船舶垃圾污染海洋环境是目前国际、国内亟待解决的问题.分析了远洋船舶在停泊港口时和航行时处理船舶垃圾的几种典型方式.对焚烧处理方式中燃烧不完全、燃烧不稳定、能量利用不高问题进行了研究,提出船用焚烧炉采用具有不确定性保性能鲁棒控制系统和富氧燃烧.建议利用船舶垃圾燃烧过程中所释放热量,为其他装置提供能量,从而达到节能减排效果,对船舶垃圾处理技术发展具有一定的指导意义. 相似文献

以复杂网络理论为基础,分析海运网络的拓扑结构具有无标度特性.据此,针对港口节点进行研究,分析节点连接概率的影响因素,通过加权量化和MATLAB编程得到节点吸引度,进而改进了BA网络模型中的节点连接概率.选取2007和2010年全球15个主要港口的相关数据,运用上述改进模型分别得到2 a的海运网络演化情况,验证了海运网络具有小世界和无标度网络特征,并得出2010年海运演化网络平均路径更短、集聚性更强,度值相差更悬殊,网络连接更加频繁与高效. 相似文献

ABSTRACTTo establish an Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Single Shipping Market (ASSM) is an important part of ASEAN governments’ overall plan to achieve an ASEAN Economic Community by 2015. It is expected that a single shipping market will improve the region’s logistics performance and international competitiveness. To achieve this vision, however, the ASEAN countries need to remove any remaining barriers to logistics performance. In this light, the objective of this paper is to identify these barriers and assess their effects on the logistics performance of shipping and logistics firms based in ASEAN countries. Using a questionnaire-based survey, the study revealed several barriers affecting their logistics performance with varying significance among these countries. Unless these barriers from the perspective of the industry are removed, the ability of the shipping and logistics industry to benefit from a liberalized market would be limited. These perceived barriers are examined in detail and strategies to address them are proposed. The ASEAN experience is applicable to similar countries in the process of integrating their international shipping sector as well as contributes to the understanding of the different barriers and how these barriers can affect the logistics performance of shipping and logistics companies. 相似文献

ABSTRACTA considerable amount of energy is consumed with every completed ship voyage and each port operation performed. Recent regulative approaches by the IMO are to enforce the shipping industry to become more energy efficient and sustainable. There is a growing amount of literature on the energy efficiency management of ships and ports. However, there is still inadequate research effort on the ship–port interface in order to obtain an Integrated Energy Efficiency framework for marine transport operations. In this research, a theoretical concept is generated to measure holistic energy efficiency in shipping operations. The main purpose of this paper is to identify nodes of the integrated ship-port energy efficiency framework and develop a probabilistic approach, which can help to increase energy efficiency and reduce CO2 emissions for shipping companies. This research generates an application of BBNs on ship–port interface regarding the integrated operational energy efficiency interactions by aiming to optimise holistic operational energy efficiency and CO2 emissions. The outcomes suggest that it would be possible to increase the probability of a more energy efficient and sustainable marine transport operation by integrating the influences of port and ship operation performances and their elements on the related route planning and slow steaming decision-making. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThe study aims to investigate and prevent shipping companies’ insolvency that can be derived from depressed market sentiment in the shipping industry. For this purpose, the paper focuses on developing an early warning index. The main factors that contribute to the change in the shipping industry are derived. Sixty independent variables were accounted in the development of early warning index, some of which are shipping, shipbuilding, and finance. Suggestions drew from the result of early warning index are described as below. Firstly, the results of a signal approach towards independent variables showed lowest the signal error value in newbuilding price of containership, bunker price, Commodity Research Bureau (CRB) commodity index, and order book of bulkship. These indicators have proven to be a high level of variation factor during shipping markets’ crisis. Secondly, the early warning index confirmed that it preceded by 6 months compared to probability of default. Thirdly, in order to validate the accuracy of the early warning index, the adequacy of the model was tested using a mean square error and time lag correlations. As a result of the verification, value proved to be at a high level of compliance at 0.097. 相似文献
