铁路货车摇枕侧架疲劳寿命2种计算方式对比分析

铁路货车转向架摇枕、侧架对疲劳可靠性要求较高,而传统的疲劳寿命计算方式,存在计算效率低、评估点有限、人为干预多,以及专业性要求强等问题。为解决这些问题,提出基于工程一体化疲劳设计软件nCode的计算方式。从计算结果精准度、计算效率、计算结果呈现、专业性要求等4方面对比分析2种计算方式,并得出以下结论：2种计算方式的计算结果精确度相同,但基于工程一体化疲劳设计软件nCode的计算方式可以呈现所有节点的疲劳寿命计算结果,计算效率提高了700多倍;仿真工作由一般的专业设计师就可以完成。     

基于曲轴转速波动的OBD失火诊断策略研究

发动机失火诊断是车载诊断（OBD）系统重要功能之一,根据OBD对发动机失火监控原理,说明了基于曲轴转速波动的失火诊断策略。试验使用发动机失火发生装置模拟发动机失火,分析了失火时的曲轴转速波动,并根据OBD失火诊断方法,确定出参考阀值,计算出发动机运行粗暴度。     

动车组WTDS轴温数据的深度挖掘及应用

大纵坡小半径盾构隧道施工特性分析

随着城市地下轨道交通大规模建设,由于线路规划要求,不可避免出现大纵坡、小半径急曲线盾构隧道工程案例。大纵坡、小半径急曲线盾构隧道掘进施工难度较大,而目前对大纵坡、小半径盾构隧道施工特性鲜有对比研究。本文基于成都轨道交通9号线元华停车场出入场线区间盾构隧道工程实例,建立数值计算模型,通过改变坡度和平面曲线半径两大类工况,对地表纵断面竖向位移、横断面竖向位移等施工特性进行分析,并通过现场监测数据对比验证数值模拟结果合理性,以期为今后类似工程条件下大纵坡、小曲线盾构隧道施工提供可靠的工程实践经验。     

Study on Real-time Look-ahead and Adaptive Parametric Curve Interpolator

The principle of real-time look-ahead was introduced and analysed. An adaptive parametric curve interpolator with a real-time look-ahead function was developed for non-uniform rational B-spline (NURBS) curves interpolation, which considering the maximum acceleration/deceleration of the machine tool. In order to deal with the acceleration/deceleration around the feedrate sensitive corners, the look-ahead function was designed and illustrated. It can detect and adjust the feedrate adaptively. With the help of real-time look-ahead, the acceleration/deceleration can be limited to the range of the machine tool capacity. Thus, feedrate fluctuation is reduced. A NURBS curve interpolation experiment was provided to verify the feasibility and advantages of the proposed interpolator with a real-time look-ahead function.     

Secure Authentication of WLAN Based on Elliptic Curve Cryptosystem

The security of wireless local area network (WLAN) becomes a bottleneck for its further applications. At present, many standard organizations and manufacturers of WLAN try to solve this problem. However, owing to the serious secure leak in IEEE802.11 standards, it is impossible to utterly solve the problem by simply adding some remedies. Based on the analysis on the security mechanism of WLAN and the latest techniques of WLAN security, a solution to WLAN security was presented. The solution makes preparation for the further combination of WLAN and Internet.     

Some Key Technologies of a New-type CNC Curve Grinding Machine

This paper presented a new-type CNC curve grinding machine, in order to conquer the disadvantages of conventional NC curve grinding machine and improve surface quality, dimensional accuracy and machining efficiency. The new-type grinder adopts some high and new technologies: ① the normal tracing device could make grinding wheel coincide with the normal direction of the machining points in work piece, and improve surface quality and dimensional accuracy; ② the digital image on-line recognition system could monitor machining process and compensate wheel wear in real time; ③ linear motor drive mechanism could realize the exact adjustment of the grinding head digitally and increase the machining efficiency. The math models of normal tracing and circular tolerance zone were presented. The experimental results show that the new-type CNC curve grinding machine equipped with the three devices mentioned above is easy to realize the precision grinding of any complex curve, and improve surface quality, dimensional accuracy and machining efficiency.     

重载铁路小半径曲线波磨演化过程实测分析
