跨径50m装配式连续T型梁的设计与施工

大广高速黄河大桥引桥采用跨径50m装配式连续T梁结构,该结构具有方便布孔、造价低、与装配式箱梁配跨结构协调等诸多优点,适用范围较广,具有较好的应用前景。     

CTCS3-300T车载设备测速测距单元硬件改进方案研究

研究CTCS3-300T列控车载设备偶发率较高的测速测距故障导致的停车故障问题,分析存在问题的原因,提出硬件优化的可行方案,解决该类问题,提高行车可靠性,保障运输秩序。     

基于动态贝叶斯网络的CTCS3-300T列控车载系统运行可靠性及可用性评估

考虑运行过程、多状态性、动态失效及恢复机制等问题,基于动态贝叶斯网络对CTCS3-300T车载系统运行可靠性及可用性进行评估。在分析300T车载系统结构及可靠性框图的基础上,结合系统运行过程,实现动态贝叶斯网络的结构学习和参数学习。动态贝叶斯网络推理结果表明:300T车载系统具有高运行可靠度和可用度,系统失效后,能通过切换冗余开关迅速恢复系统功能;为提高系统可靠性和可用性,对系统功能模块的重要度顺序和导致系统失效的敏感性元件顺序进行了研究。研究结果表明:在系统运行阶段,对主系统和备系统进行定期切换,能有效提高运行可靠度;备用动车组可有效提高运行可用度。最后,通过中国铁路某集团有限公司300T车载系统现场维护数据验证本文分析结果的准确性和有效性。     

Local joint flexibility of tubular T/Y-joints retrofitted with GFRP under in-plane bending moment

In the present paper, the Local Joint Flexibility (LJF) of tubular T/Y-joints retrofitted with Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) under IPB moment is studied and discussed. For this aim, a finite element (FE) model was generated and verified with the results of available experimental data and parametric formulas. Afterward, a set of 158 finite element (FE) models was created to evaluate the efficacy of the FRP sheets (number, length, and orientation), the brace inclination angle (θ), and the non-dimensional parameters (β, τ, and γ) on the LJF coefficient (f_LJF) and the f_LJF ratio of the retrofitted to the associated un-retrofitted joint. In the FE models, the efficacy of the weld profile and the contact between the FRP and the steel members (chord, weld, and brace) was considered. Also, analysis of variance (ANOVA) is used to identify the most dominant parameters which affect the f_LJF ratios. Results showed that in the retrofitted joints, the increment of the FRP sheet number results in the notable drop of the f_LJF. But, the efficacy of the FRP sheet orientation on the f_LJF can be ignored. Despite the considerable efficacy of the FRP sheets on the behavior of the tubular joints, there was not any study on the LJF in the joints retrofitted with FRP. Hence, after an extensive parametric study, the results were used to derive a parametric equation for determining the f_LJF of T/Y-joints retrofitted with FRP. Moreover, the derived equation was checked according to the UK DoE acceptance criteria.     

钢筋混凝土T型梁桥裂缝特征参数与结构评估试验研究

通过室内钢筋混凝土模型T梁的荷载试验,将裂缝特征统计参数经回归分析并结合结构非线性分析,建立了从裂缝统计特征参数推测结构配筋率的方法,从而对已严重开裂的钢筋混凝土T型梁桥进行有效评估。将结构外观检查的定性评估提高为定量评估,具有重要使用价值。

General statistics of diesel engines’ idle time: Shunting locomotives in industrial sidings in Poland 2009…2013

Shunting locomotive/switcher (AmE)/utilization profiles are analyzed in this paper, in particular on the basis of idle time data collected in nineteen Polish industrial sidings and yards. 40 years old, diesel-electric locomotives are observed during 1000 h. Idle times related to work cycles are analyzed statistically. The percentage of the shunting locomotive daily operating time that the engine is operating at idle amounts to 70% (from 55% to 90%), and average daily idle fuels consumption amounts to 150 l a day (from 90 to 240 l a day).Many European and Asian countries still operate a significant number of similar (ChME3, e.g. S200) old, diesel-electric locomotives (almost 8000 locomotives have been produced), for moving trains over long distances and as shunting locomotives.Observed frequent short idle time periods suggest necessity of widening future scope of idling times’ analysis. Adaptation of Polish rolling stock will be possible using prior general public education about dangerous carcinogens in diesel exhaust smoke and fuel waste related to diesel engines’ idling. Simple simultaneous depiction of diesel engine power time series together with idle time could be used for educational visualization of idling among a wider audience. In the future classical aggregated idle time statistics should be supplemented by models that are more related to the variability of shunting locomotives diesel generator’s power time series, e.g. distribution of frequent short individual idle time cases.     

高速公路人力资源新渠道拓展思路探讨

文章基于对高速公路人力资源流失的成因分析,提出搭建＂T＂型平台的思路,以拓展高速公路人力资源新渠道,并结合广西坛百高速公路公司与广西工商职业技术学院的合作实例,评述了构建＂T＂型平台的实践成效,为提高高速公路人力资源管理成效提供借鉴。     

城市道路环境下交通标志反光膜选用技术分析

道路交通反光膜是保障道路交通安全的重要设施,然而我国现有政策法规对于反光膜的选择标准和设置要求不够明确,工程设计中对于反光膜的选用缺乏共识并存在误区。旨在研究各类道路交通反光膜的应用原理和设计机制,通过对几大影响反光膜选择的主要因素进行具体分析后制定出一套面向城市道路的交通反光膜设计标准,以供广大工程建设和管理人员参考。     

简支T梁加固效果初步研究

通过研究简支T梁加固前后静载试验数据,得出采用粘贴钢板方法加固后梁体受力是否满足试验要求,横隔板加固后各梁体间横向联系是否较加固前得到一定程度的提高,协同受力情况是否有所加强;此次加固中未得到改善梁体间翼缘板接缝处是否对梁体间的横向联系状况产生一定影响。
