鸦胆子油乳注射液配合NP方案化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌

目的 观察鸦胆子油乳注射液配合NP方案化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效.方法 68例非小细胞肺癌随机分为治疗组和对照组,各34例,治疗组采用NP方案化疗联合应用鸦胆子油乳注射液,对照组单用NP方案化疗,21d为一个周期,观察4个周期.结果 治疗组有效率44.1%,对照组41.1%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组临床控制率88.2%,显著高于对照组(70.5%)(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量(KPS评分)及细胞免疫功能显著高于对照组(P<0.05);骨髓抑制作用低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 鸦胆子油乳注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌有一定疗效.可以明显提高患者的生活质量,保护免疫功能,减轻化疗的骨髓抑制作用.     

Interaction between fragile histamine triad and protein kinase C alpha in human non-small cell lung cancer tissues

Objective To investigate the interaction between fragile histamine triad (FHIT) and protein kinase C alpha (PKCα) in human non-small cell lung cancer tissues. Methods FHIT and PKC伪 double positive samples were screened by immunohistochemical staining from 13 human non-small cell lung cancer tissues. Co-immunoprecipitation was performed by using anti-FHIT and anti-PKCα. The immune precipitate was analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Results Immune precipitate staining detection showed that 3 samples out of the 13 cases were double positive for FHIT and PKCα. FHIT protein was present in the immune precipitate of anti-PKCα while there was PKCα in the immune precipitate of anti-FHITmAb. Conclusion FHIT and PKCα exist as a complex in human non-small cell lung cancer tissues, which will provide a new route for studying the pathogenesis and immunotherapy of human non-small cell lung cancer.     

Reducing intimal hyperplasia in vein grafts harvested by a no-touch harvesting technique

Objective To investigate the effect of no-tonch harvesting technique in reducing vein graft intimal hyperplasin. A4othods This longitudinal trial compared graft ungiestenosis of two groups undergoing jugular vein to carotid artery interposition grafting in rabbit model. Conventional group: 12 rabbits had their veins stripped, distended, and stored in heparinized saline solution. No-touch group: 12 rabbits had veins removed with surrounding tissues, but were not distended, and stored in heparinized blood. The grafts were removed 4 weeks following grafting, and morphometry and immunohistochemistry assessment were performed. Results The intimal thickness, degree of anginstennsis and proliferation index of vascular smooth muscle cells of no-touch group were significantly reduced (P< 0.01) compared with those of the conventional group. The proliferating cell nuclear antigen pnsitive-staining cells were significantly increased (P<0.01) in the conventional group compared with whose in the no-touch group. Conclusion Harvesting the vein graft with no-touch harvesting technique could significantly reduce intimul hyperpinsin of the vein graft.

高速公路非接触式交通检测技术的应用研究

非接触式交通检测技术具有检测范围大,安装维护方便等优点,在高速公路动态交通数据采集中不断得到应用。本丈在分析各种非接触式检测技术特性和精度的基础上,通过现场实验,研究了非接触式检测技术的应用功能、基于微波一线圈的组合应用及其数据融合。实验结果表明,非接触式交通检测技术在高速公路动态数据检测中可以使用,但由于受检测精度、数据类型、范围与安装使用条件的影响,不宜单独使用;通过非接触式与接触式检测技术的组合应用,克服了接触式检测器难以维护的缺陷,并且多检测技术数据融合的检测精度比单一检测技术提高10％～15％。
