GIS在铁路勘测设计一体化中的应用

在分析我国铁路勘测设计一体化发展现状的基础上,探讨了将地理信息系统技术应用于铁路勘测设计一体化的可行性与必要性;研究了基于GIS的铁路勘测设计一体化系统的设计目标、功能结构与处理流程以及系统的体系结构;作为开发实例,简要介绍了基于GIS的铁路线路设计系统的实现方法。     

Information System for Land-Use Planning and Management

In order to maintain the overall social interest in land use and improve the level of land administration, an information system for land-use planning and management (ISLUPM) was established, which is composed of presentation layer, business logic layer and data layer in the general structure. The application support platform of the ISLUPM, built based on COM, COM and .NET standard components, includes data engine, data management, assemblies, components management, operation management, and interface. Then, an elaboration was made on major functions of the ISLUPM, such as planning revision scheme, planning operation flow, digital processing, thematic analysis and inquiry, and preparation of the chart of reserved land resources. The developed system has been successfully applied to the land-use planning and management work of Longquanyi District, Chengdu, China. It may provide a reference for development of geographic information system (GIS) for land and resources.     

ITS共用信息平台的研究

针对目前智能交通各子系统独立应用,存在大量信息孤岛,信息无法充分利用的现状,分析了共用信息平台在数据交换、数据共享以及数据融合挖掘等方面的功能,提出了一种共用信息平台的体系结构,并着重分析了平台各模块的功能。该共用信息平台在实现智能交通系统各子系统的集成上具有良好的灵活性和可扩展性。     

社区卫生服务信息管理系统的设计与实现

本文从系统设计和实现的角度阐述了如何把开展社区卫生服务同计算机管理相结合 ,为社区卫生服务信息管理提供了一种模式和解决方案。     

基于NetDDE和数据库的综合船舶信息显示系统

应用ＶｉｓｕａｌＢａｓｉｃ的网络动态数据交换（ＮｅｔＤＤＥ）、ＡｃｔｉｖｅＸ数据对象（ＡＤＯ）和ＡｃｉｔｖｅＸ控件技术实现综合船舶信息显示系统。电子海图信息显示系统（ＥＣＤＩＳ）,各种航海传感器和船舶自动舵的数据通信接口板送到网络服务器的大型数据库中,机舱数据采集系统因其报警显示要求的快速实时性面采用ＮｅｔＤＤＥ技术传到综合船舶信息显示系统中。整个系统中的数据处理、显示等采用ＡＤＯ和相应的控件配合     

基于ArcGIS Engine的铁路线路GIS的构建与实现

传统的铁路地理信息系统多采用二维平面方式进行构建,无法再现真实世界.将三维GIS技术应用在铁路信息化系统建设中,进行有益的探索.提出铁路线路三维GIS的构建框架,分析数据库和系统功能模块体系的设计思想,并探讨基于ArcGIS Engine技术,建设铁路线路三维GIS的实现方法和关键技术.     

OPC UA技术综述

本文首先说明了现有OPC技术在平台移植性、远程数据访问等几方面的不足,并针对这几点不足引入了OPC UA(Unified Architecture)规范概念。重点研究OPCUA客户端/服务器体系结构、对象模型、集成地址空间、集成服务。并且通过与现有OPC规范的比较,可以看出OPCUA在平台无关性、可互操作性、安全性、可靠性等方面具有显著的优势。由于OPCUA的上述几点优势,使其在基于互联网通信的控制系统中具有更广泛的应用前景。     

Tips and Pitfalls in PPP design

The Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) procedure is a very appealing model, but as it becomes more and more used in practice, problems and failures have been observed in the management of many projects. Many of these unfortunate experiences are consequences of errors in the implementation of the procedure, but in other cases, clear errors of conception were the cause.Indeed, there are many ways to structure a PPP and PPP is not the only way to manage an infrastructure scheme. It is thus an important task to provide guidelines on whether to use PPP or other types of procurement and, in case a PPP is preferred, on how to design it. The aim of this chapter is to contribute to this task, trying to combine theoretical knowledge and practical experience.After a review of the variety of economic characteristics of transport infrastructure and their procurement conditions, we recall the reasons that may justify this association of public and private management which is the characteristic of PPP, outlining the limits of using pure private or pure public procurement. Then an analytic process is proposed, screening the parameters which matter most for choosing the PPP procedure among many possible ones, depending on the specificities of the various transport modes. This process gives also indications on key elements for implementing a PPP.Finally, the analytic process proposed is used for a generic analysis of, respectively, the motorways and port sectors, so as to test its practicability and customizing capability for the use of public authorities.

为满足新型城市化的发展要求,进一步提高交通信息服务水平,在调研国内外相关城市交通信息服务体系发展现状的基础上,重点以广州市为例分析在打造先进交通信息服务体系中存在的问题。从数据采集、数据处理、信息发布以及可持续发展模式等方面提出解决措施,推动形成与国家中心城市和综合性门户城市战略定位相适应、开放高效的一体化综合交通运输体系。
