我国足彩业发展营销对策研究——以动态凯利指数实力对比投注法为基础

本文阐述了动态凯利指数实力对比投注法的内容和使用方法,此方法是精准率高的足球彩票投注方法。对此方法进行推广,应用于我国的足彩业以及体育彩票业,并运用建立数据库和收索引擎、进行契约式联合投注、建立专门的彩票业商业信息机构等营销对策,将大力发展我国的足彩业以致体育彩票业。     

Effect of acitretin on the T helper cells of psoriasis vulgaris

Objective To investigate the effects of acitretin on T helper cell (Th) 1/Th2 balance and Th17 cells in psoriasis vulgaris (PV) patients. Methods A total of 13 men and 17 women with PV were investigated. 10 mg of acitretin was administered twice a day for 8 weeks for intervention therapy. Serum levels of interferon-gamma (IFN-γ), interleukin (IL)-4 and IL-17 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. T, Th1, Th2 and Th17 cells in skin biopsies were counted with double-labeled immunofluorescence. Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) score was calculated before and 8 weeks after treatment. Results Before treatment PV patients had higher serum levels of IFN-γ and IL-17, and increased T, Th1 and Th17 cells in skin biopsies. After treatment, both serum levels of IFN-γ and IL-17, and T, Th1 and Th17 cells infiltrating in PV skin decreased significantly. Th1/Th2 balance was restored to normal. However, their IL-4 and Th2 cells showed no significant change throughout the therapy. Conclusion Acitretin exerts influence on dermal Th1/Th2 balance and Th17 cell infiltration, so does it on production of systematic inflammatory cytokines IFN-γ and IL-17 in PV patients. However, Th2 cells and its derivative cytokine-IL-4 are not affected.     

我国交通运输业全要素生产率测算方法

为全面掌握我国交通运输业当前的运营状况和生产率水平,更准确地分析交通运输业的经济增长点和更好地促进行业高质量发展,利用Malmquist生产率指数模型,通过对全行业及分领域的投入产出要素的测算,分析了全行业的全要素生产率水平,并对比了行业各领域的全要素生产率发展情况。结果显示：2003—2018年,全行业全要素生产率在平稳波动中有所增长,各分领域的生产率也在波动中不断变化;公路、水路、民航的全要素生产率增长较快,年均增长率在3.6%左右,主要得益于资源配置效率和技术进步率的共同提高;铁路运输业全要素生产率年均增长率较低,低于行业平均水平。根据测算结果分析,应继续推进体制改革,加快行业转型升级步伐,推动资源配置效率的最大化,以提高行业全要素生产率。     

路面平整度对小汽车噪声的影响研究

噪声作为交通环境污染的主要类型之一,正呈现出越来越严重的趋势。国内外大量研究表明,车辆在城市道路上行驶时产生的噪声主要有动力噪声和轮胎噪声两部分。而平整度对这两部分噪声的噪声源都有重要的影响。本文主要研究的是城市道路中路面的平整度对小汽车的噪声产生的综合影响。结果表明,在正常行驶时(不固定排档),平整度与噪声间有明显的线性关系。这一结果使得交通噪声的预测精度得到了一定的提高。     

高速公路环境破坏与生态恢复评估研究

针对目前高速公路施工引起的实际环境破坏程度与生态恢复效果缺少定量评价方法的问题,以水土流失、土地利用和地质灾害等作为评价因子,通过专家咨询,建立了高速公路建设对环境破坏程度与生态恢复程度的定量评价指标体系与方法,并结合某高速公路实例进行了应用。     

公路站场规划布局方案综合评价的改进TOPSIS法

文章在确定了合理的评价指标体系的基础上,将熵权法和TOPSIS法相结合对公路站场规划方案进行综合评价,为选择公路站场布局方案提供依据。并通过某市站场规划布局的实例应用,验证了该评价方法的实用性。

Exchange rate changes and the cost competitiveness of international airlines: The Aviation Trade Weighted Index

Discussions of how changes in exchange rates impact on international airlines tend to be ambivalent. In this paper, it is shown that the relative cost competitiveness of an international airline will decline when there is an exchange rate appreciation in its home country - as will be the case for other tradable goods and services. The extent to which this happens depends on which countries the prices of the inputs are set in and also on which countries' airlines it is closely competing with. The impact is greater if there is an appreciation relative to those countries whose airlines the home airlines are closely competing with. In the trade literature, this is recognised in the Trade Weighted Index of exchange rates, which weights exchanges rates according to their importance in a country's trade flows. In this paper, an Airline Trade Weighted Index is developed - the weights for this index depend on airline traffic and revenues on routes to and from a country. The ATWI is calculated for Australian international airlines, and it indicates that there has been a significant loss of competitiveness in recent years, due to the appreciation of the Australian dollar relative to currencies of key airline competitor countries.
