Ship motion extreme short time prediction of ship pitch based on diagonal recurrent neural network

A DRNN （diagonal recurrent neural network） and its RPE （recurrent prediction error） learning algorithm are proposed in this paper . Using of the simple structure of DRNN can reduce the capacity of calculation. The principle of RPE learning algorithm is to adjust weights along the direction of Gauss-Newton. Meanwhile, it is unnecessary to calculate the second local derivative and the inverse matrixes, whose unbiasedness is proved. With application to the extremely short time prediction of large ship pitch, satisfactory results are obtained. Prediction effect of this algorithm is compared with that of auto-regression and periodical diagram method, and comparison results show that the proposed algorithm is feasible.     

63kN·m船舶液压舵机的研究与改进

针对传统63kN·m液压舵机的不足进行了分析研究,提出改进方案,实现自动操舵方式,建立了自动舵的仿真模型,并对其动态特性进行了仿真研究。研究结果表明,应用可编程控制器（PLC）和同轴流量放大器的自动舵完全满足船舶航向控制要求。     

基于云模型的船员适任性综合评价

为处理海上交通安全人的因素评价中抽象概念和定性语言的不确定性,通过深入分析其本质特点,结合改进的云理论,提出了一种新的基于云模型的综合评价方法,用于船员的适任性评价。该方法利用云模型对不确定信息处理的优势,最大限度地保留整个适任性评估过程中固有的不确定性,将定性定量变量进行云变换得到各个评价指标的概念云模型,然后通过概念"软与"操作激活相应规则后件,最终采用云模型计算得到基于云滴分布的综合评价结果。仿真研究表明,基于云模型的综合评价方法用于船员适任性评价是可行有效的,该方法使得评价内容更加丰富,评价结果直观,灵活、可靠,符合人类思维和推理方式。     

高铁客运枢纽规划布局方法分析

在高铁客运枢纽规划布局中,充分考虑到枢纽对城市交通的影响。第一阶段,首先运用四阶段法进行城市背景交通需求预测;第二阶段,通过对高铁客运需求情况进行分析得到不同情况下的出行生成模型,以及建立基于高铁客运出行发生吸引量的分布模型;第三阶段,将前两个阶段组合,进行基于城市路网的组合预测,并对高铁枢纽建成后对于城市路网的影响进行分析。结论表明,加权均值越小,枢纽场站对城市路网的影响越小;加权方差值越小,枢纽场站对城市路网的影响分布越均匀。     

Probabilistic Tracking of Objects with Adaptive Cue Fusion Mechanism

A tracking method based on adaptive multiple cue fusion mechanism was presented,where particle filter is used to integrate color and edge cues.The fusion mechanism assigns different weights to two cues according to their importance,thus improving the robustness and reliability of the tracking algorithm.Moreover,a multi-part color model is also invoked to deal with the confliction among similar objects.The experimental results on two real image sequences show the tracking algorithm with adaptive fusion mechanism performs well in the presence of complex scenarios such as head rotation,scale change and multiple person occlusions.     

Capacitance Sensing and Software-Realized Lock-in Amplifier for the Electromagnetically Levitated Micro Gyroscope

In the novel prototype of micro-gyroscope structure,the new configured capacitance sensing scheme for the micro gyroscope was analyzed and the virtual instrument based detection scheme was implemented.The digital lock-in amplifier was employed in the capacitance detection to restrain the noise interference.The capacitance analysis shows that 1 fF capacitance variation corresponds to 0.1 degree of the turn angle.The differential capacitance bridge and the charge integral amplifier were used as the front signal input interface.In the implementation of digital lock-in amplifier,a new routine which warranted the exactly matching of the reference phase to signal phase was proposed.The result of the experiment shows that digital lock-in amplifier can greatly eliminate the noise in the output signal.The non linearity of the turn angle output is 2.3% and the minimum resolution of turn angle is 0.04 degrees.The application of the software demodulation in the signal detection of micro-electro-mechanical-system(MEMS)device is a new attempt,and it shows the prospective for a high-performance application.

THE PARALLEL RECURSIVE AP ADAPTIVE ALGORITHM BASED ON VOLTERRA SERIES

Aiming at the nonlinear system identification problem, a parallel recursive affine projection （AP） adaptive algorithm for the nonlinear system based on Volterra series is presented in this paper. The algorithm identifies in parallel the Volterra kernel of each order, recursively estimate the inverse of the autocorrelation matrix for the Volterra input of each order, and remarkably improve the convergence speed of the identification process compared with the NLMS and conventional AP adaptive algorithm based on Volterra ,series. Simulation results indicate that the proposed method in this paper is efficient.
