针对新陆桥码头有限公司的斗轮堆取料机DQLK1500/2500故障频发的情形,通过对其金属结构进行有限元计算分析,提出改造方案：增加整机配重以减小接地力,改善整机稳定性;对部分金属结构进行加固处理,以确保整机强度、刚度和稳定性符合规范要求.实践表明,维修改造达到预期效果.     

液压锚缆机平衡阀的故障分析

文章就某船液压锚缆机操纵阀置于中位时,收紧的缆绳在张力的作用下马上松开,回到松弛状态的现象,对平衡阀的结构、工作原理和受力状态进行分析,并提出了修理方法。

According to the latest BIMCO and Drewry reports, there is a global shortage of officers for the worlds’ merchant fleet. This article focuses on the South African labour market for officers and examines some of the maritime education and training challenges facing these officers in accessing global labour markets. The paper argues that despite processes of globalisation, the nation state can still be an important actor in shaping global labour markets. Using a qualitative approach, interviews were conducted with 10 key informants in the maritime human resources management sectors in South Africa. Interview data was analysed and coded for themes using NVivo qualitative data analysis software (QSR International Pty Ltd., Version 10, London, UK). This was theoretically informed by Braun &; Clarke’s six-step method of thematic analysis. This was combined with a review of labour market statistics to demonstrate that the key challenges facing South African officers are the lack of training berth availability and the lack of South African ship ownership. The solutions adopted by the state includes a limited adoption of best practices adopted by global MET institutions in the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Taiwan and Nigeria. The article contributes to filling the gap in empirical-based maritime studies that are located on Africa.

The Southeastern Anatolia Projec(tGAP),one of the most important projects for developing remarkable natural resources of the world,is accepted as a change for getting benefit from rich water and agricultural resources of the Southeastern Anatolia Region.The GAP Project has been considered as a regional development projects through years,but the dimensions of sustainability,protection of environment and participatory have been attached to the master of the project in recent years.When the GAP Project is completed,the Upper Mesopotomia, the centers of many civilisation,will re-again its importance as it had in the ancient times,and will be alive a center of civilisation.Moreover,when the problem of water shortage and water supplies in the world for the future is kept in mind,the importance of Southeastern Anatolia′s water supplies will be doubled.For this reason,the GAP Project,developed by depending on water and natural resources of the region,will have an important place in the world.The aim of this study is to introduce the region with rich natural resources and the GAP Project.For this reason,firstly,the natural potential of the region will be introduced.Second,the GAP Project will be presented in details.In the third stage,the projects being processed for protecting the natural sources and environment will be analyzed.In the last stage,strategies and policies to develop and to protect the natural resources of the region in short,mid,and long terms will be proposed.

小清河航道航运水资源分析

小清河是山东省地区性重要航道,是山东省"一纵三横"内河航道布局的重要组成部分。小清河复航工程制约因素在于航运水资源能否得到保证。针对小清河航运水资源问题,通过对小清河水资源现状分析得出了多年历时保证率95%～98%设计流量,然后对比沿线船闸耗水量得出小清河现有水资源条件基本满足沿线配套船闸耗水要求的结论。考虑小清河水资源年内分配不均匀,为提高小清河航道通航保证率并满足农田灌溉、生态景观等多重要求,提出了以引黄补水为主、东平湖补水为辅的补水方案,为小清河复航工程提供必要的技术支撑。     

复合地层超大直径泥水气压平衡盾构施工第四代常压换刀技术应用研究

为了提高超大直径盾构在长距离复杂地层掘进过程中刀具更换的安全性和经济性,本文结合武汉轨道交通7号线三阳路长江隧道工程,通过对第四代常压换刀技术在复合地层盾构施工中的应用研究,总结出刀具检查与更换可遵循的一般规律,并针对换刀工法提出风险应对与优化改进措施。
