Effect of acitretin on the T helper cells of psoriasis vulgaris

Objective To investigate the effects of acitretin on T helper cell (Th) 1/Th2 balance and Th17 cells in psoriasis vulgaris (PV) patients. Methods A total of 13 men and 17 women with PV were investigated. 10 mg of acitretin was administered twice a day for 8 weeks for intervention therapy. Serum levels of interferon-gamma (IFN-γ), interleukin (IL)-4 and IL-17 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. T, Th1, Th2 and Th17 cells in skin biopsies were counted with double-labeled immunofluorescence. Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) score was calculated before and 8 weeks after treatment. Results Before treatment PV patients had higher serum levels of IFN-γ and IL-17, and increased T, Th1 and Th17 cells in skin biopsies. After treatment, both serum levels of IFN-γ and IL-17, and T, Th1 and Th17 cells infiltrating in PV skin decreased significantly. Th1/Th2 balance was restored to normal. However, their IL-4 and Th2 cells showed no significant change throughout the therapy. Conclusion Acitretin exerts influence on dermal Th1/Th2 balance and Th17 cell infiltration, so does it on production of systematic inflammatory cytokines IFN-γ and IL-17 in PV patients. However, Th2 cells and its derivative cytokine-IL-4 are not affected.

基于增量谐波平衡法的汽车转向轮非线性摆振的研究

采用振幅作为控制参数,应用增量谐波平衡法,求得方程解的表达式,分析了系统的分岔和极限环振动现象,并用龙格库塔法进行数值计算验证,结果表明:增量谐波平衡法在汽车转向轮摆振分析中有效可靠,有足够的精度,并运用Floquet理论对周期解的稳定性进行分析,进而确定了极限环的稳定性,最后分析了各结构参数对摆振的影响。     

泥水盾构下穿已有隧道施工过程数值模拟研究

针对2010年上海世博会重大配套工程——打浦路隧道复线工程,进行了数值模拟研究。根据工程实际,土体采用Drucker-Prager弹塑性本构关系,建立了沿弯曲路径下穿几何特性复杂的已有隧道的三维非线性数值模型,通过施加开挖面泥水压力模拟了泥水盾构施工过程,采用Newton-Raphson方法进行非线性求解。比较了轴线地表沉降数值模拟计算结果与工程实测数据,表明模拟模型可靠、可信;分析了泥水盾构施工对周围土体及已有隧道的影响,得到了已有隧道的位移和应力的变化规律,可为实际工程提供参考。     

An analytical design approach for self-powered active lateral secondary suspensions for railway vehicles

In this paper, an analytical design approach for the development of self-powered active suspensions is investigated and is applied to optimise the control system design for an active lateral secondary suspension for railway vehicles. The conditions for energy balance are analysed and the relationship between the ride quality improvement and energy consumption is discussed in detail. The modal skyhook control is applied to analyse the energy consumption of this suspension by separating its dynamics into the lateral and yaw modes, and based on a simplified model, the average power consumption of actuators is computed in frequency domain by using the power spectral density of lateral alignment of track irregularities. Then the impact of control gains and actuators’ key parameters on the performance for both vibration suppressing and energy recovery/storage is analysed. Computer simulation is used to verify the obtained energy balance condition and to demonstrate that the improved ride comfort is achieved by this self-powered active suspension without any external power supply.     

箱梁剪滞效应的解法研究

用正弦函数代替挠度、余弦函数代替位移差值函数,考虑剪滞翘曲应力的轴向自平衡,应用变分法的最小势能原理,推导出具有一般箱型截面梁的剪滞效应三角级数计算式,将求解复杂的剪滞效应简化为求解一个二元一次方程式。以一简支箱梁为例,通过ANSYS数值模拟与所提计算式计算结果对比可知,所提计算式具有很高的精度,且算法简单快捷。     

我国城际铁路建设条件指标体系建立及求解

为建立我国城际铁路建设条件指标体系,在结合我国城镇化发展及城市群形成背 景、对珠三角等区域城际铁路规划建设运营现状调研的基础上,通过技术经济比较,将涉及到 资金与客流保障的关键性指标,如地方财政收入、客流需求(近远期)、人口密度、人均GDP归 为基本指标;土建工程长期贷款率、城际铁路融资成本、票价率、单位里程10 年累积补贴额、单 位工程投资归为辅助性指标.在对某条待建城际铁路进行可行性评估时,只有当满足全部基本 指标、部分或全部满足辅助性指标时,该条城际铁路才能被纳入可以建设范畴.采用收入支出 平衡模型、统计分析和财务分析相结合的方法,得出东部和中西部地区的城际铁路建设条件 的具体取值.     

利用碳平衡法进行汽车油耗测量的应用研究

分别利用碳平衡法和油耗仪对不同车辆进行了等速和变工况百公里油耗测量。测试结果表明,两种方法测量的一致性很好,可以互相代替使用,并分析了测试误差来源和提高试验测量精度的相关注意事项。
