广州地铁网络化运营后的乘客信息发布水平提升措施

地铁步入网络化运营阶段后,客流量剧增,通达性增强,服务范围和运营信息量增大,对客运服务信息发布提出更高的要求。通过分析客运服务信息发布的现状及网络化运营后面临的风险和难点,提出优化应急信息发布渠道和范围、采用智能化手段提升信息发布水平、加强乘客多路径出行引导、新增快慢车宣传指引等提升措施,以满足乘客的知情权及出行需求,提高网络化运营服务质量。     

Mitigating the effect of impact loading on a vehicle using an essentially nonlinear absorber

The aim of this study is to investigate the ability of an essentially nonlinear vibration absorber to mitigate the large accelerations transmitted to a passenger compartment of a vehicle which is subjected to shock-type transient loading at the chassis. For such problems, the induced vibration typically attains its maximum value shortly after the application of the loading; thus, it may be impossible to dissipate a major portion of the input energy prior to the occurrence of the peak response. Here, a class of absorbers possessing a form of discontinuous essential stiffness nonlinearity is employed to achieve the desired mitigation. In this paper, we apply a single vibro-impact (VI) absorber to the chassis and examine whether the resulting energy transfer mechanism is an effective way to reduce the peak value of the inertial force measured at the passenger compartment. The influence of the absorber parameters is first studied based on a practical impulsive force, and the optimal design of the absorber is then obtained. Next, an asymmetric clearance arrangement of the absorber is suggested to facilitate the mitigation. Finally, an impulsive acceleration excitation is applied to the system to examine the robustness and efficacy of the optimised absorber. Results of numerical simulations demonstrate that a properly designed VI absorber can significantly decrease the maximum inertial force at the passenger compartment, generated by external impulsive excitations.     

Measuring community reaction to urban transportation impacts using Von Neumann‐Morgenstern utility theory

This paper attempts to measure the impacts of urban transportation system improvements or changes on the community. The community's perceptions of the impacts are represented by its utilities (or disutilities) over various ranges of values of the multiple attributes representing these impacts. The utility technique used in the evaluation is based upon von Neumann‐Morgenstern (vN‐M, 1947) Utility Theory, and is applied using Raiffa's (1970) Fractile Method.

The paper specifically applies the technique to model the perceptions of five subgroups within a community to the impact of a new light rail transit system that is being incorporated in the transportation system of the City of Calgary.

Results of the modeling indicate explicitly how the community changes its perception over ranges of values of the attributes evaluated. Biases of various subgroups within the community over these attributes are also shown. Statistical tests indicate that aggregated utility perceptions can represent the utility perceptions of the individual subgroups quite reasonably.

水泥稳定碎石基层裂缝防治方法

水泥稳定碎石基层裂缝是当前施工中不易克服的问题，也是造成路面损坏的一个重要因素。根据水泥稳定碎石基层裂缝产生的机理，结合工程实践，提出了降低水泥用量、控制细集料含量、适时掌握切缝时间以及采用大厚体积水泥稳定碎石和设置柔性基层等方法，降低或延缓基层裂缝的产生，从而提高沥青路面使用性能。

"犹太性"是指犹太作家在其作品中所表现出来的某种与犹太文化或宗教相关联的一种思想观念,主要体现在某犹太作家本人或其作品中人物的思维方式、心理机制以及任何能表现犹太人生活、性格、语言、行为等特点的东西。犹太裔作家塞林格在《麦田里的守望者》中展现的主人公霍尔顿的精神流浪及其"滞后"心理等特征隐蔽地表现了该小说的犹太情结。     

公路台谳沉降灌浆法试验与分析

针对公路台后搭板的脱空现象，对竖直灌浆和水平灌浆两种方法的灌浆参数和工艺特点进行试验的结果表明，水平灌浆法作为一种值得推广的新方法，可以在较大程度上避免因封闭车道带来的交通堵塞的困扰。     

低路基桥涵优化设计

对濮阳至信阳高速公路濮阳段路基高改低设计中桥涵设计要点加以简述．并通过增设天桥和下挖通道降低路基填土高度，解决由此引起的通道积水问题，从而实现了降低路基高度的设计目标。     

山区公路库区浸水路段加筋土高挡墙的应用

以景宁县库区浸水路段为例，对加筋土高档墙的应用进行深入研究分析，有利于此类加固技术的推广应用。     

台北捷运办理路线、场、站土地开发之检讨及执行成效

台北都会区大众捷运系统为顺利取得捷运系统用地充分土地利用,以捷运土地开发方式提供民众在征收以外之一项选择,从而减少政府财政负担,增加财务效益。并导入以大众运输为导向发之土地开发(Transit Oriented Development TOD)规划理念,同时强化土地开发使用的强度增加使用诱因;规划健全捷运转乘需求,以达到运具整合之功能,并纳入公共元素,进行整体开发。为了捷运土地开发能更顺利、公平、效率的推动,藉本文将施行成效及与相关捷运场、站共同开发之案例进行检讨,提供其他类似开发案参考。
