New strategies for collision resolution of multi-access channel

ABSTRACT： The truncated binary exponential back-off algorithm is one of the most effective methods applied in collision resolution process of random multi-access channel. In this study, two new strategies are presented to improve the capability of the truncated binary exponential back-off algorithm. In the new strategies, the sizes of the initial window size or the operating window sizes are adjusted dynamically, which always bring a significant improvement for the self-adaptability of the original A series of experiments are simulated and the results verify that the new strategies can make the implementation more stable and effective than the original algorithm.

针对162FMJ发动机普遍存在气门间隙引起缸头异响的问题，通过研究采用了一种设计方案，使用了柔性气门推杆以消除气门间隙，试验证明，降低噪声效果明显。

Study on fast calibration of a ULA＇s gain and phase error

Array calibration is important in engineering practice. In this paper, fast calibration methods for a ULA＇s gain and phase errors both in far and near fields are proposed. In the far field, using a single sound source without exact orientation, this method horizontally rotates the array exactly once, performs eigen value decomposition for the covariance matrix of received data, then computes the gain and phase error according to the formulas. In the near field, using the same single sound source, it is necessary to rotate the array horizontally at most three times, build equations according to geometric relations, then solve them. Using the formula proposed in this paper, spherical waves are modified into plane waves. Then eigen values decomposition is performed. These two calibration methods were shown to be valid by simulation and are fast, accurate and easy to use. Finally, an analysis of factors influencing estimation precision is given.     

大庆至哈尔滨炼油厂输油管线阴极保护的设计及问题探讨

大庆至哈尔滨炼油厂输油管道工程是大庆油田石油外输的一项重要工程。大庆油田设计院土防室承担了本工程的阴极保护及防腐保温设计工作。设计根据相应的设计标准及具体实际开展，但在阴极保护工程竣工后出现了一些特殊问题。通过测试发现管道的阴极保护电位出现异常，根据调查发现阴极保护电位异常的原因是由IR降引起的，通过采用两种断电法测量消除了IR降并得到了真实保护电位。对大庆至哈尔滨炼油厂输油管线工程中的阴极保护设计及出现的问题进行说明，并提出相应的解决方法，对长输管道的阴极保护设计、测试具有借鉴意义。     

二维多项式Hurwitz稳定性的有限检验

基于复李雅普诺夫方程和矩阵的无穷范数,提出了二维Hurwitz多项式新的充分条件,在此条件下,导出二维多项式Hurwitz稳定性的频域检验的有限算法,这一算法可以避免现有二维频域稳定性检验和代数稳定性检验算法中所存在的问题,文中给出例子,用来说明此算法的应用。     

转移自映射混沌集的Hausdorff维数与测度

设dp是由概率向量P所诱导的度量,则在符号空间（∑N,dp）中我们有如下结论：存在一个相对于转移自映射σ而言的混沌集C,使得它的Hausdorff维数处处大于零;设（S,σs）是（∑N,dp）的一个子位移,d＝dimH（S）＞0且H^d（S）＜∞,如果是C包含S是H^d－可测的子位移σ的Li-Yorke混沌集,则H^d（C）＝0。     

基于基尼系数分解的城乡公共交通不平等测度:以浙江省海宁市为例

探明城乡公共交通不平等来源及其变化特征对缩小城乡差距有重要意义,以浙江省海宁市为例,将站点可达性作为公共交通服务指标,以交通小区作为分析单元计算公共交通可达性,分别计算2011—2020年研究区域总体、城区、农村及城乡间的基尼系数,将总体基尼系数按城区和农村两个子群进行分解,分析城乡公共交通不平等来源及其演变特征。结果发现：总体基尼系数为0.7204～0.7736,城区基尼系数为0.5718～0.6058,农村基尼系数为0.5955～0.6390,城乡间基尼系数为0.8131～0.8710,研究区域公共交通严重不平等,城乡间不平等程度最大;2011—2020年间总体、城区、农村和城乡间的基尼系数分别下降了5.62%、6.88%、5.21%和6.65%,公共交通不平等不断改善;城乡间不平等对总体不平等的贡献率为63.03%～67.58%,是总体不平等的主要来源。研究表明,基尼系数分解能有效测度城乡公共交通不平等来源,缩小城乡间不平等是城乡客运均等化发展的重要任务。
