关于新时期城市交通规划工作的思考

进入21世纪以来,我国的城市特点和居民出行特征发生了巨大变化,结合新时期城市交通内涵的发展,探讨了城市交通规划面临的新形势.从理顺交通管理体制和规范交通规划编制体系的角度,分析了交通规划的制度前提;从规划前期的基础研究、交通模型、交通信息化、一体化交通规划及交通流组织规划等方面阐述了改进交通规划工作的具体内容.最后,提出应重视对规划实施保障和实时交通运行状况评价的研究和实践.编制好城市交通规划,将对新时期我国的城市化进程带来巨大的社会经济效益.     

数据库在汽车试验信息管理中的应用

本文针对汽车试验部门特点，重点阐述了建立汽车试验信息数据库的分析和设计过程，使用了SQL Server7.0数据库管理工具实现试验信息数据库服务器端的管理，利用Visual Basic6.0的数据访问技术开发客户端应用程序，建立起适应局域网发展的试验信息管理客户／服务器（C／S）系统。

将Helava数字摄影测量工作站与解析测图仪联合起来使用,由Helava做空三加密,生成DTM、生成等高级和标注注记,用解析测图仪采集地物,再转到Mapped工作站上进行叠加、编辑处理.这种联合作业方法既能发挥Helava空三加密和自动测图的强大功能,又能充分利用原有解析测图仪的测图能力.     

SCW-based Outsourcing Operation Modeling in the Case of Integrated Supply Chain Management

By analyzing the features of integrated supply chain management （SCM） and its environment, this paper puts forward the types of outsourcing under this environment and their functions for different type of outsourcing models. This paper also expresses the outsourcing operation model in the case of integrated SCM environment and the outsourcing management model based on CSCW. Through an operational example analysis and comparison, it can be seen that the modeling that is set up in this paper is feasible and effective.
