in better understanding a vehicle dynamic behaviour and active suspension control systems. However, the direct measurement by laser profilometer or other distance sensors are not trivial due to technical and economic issues. This study proposes a new road roughness estimation method by using the discrete Kalman filter with unknown input (DKF-UI). This algorithm is built on a quarter-car model and uses the measurements of the wheel stroke (suspension deflection), and the acceleration of the sprung mass and unsprung mass. The estimation results are compared to the measurements by laser profilometer in-vehicle test.

一种快速建立道路整体模型的方法

在系统分析了现有的道路三维模型构建方法的基础上,提出了一种将道路设计面模型与地形表面模型融为一体的整体模型构建方法,该方法基于约束Delaunay三角网内插入点和约束边的理论,利用逐点插入算法原理和Windows文件映射技术,快速实现了道路设计面与地形表面的整体建网。应用道路整体模型可以实现道路景观的三维漫游,评价三维立体线形以及与周围地形的配合情况。     

基于GIS的山区道路灾害多发区段线路方案优选--以迫隆藏布流域为例

论述了基于GIS技术进行山区灾害多发地段线路方案优选的方法。在建立山区灾害区段选线的单因素分析层的基础上 ,提出了应用GIS技术提取山区灾害多发区段影响选线方案的信息。然后 ,应用层次分析方法 (AHP)实现灾害选线多因素的综合分析及多方案综合比选。最后以迫隆藏布流域某灾害多发区段为例验证了这种方法的有效性     

Using the revenues from congestion pricing

The economic theory behind congestion pricing relies on using the revenues to help compensate highway users. But can practical methods of using revenues come close to achieving this compensation, and still have salient appeal to important political groups? This paper investigates the possibilities for designing a package of revenue uses that can achieve these twin goals. The suggested approach returns two-thirds of the revenues to travelers through travel allowances and tax reductions, and uses the rest to improve transportation throughout the area, including affected business centers. By replacing regressive sales and fuel taxes, this approach offsets the tendency of the prices alone to have a regressive distributional impact. By lowering taxes, funding new highways, improving transit, and upgrading business centers, the package provides inducements for support from several key interest groups. The potential amounts of money involved are discussed using nationwide data, and in more detail using a case study of ubiquitous facility pricing throughout the Los Angeles region. Illustrative calculations of the effects on various individuals confirm that such a package can create net benefits for a wide spectrum of people and interest groups.
