基于文化生态理论的中国旅游业可持续发展研究

本文从旅游景区物质文化建设、非物质文化文化演绎以及游客的影响等方面,分析了我国旅游文化生态问题,从文化公平性、多样性和可持续利用等方面,探讨了旅游文化生态与旅游可持续发展的关系,最后对中国旅游文化可持续发展提出了相应的措施和建议。     

Constructing Paradise: The Impacts of Big Tourism in the Mexican Coastal Zone

Although coastal tourism is often looked to as a way of generating foreign revenue, it can also engender a range of social and environmental impacts. From an historical perspective, this article examines the growth of Cancún in the Mexican state of Quintana Roo since the late 1960s. The article documents a range of socioeconomic and environmental impacts associated with the rise of coastal tourism, and suggests that centralized planning and the provision of physical and financial infrastructure does not prevent those impacts. The principal causes of these impacts are also described, including changes in land-usage, population, tourism markets, foreign market penetration and control, an emphasis on short-term economic gain, weak regulatory enforcement, and an overall lack of integration of coastal zone management.     

Estimating the Economic Benefit of SCUBA Diving in the Similan Islands,Thailand

This article reports the results of the travel cost model using the standard and the truncated count data models to estimate the economic value of the Similan Islands, Thailand, from SCUBA diving. The estimated consumer surplus per visit to the Similan Islands using the truncated negative binomial model was US$3,233 and the economic value of the Similan Islands from SCUBA diving was estimated to be up to US$54.96 m. This study shows that, even without non-use values, coral reefs of the Similan Islands, if properly managed and maintained, will continue to have significant value to both Thai and overseas SCUBA divers, as one of the natural treasures of the world.

蓝海战略是由欧洲工商管理学院的W.钱.金和勒妮.莫博涅教授提出来的一种崭新的思维方式,它要求企业突破传统的血腥竞争所形成的"红海",拓展新的非竞争性的市场空间,开创"蓝海"。这对于目前我国普遍处于"红海"中的旅游企业来说无疑是一种福音。在分析我国旅游企业存在问题的基础上,结合蓝海战略的思想,提出了旅游企业如何创造需求、开拓新的市场空间,实现可持续发展的途径和方法。

影响山区农村公路交通安全的主要因素包括线形及组合不利、防护工程不到位、安全设施配置低、道路交通环境恶劣、养护不及时和安全意识薄弱六个因素，应从建设资金投入、工程质量标准、交通标志设立、养护机制和宣传教育等方面采取相应的防治措施。

Fisheries–Marine Protected Area–Tourism Interactions in Moalboal,Cebu, Philippines

The development of Integrated Coastal Management (ICM) in the Philippines has been underway for more than 30 years. As coastal communities continue to face dwindling resources from both the land and sea, marine protected areas (MPAs) have been regularly utilized as a community-based marine conservation tool. Recently, marine tourism has begun to exert influence as a driver utilized by local communities to promote the establishment of MPAs. Revenue generated through user-fee systems has begun to influence and shape broker–local–tourist (BLT) interactions in Moalboal, Cebu, Philippines. In this article, an account of the social dynamics surrounding MPAs is presented, sources of tension are identified, and recommendations proposed.     

片区城乡公交时刻表编制与车辆调度综合优化

通过构建双层规划模型,综合优化片区城乡公交时刻表编制与车辆调度.其中,上层片区城乡公交车辆调度问题以公交企业综合运营成本最小为目标,实现多线路多车辆多车场的车辆时序指派,采用禁忌搜索算法求解;下层片区城乡公交时刻表优化问题为实现线路在所有换乘节点的换乘总时间及换乘失败惩罚最小,同时确保换乘节点的时刻表协同先后次序,采用运行图与枚举法进行求解;选用慈溪南片城乡公交线路进行实例应用.结果表明,该方法能较好地应用于工程实践中,直观反映片区线路组织的运行计划,进一步满足乘客便捷换乘需求与企业车辆资源的有效配置.
