系统科学与交通发展——第七届中国交通高层论坛纪实

本次论坛以“系统科学与交通发展”为主题,涉及区域综合交通规划理论与方法、智能交通技术进展及应用、交通运输节能方法与实施策略、绿色物流等专题.论坛以系统科学思想和交通运输体系建设为对象,分析了社会经济系统与交通系统的复杂性,及其轨道交通系统安全技术问题,探讨了可持续发展交通政策下的货运和物流行动计划,研究了小汽车与城市的发展关系,以及北京交通发展历程和交通政策的实施效果,同时也阐述了“十二五”综合交通规划的目标与任务.论坛从加强综合交通运输系统理论的探索,完善交通运输系统化管理体系,构建生态交通、绿色物流,并制定相关制度加以保障等角度展开讨论.

秘书国家职业标准的颁布,对高职文秘专业课程的模块化设置具有重要的指导作用。高职文秘专业课程设置,应以秘书国家职业标准为导向,以职业功能分析为手段,以职业能力为核心构建课程模块体系。

Experimental Investigation of the Influence of Fuel Viscosity on the Spray Characteristics of Diesel Nozzle

This paper presented an investigation of atomization characteristics including the velocity vector field and the mean droplet sizes for different percentages of DMM-diesel blended fuels using a phase doppler anemometry (PDA) analyzer system. Based on the fuel design concept, an oxygenated fuel named dimethoxy methane (DMM), which has lower viscosity, surface tension, and boiling point, was used to blend with diesel. The experiments were carried out under atmospheric conditions on a single-hole type diesel nozzle, liquid conditions comprise a temperature of 298 K under the needle valve opening pressure of 6 MPa. The results show that the sauter mean diameter (SMD) and spray cone angle of blended fuels decrease with the increase of DMM content; the axial mean velocity in the centerline increases with the increase of DMM. However, the spray behavior of blended fuel in which DMM exceeds 75% is virtually identical to that of neat DMM. The measurement also reveals the existence of an "S" shape in the radial mean velocity variations with radial distance.     

Airport apron roundabout – Operational concept and capacity evaluation

The paper presents one of the initial steps in the evaluation process towards possible implementation of an innovative taxiway intersection design at Munich Airport apron. A roundabout is proposed as a potential solution for the 12-line intersection area expected at redesigned Apron 3. Although it is a common solution used in road transport for complex intersections, the roundabout has never previously been used for airport surface operations nor has its possible use been considered or analyzed. The paper presents preliminary design and operations concepts of the apron roundabout, followed by its capacity evaluation under Munich Airport operating conditions. The aim was to analyze whether a roundabout is suitable to replace a conventional intersection, in terms of capacity.     

城市轨道交通地下停车场的设计理念和探索

通过分析武汉市轨道交通中山北路停车场的控制性因素,提出停车场按一层地下结构设计、地面部分用于商业开发的设计理念,研究地下停车场的工艺、建筑规划、结构、消防、通风采光、作业方式、综合楼及出入场线的设计方法。工程实例表明,采用本方法可在满足停车场功能需求的前提下,提高土地利用附加值及经济效益。
