基于GIS的黄土地区公路地基承载力评价系统

通过对西北黄土地区地基承载力及其主要影响因素分布规律的研究,进行了黄土地区地基承载力的分区,确定了黄土地基处理的原则和选取方法。在此基础上,建立了基于G IS的黄土地区公路地基承载力评价系统。该系统利用G IS的数据分析和属性数据管理功能,在收集的大量实测载荷试验数据和相应物理力学指标的基础上,建立了各区域承载力统计回归关系式与样本点的动态数据连接库,实现了对黄土地区公路地基承载力的有效评价。同时,利用地基处理的分析软件,结合公路路基的设计情况,提出了对黄土地基的处理建议,为公路部门的地基承载力评价和黄土地基处理提供了决策依据。     

Pole location control design of an active suspension system with uncertain parameters

This paper addresses the problem of robust control design for an active suspension quarter-car model by means of state feedback gains. Specifically, the design of controllers that assure robust pole location of the closed-loop system inside a circular region on the left-hand side of complex plane is investigated. Three sufficient conditions for the existence of a robust stabilizing state feedback gain are presented as linear matrix inequalities: (i) the quadratic stability based gain; (ii) a recently published condition that uses an augmented space and has been here modified to cope with the pole location specification; (iii) a condition that uses an extended number of equations and yields a parameter-dependent state feedback gain. Unlike other parameter-dependent strategies, neither extensive gridding nor approximations are needed. In the suspension model, the sprung mass, the damper coefficient and the spring constant are considered as uncertain parameters belonging to a known interval (polytope type uncertainty). It is shown that the parameter-dependent gain proposed allows one to impose the closed-loop system pole locations that in some situations cannot be obtained with constant feedback gains.     

基于GPS、GIS技术的公路勘测设计一体化方法研究

结合地理信息系统软件MapGIS6.1的应用研究，提出一种基于GPS和GIS技术的公路勘测设计一体化方法，探讨应用GPS－RTK技术和MapGIS6.1进行公路地形数据采集与数字地面模型建立的方法，改革传统的公路勘测设计模式，提高公路勘测设计工作的效率和数字化水平。     

基于雷达和视觉技术的车辆跟踪窗口

针对基于视觉技术的运动检测鲁棒性差、计算量大的缺点,提出一种融合雷达与视觉信息建立车辆跟踪窗口的方法。采用动力学模型描述车辆运动,通过基于雷达量测的扩展卡尔曼滤波(EKF)估计,确定目标初始位置,然后根据灰度信息自适应调整跟踪窗口的中心位置及尺寸,快速而准确地建立起以目标形心为中心且适合目标大小的跟踪窗口,缩小了后续图像处理区域。三维场景仿真实验证明,该融合方法能快速有效地建立起目标的跟踪窗口。     

基于WebGIS的ITS共用信息平台信息发布系统设计

以广州市ITS共用信息平台网站发布系统的设计为背景,分析交通信息发布的需求特点,研究WebGIS技术在交通信息发布中的具体应用方法,以满足ITS共用信息平台大范围发布交通地理信息的需求。根据对外和对内交通信息发布的特点,分别提出采用胖客户机和瘦客户机模式的系统逻辑结构方案,以及使用分布式服务器组分担负载并考虑到系统安全性的物理结构方案,并对其具体实现方式进行研究。

使用优化Mask分析的方法来模拟驾驶员根据道路情况预测驾车速度的驾驶行为。探讨了使用优化Mask分析建立驾驶员模型的可行性。     

Network effects of intelligent speed adaptation systems

Intelligent Speed Adaptation (ISA) systems use in-vehicle electronic devices to enable the speed of vehicles to be regulated automatically. They are increasingly appreciated as a flexible method for speed management and control particularly in urban areas. On-road trials using a small numbers of ISA equipped vehicles have been carried out in Sweden, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK. This paper describes the developments made to enhance a traffic microsimulation model in order to represent ISA implemented across a network and the impact of this on the networks. The simulation modelling of the control system is carried out on a real-world urban network, and the impacts on traffic congestion, speed distribution and the environment assessed. The results show that ISA systems are more effective in less congested traffic conditions. Momentary high speeds in traffic are effectively suppressed, resulting in a reduction in speed variation which is likely to have a beneficial impact on safety. Whilst ISA reduces excessive traffic speeds in the network, it does not affect average journey times. In particular, the total vehicle-hours travelling at speeds below 10 km/hr have not changed, indicating that the speed control had not induced more slow-moving queues to the network. A statistically significant, eight percent, reduction in fuel consumption was found with full ISA penetration. These results are in accordance with those from field trials and they provide the basis for cost-benefit analyses on introducing ISA into the vehicle fleet. However, contrary to earlier findings from the Swedish ISA road trials, this study suggested that ISA is likely to have no significant effect on emission of gaseous pollutants CO, NO_x and HC.     

面向ITS的GIS研究与设计

地理信息系统在智能交通系统中起着重要作用,是基础子系统和功能子系统的集成。在面向ITS的GIS设计中,系统框架采用B S结构,系统功能分为4部分:数据采集、数据管理、空间分析和系统维护与刷新。在此基础上设计图层和数据库,并给出应用界面。这样的设计是合理和可行的,已经用于兰州市智能交通系统建设中。文章最后还列举了面向ITS的GIS亟需解决的问题。
