公车动态资讯系统能有效整合客运业者营运流程及资源,提供即时而正确的资讯,且能缩短营运需求的反应时间,提昇乘客满意度,因此有助於客运业在营运竞争上的优势,达成永续发展大众运输的目标。论文研究经由从文献理论的探讨,并进行专家访谈,同时依据客运产业特性、管理目标与企业愿景,分两阶段进行问卷调查,再运用层级分析法（AHP）进行问卷分析,期望能筛选出公车动态资讯系统关键绩效评估的重要指标。

基于现场总线的数据采集和监测装置设计

介绍基于Profibus-DP现场总线和S7-300PLC的数据采集和监测装置,该装置运用WINCC进行上位监控系统的开发,具有实时采集、自动监测报警等功能,符合船用监控设备小型化、通用化、网络化、标准化的发展趋势,可应用于船舶监控领域。     

Bus arrival time prediction at bus stop with multiple routes

Provision of accurate bus arrival information is vital to passengers for reducing their anxieties and waiting times at bus stop. This paper proposes models to predict bus arrival times at the same bus stop but with different routes. In the proposed models, bus running times of multiple routes are used for predicting the bus arrival time of each of these bus routes. Several methods, which include support vector machine (SVM), artificial neural network (ANN), k nearest neighbours algorithm (k-NN) and linear regression (LR), are adopted for the bus arrival time prediction. Observation surveys are conducted to collect bus running and arrival time data for validation of the proposed models. The results show that the proposed models are more accurate than the models based on the bus running times of single route. Moreover, it is found that the SVM model performs the best among the four proposed models for predicting the bus arrival times at bus stop with multiple routes.

中小船舶驾驶台多功能数字控制单元软件生成设计研究

驾驶台数字化、集成化是中小船舶自动化技术的发展趋势。在对中小船舶驾驶台系统集成架构分析的基础上,提出了航行灯、信号灯、雾笛、车钟集成化多功能数字控制单元(MDU,Multiple Display unit)的功能需求及组成架构,由此设计了MDU的硬件电路、配置及控制的下位机软件,并对配置协议及上位机进行详细设计,给出了实现其功能的示例。测试表明,MDU达到设计功能,具有一定应用价值。     

基于软件总线的作战标图软件设计

作战标图软件是实现指挥自动化的一种重要手段,该文提出了基于软件总线的作战标图软件结构,扩展性强,支持图标统一编辑、处理;设计了图标对象数据结构,对所有图标进行统一描述,便于各个模块流水化处理;最后对图标算法、人机交互等关键模块进行了设计。该文提出的设计方法已成功应用于某海军指挥自动化软件中,应用结果表明,该方法极大提高了软件的灵活性和复用性。     

Gaussian anamorphosis extension of the DEnKF for combined state parameter estimation: Application to a 1D ocean ecosystem model

We consider the problem of combined state-parameter estimations in biased nonlinear models with non-Gaussian extensions of the Deterministic Ensemble Kalman Filter (DEnKF). We focus on the particular framework of ocean ecosystem models. Such models present important obstacles to the use of data assimilation methods based on Kalman filtering due to the non-linearity of the models, the constraints of positiveness that apply to the variables and parameters, and the non-Gaussian distribution of the variables in which they result.We present extensions of the DEnKF dealing with these difficulties by introducing a nonlinear change of variables (anamorphosis function) in order to execute the analysis step with Gaussian transformed variables and parameters. Several strategies to build the anamorphosis functions are investigated and compared within the framework of twin experiments realized in a simple 1D ocean ecosystem model. A solution to the problem of the specification of the observation error for transformed observations is suggested. The study highlights the inability of the plain DEnKF with a simple post-processing of the negative values to properly estimate parameters when constraints of positiveness apply to the variables. It goes on to show that the introduction of the Gaussian anamorphosis can remedy these assimilation biases.
